After looking at reviews, my friend and I chose this nail salon to treat ourselves to pedicures today during our lunch break. SO glad we did! The staff is a great combo of chill, friendly, and cool. The space is really clean and noticeable COVID-19 safety precautions are happening here like plexiglass dividers, hand sanitizer and mask requirements for both customers and staff, as well as staff wearing gloves. They helped us pick out some lovely Spring colors and we enjoyed catchin up on a comfy high back leather bench type seat while they worked their magic on our feet. My wife and I got a pedicure. They were busy but got us in 15 minutes prior to our appointment. I was soaked for 11 minutes and done in 37 minutes. I hot the normal pedicure. The only complaint I have is the leg length of the pad. You can not move back. I am 5' 8", so that wasn't a biggie. read more

It was very clean and quiet. Hai gave me a full set of acrylic with gel polish. I also got a pedicure with regular polish from the younger, built guy. The additional gel polish was $20, which is comparably very expensive. The pastel color I had streaked. Rough edges on my nails. Shape wasn't even. They lifted in under 4 days. The pedicure massage was great. However, he made a really critical error in rounding my toenails- that is step one to getting ingrown toenails- even after I said file them straight across. That was a huge miss, and they should've known that, especially since both guys said that they deal with clients' ingrown toenails a lot. read more

I found this nail salon on yelp, and it did not disappoint!!!!!! I recently moved to this side of town and was in search of a new salon to get my nails done at. Well y'all...I found THE one. Lol It is extremely clean and well taken care of. On top of that, the family owned salon has amazing customer service. They are extremely friendly, and they make sure that you are always satisfied with their work. Very attentive and gentle. I had one of the guys do my nails and he was so gentle that I almost fell asleep!! This is probably one of the best manicures I've ever gotten honestly. He painted fully down to my cuticle; and made the color the perfect amount of darkness with 3 layers without making it look bulky. The only down fall is that they are on the pricey side of things. But with that type of service, I will pay the extra in a heart beat. I most DEFINITELY recommend this nail salon to anyone in the area. The $45 manicure is worth it here! I'm so very pleasantly surprised by this nail salon! I made in appointment in advance which I think is the best route. It's pretty small inside with 4 spots for pedicures. Personally I prefer this, because it feels more peaceful. They have a huge variety of colors to choose from which is always a plus. The nail technician that worked with me was fantastic, unfortunately I didn't catch his name. What I really liked about the vibe of this salon is that no one seemed to be in a rush (as they may be in a large busy salon). The tech took his time and the end result was a fantastic pedicure. The salon is in a new building across the street from Publix. It's very nice and clean inside. The pedicure was 35$ which is a little pricy however I feel that it is worth it for the quality of service. They also offer a punch card so you get a 5$ discount for whatever amount of money you spend. Very happy I found this place downtown and I will absolutely be coming back here! read more

This is my new go-to nail place! I've had a super difficult time trying to find a nail place in the Chattanooga area that I like and I'm super happy that I finally found Nails At Northshore. The people are extremely nice and so far have been able to fit me in whenever I needed an appointment! The prices aren't really that bad considering the high quality of the work, but be aware that there are up charges for shaping, nail art, etc. but that's to be expected. They can really do anything you want! It might be a little more expensive, but they make sure that you're 100% happy with the service so the money spent is definitely worth it. The space is also so beautiful and they have TV's in there with music videos going on them so you can watch that while you're getting your nails done, which I appreciated a lot. The guy (Ty) who did my pedicure did a very thorough job with cleaning and scrubbing. The gel paint job was excellent and clean. Hi has been incredible so far and I've been 3-4 times for my acrylic fill ins so far and my nails are perfect every time. Everyone here pays super attention to detail and you know you are in good hands! And they have wine, which is a super plus for me.
