Beachfront Pool Service

Words can't express how grateful I am for Beachfront Pool service…read more We recently had a new roof put on our house and the roofers did not cover the pool like they promised so there was wood dust, nails and plastic covering the pool floor. Paul was amazing he responded immediately and got to work as soon as he was available. He brought the pool back to life. And right before a holiday weekend. AMAZING!!! I recommend Beachfront Pool to anyone in need of pool service.

We've been using Beachfront for a little over 2 years. Paul is our point of contact but he's not…read morethe one that comes out for the maintenance. Last year, we needed our pool slide scrapped and re-coated as the initial construction of the slide was done poorly. We asked Paul if this is something his company does and he said yes. Tells us he'll send his stone guy to take a look at it. I emphasized that I wanted to use whatever material would last us the longest. He quoted us about $2k. It's steep, but we know Paul and trusted him (or so we thought). It has been a year almost exactly and the coating they did is now peeling. We reach out to Paul about remedying this and he's basically washing his hands of it, saying that he has no affiliation with the person/company he sent out and that he had called his stone guy. I've attached photos of what the slide looked like before, after, and now and part of our conversation where he explicitly stated his workers and not some referred outside company. We paid the invoice sent through Beachfront, not some 3rd party he claims to not be affiliated with. This is not to mention that our pool has had issues with algae for the last 2 months and they claim that it was a pipe leak which we paid for to be fixed and look at the state of our pool now still. I would stay far away from this company. I don't know why they have so many stars but my experience with Paul and Beachfront have been disappointing and expensive.

Thanh was amazing 5 star review…read more He was amazing in helping put cabinets together for our clients highly recommend !

As some of my fellow "Yelpers" know already about me, I like posting the good, bad, and ugly for…read moreeach review. Well folks, you might be a little disappointed.... The "GOOD"! Yep, I decided to start with the positive and in this case the GOOD is **insert drum roll here** Dang Nguyen! He was so patient and always had such a positive can-do attitude. Let me start from the beginning. I was feeling overwhelmed with my remodel. The contractor had done his best to replicate the cabinets I had, with the new ones. However, staring at the CAD rendering didn't put me at ease. Did I mention I am a type A personality. So the contractor, myself and Dang sat together and starting at one end of my kitchen going through to the very last cabinet. We looked at every single drawer and cabinet placement including where the appliances would go. I think I was bending their ear for at least an hour or so with constant questions. We double checked measurements, discussed inserts and if Dang needed clarification or if I had a concern Dang never rolled his eyes or tried to shut me up. He allowed me to "ask away" and never tried to scoot me out of the store. The fact that he was professional, patient, and created such a comfortable environment he deserves enormous recognition, respect, and a pay raise! When a cabinet or drawer didn't work out because of measurement changes, he always had a suggestion. For example, I don't cook but I love those pullout spice racks. You know, those narrow pullout drawers. I don't use them for spices but they are so helpful for other things. Another example is the stackable insert for the silverware drawer. I love gadgets so when I saw this in the show room, well of course this girlie needed to have it. I know it's not a new idea, but for me, and my 35 year old kitchen - it was a big deal and I am thrilled to say I love it. Another example, their showroom had at least 4-5 different trash bin drawers to chose from! What??? Now I am giddy with the idea that I don't need to put the trash bin under the sink. The BAD. For months, prior to selecting a contractor, my heart was set on the color "Sage" for my kitchen cabinets. Unfortunately 405 Cabinets & Stone didn't have that color selection. I was so impressed working with Dang, I actually changed my mind and went with a different color that is sold there. Am I sad about the color, I would be lying if I said no. But, once I make up my mind, I go all in. In this case all in means sage color accessories! My point here is turning a bad/sad experience, into a positive one. More importantly, I want to tell the store owner it was because of Dang, I ended up purchasing nearly everything at his store. Mirrors, bathroom vanities, hallway closet cabinets etc... The UGLY, two words Parking Sucks! (enough said) I hope this lengthy Yelp review is helpful - ask for Dang, and don't panic if you can't find a place to park. **insert smile here**

Jacob at Tile Elements gave me great service. I had been scouring the internet for a discontinued…read moretile with no luck. Jacob was the only one to have put in the time to search for a suitable alternate tile, and he found one for me that was a perfect match. He was kind, patient and his extra work paid off. My review for this place is twofold…read more The showroom is beautiful, with a great selection to choose from. Our experience with Polina was excellent, she was friendly, kind, and very helpful in guiding us through our tile selection. Where things fell short was communication and delivery...especially disappointing as this was our first time shopping here. When we placed our order, we specifically asked if the product was in stock and were told that it was. After we paid and left, we received a call saying the product was actually not in stock and would take about a week. Frustrating, but what made it worse was the response we got when we followed up. We spoke with Glenn and explained that had we known, we might have gone elsewhere. His response was essentially that we were free to do so. Having worked in customer service for over 10 years, I found that surprising and disappointing...there was no effort to retain our business or make things right. We decided to continue with the order since we had already paid. Fast forward about two weeks, and we hadn't received any updates. I called to check in and was told the shipment was still in transit and might arrive by the end of the day. I asked to speak with a manager, and Glenn called me back. To his credit, he acknowledged the earlier interaction and apologized for the delay, but there was still a lack of proactive communication or effort to improve the experience...especially considering we had already, made multiple trips for payment and a partial pickup. Ironically, I received a call just before closing that the rest of the shipment had arrived and would be ready for pickup the next day...but only after I had reached out first. I would still recommend this place for the showroom, selection, and the help we received from Polina. Just be aware that the follow-through and communication may not match that initial experience.
