Shannon is personable and easy to talk too! My first time in the salon and we talked as if we've known each other for years. When it was all said and done I was extremely happy with my hands and feet when I left and truthfully I only went to get a full set; I explained how some of my toe nails would split or just completely fall off. It allowed me to book the reservation at 2:45 pm with Kendra Smith. When I get there right on time, I was informed that Kendra is not even a manicurist. I was told she was a pedicurist. Why in the world would they allow people to book with a pedicurist for a manicure? The young lady that greeted me looked at me almost like I was supposed to know this, it was my first time patronizing this business!! How was I to know that their website will allow you to book with the wrong person. That is their error, not mine. There was no apology made and I was told that I can wait until 3:45 PM ( a full hour for another manicurist to be available). I told the young lady that was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. She agreed it was unprofessional and that Kendra should have made her aware of my appointment , but she just left for the day, not even mentioning it. I was sitting there dumbfounded. Also, no concessions were made. Again, not even an apology or an alternative. I just left in frustration. I unfortunately wasted an hour of my day driving there for no reason. Do not go to this place of business as they are inconsiderate and horribly run.

I got a pedicure and it was actually really relaxing. The chairs were comfortable and the music in the background made it feel calm and peaceful.
