So I was late back to work - not a huge deal because my schedule is flexible but adding thirty minutes to the end of my day wasn't appreciated. But okay. Shit happens. The pedicure was good. No pushing me for upgrades, no pressure. I appreciate that. The manicure - good god. He cut every single one of my fingers. Every. Single. One. And LAUGHED about it repeatedly. Literally was like "did it again!" I'm not sure why I even stayed, lol. I couldn't believe it. I finally pulled my hand away and looked at him and he laughed and said "last time I promise". Yeah. It was the last finger you had. Anyway the paint was so bumpy on my fingers. Now my cuticles are all scabbed. What a waste of time and money. I tipped because I felt bad and the pedicure was good, but I wish I hadn't. I won't be back and I don't recommend this place. Hopefully I don't get an infection.

Not to mention as soon as I paid they walked out behind me without cleaning their salon! They got mad at me for not wanting to get gel and I wanted acrylic instead! I had to go buy some stuff just to fix my nails!

They charge you $43 per manicure (we got the powder dip nails) they use the least amount of powder possible (my nails are so thin they are breaking less than 2 hours after). They don't shape them. The lady doing my nails filed my natural nail down with the Dremel so far it burned. She cut me multiple times. My moms lady didn't even cover her whole nail with the powder yet somehow got it all vet her hands on her skin. When I say it looks like a three year old did it that's a compliment. I regret going here and will never go back. Waist of money and rude people.

I told the tech I wanted the shape and length from the photo. The nail tech for my hands also destroyed my cuticles, 6 of my 10 fingers were and are actively bleeding. After telling both techs over and over that this is not what I wanted, $145.00 later and this is what I walked out with. I will never go back. The quality has DRASTICALLY declined at this place. This salon has met my expectations for sure. I've had the…read moresame nail tech for years and she ended up moving. She recommended a couple different ladies she had previously worked with but both of them fell short of Nikki's protectionism and fabulous nails. I was sad and concerned I'd never find another nail tech as good. Then I messaged the owner of Salons by Jc. I'd forgotten she had a salon with a nail tech. She gave me Jenny's number and I immediately texted her. Because she's the Only nail tech at the salon And apparently because she's good, she stays booked. I was willing to wait. After about a week I went in for a full set. Not only did she only charge me $45 but my nails are stunning. They're absolutely beautiful. They are thin but still very sturdy and when I got home my nails don't hurt. Obviously they shouldn't, but sometimes they do because many nail techs go too close to the cuticle. I was happy she only charged me $45 because I was able to give a decent $15 tip. Still, at $60 it's still less than I'm used to for such good work. Take my word, book with Jenny even though you may have to wait to get in. Tip appropriately! She's worth it!
