Javier, Caesar, and all their guys did an excellent job on everything! You never have to worry about workers showing up. Somebody is there, on time, every day. They keep things as clean as possible, which is hard to do with construction. Communication is maintained through a group text thread and any concerns are addressed in a timely manner. To be honest, you might be able to find a cheaper quote for your project, but I doubt you would be able to get the quality results that you would with Grason Construction. He was communicative, respectful and informative. All of the crew was courteous of our home, very polite and listened to us. We recently had Grason Construction handle several projects in our home and couldn't be happier with the results. We highly recommend them! Our project had a tight schedule, and they came through exactly as they promised. They repaired our balcony, added on to our existing kitchen cabinets and countertop (which had to match our existing ones perfectly, and they did!), replaced the upstairs flooring, and did a major cleanup in the garage including a new water heater, side-mount garage door, and recessing the garage door rails. On top of that, they completely gutted and built a brand new downstairs shower. Every project was done with craftsmanship and attention to detail. I can't sing enough of Grason's praises! From the beginning, Caesar and his crew were attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond. We had water damage, which was unfortunate as we have two young kids and to be out of a kitchen for months was tough. But Caesar was so helpful with that process and really went to bat for us. Then he made it all happen so quickly! They finished 2 weeks ahead of schedule!!! They work from 8 to 5, Monday to Saturday!!! My neighbors even commented how many hours they were putting in. Years ago, we remodeled our kitchen, bathrooms, and bar area using a big box retailer. However, cabinet doors did not wear well - exterior wood and trims were damaged and the style was dated. We also had old cabinets doors throughout the house that needed to be refreshed or replaced. We asked Caesar, owner at Grason to take a look to see how we could update our home. Caesars team built and installed custom cabinetry doors and trim and we couldn't be happier with the result. They completed the job while we were away for three weeks and when we came home our house looked wonderful. The "reveal" reflected that Grason provided quality construction and professional services. I have had Caesar and his crew out for multiple projects at my house. First, a major remodel when we moved in. They did full interior makeover, painting throughout, electrical, plumbing, landscape, etc. Then, we had them out to build a new downstairs laundry area with sink and moving water heater into garage as a second project. Third project was boxing in an exterior backdoor to our backyard pool area and then installing great French doors that opened the back of our house up to the pool area. All of the work was top notch, great customer service and Caesar is remarkably easy to work with and quickly responds to any questions you may have. He took care of every task we requested and did quality work every step of the way. At the end of every day, the room was cleaned and back in order. I've had Grason Construction do several projects for me both at home and a my business. Every time the work is impeccable. I mean, I saw them using laser levels and lines to make sure all the screws in my 90' long fence were level and even. The work looks fantastic. And the price is really fair. Also, the initial time frame was given to be finished in 7 days and they finished in 2 days (which was before the estimated date they would even be able to start). We worked with Grason Construction to remodel our house. Most of the house was gutted. They expanded the living room and kitchen, to add an additional 275 square feet of living space. They knocked down walls to make the kitchen and living room one very large "great room." The kitchen, along with the two bathrooms, were redesigned and built from scratch. Throughout the house, they removed the popcorn ceilings, installed recessed lighting, installed new flooring, and painted every wall. They also relocated bathrooms and closets to create a floorplan that was more conducive to my family's needs. They even added many upgrades to our garage to make it an extra space for the kids to play. We knew ZERO about remodeling, but Grason Construction helped us every step of the way. They promised a timeline of 10-12 weeks and it was completed in 8. They use good quality materials and their workers work very hard. Caesar and crew recently did a total teardown for us. We went from an awkwardly laid-out 4/2 1350 sf home to a beautifully-designed 4/3 2100 sf home with a two-car garage and large covered patio. Caesar estimated--very ambitiously--that they would finish the job in six months. They finished in four! But the more amazing thing is the quality of work they did and the quality of customer service Caesar provided. Like many people we went into this experience with a lot of fears (that it would take too long, be way more expensive than we anticipated, that the quality of the work or materials might not meet our standards, etc.). Not one of these fears was realized. Caesar is an excellent listener and incredibly conscientious about responding to calls, texts, emails, etc. It was clear that he delighted in seeing us happy. Many times he went out of his way to solve problems or to get us what we wanted without slowing the project down or nickel-and-diming us. The quality of the materials he used and all of the workmanship was excellent. It felt so reassuring--and saved us so much stress--to be able to trust our contractor and his work 100%.
