The first was a salon appointment, scheduled for a trim and deep condition treatment. I utilized the description of the services to book online since I was new to the area and did not have a permanent salon yet. When I walked in, checked in, and took my seat to wait, I heard the assigned stylist talk terribly about the appointment I selected to her coworkers. I have no doubt other customers could hear it. When she pulled me for my appointment, she informed I scheduled the wrong type of appointment and told me I did not want that treatment then decided which new treatment I wanted. She decided for me what I wanted done to my hair. During the treatment and my trim, I attempted to make small talk, but was given one word answers or ignored. My second appointment was a last minute eyebrow appointment since my new salon was closed. I was seen promptly, but walked away with my eyebrows looking far from sisters or twins. Luckily, I wear glasses that covers the total difference in them, but I cannot even freehand the uneven section on one eyebrow because it is so bad. I will say, the male that works in the Clinique section is super kind and helpful. That might be the only good thing about this store.

I made an appoint with Mary Jane this morning and I regret it with everything I have in me!! My brows aren't even close to looking the same anymore! She just went in full throttle and made my left brow so short it does even go to the end of my eye anymore!!! I look so stupid! I am going to Have to pencil in my brows until it grows back. I had full nice brows and only really needed a clean up. This is the WORST brow experience i have ever had in my life. I included what my brows were before to what she gave me. Run away find another place because this is NOT it! Id rather go to Ulta and pay $30 to make sure my brows are done right. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I can't believe I payed for them to ruin my brows.
