Small little build your own Asian stir fry restaurant. All bowls are served with brown or white rice. There are many options for dietary restrictions. They offer vegetarian proteins, chicken, beef and fish. Variety of noodles, and your choice of veggies. There are plenty of sauces you can sample before adding it to your food. The flat bread is delicious, a warm, buttery treat. It's a must! They do offer a variety of cocktails and alcohol beverages. The food is cooked within minutes on a flat top. It's very tasty! Prices were reasonable, I went during lunch time and it was about $11. Wait staff served us well. My only complaint is the parking isn't the best. And it is a small place, not sure if I would come during busy hours. Overall: it's a fun little place if you want to try something new with Asian flare. read more

This place is great! Fresh veggies, various lean cuts of meat, great selection of sauces and Roti! The choice of eating from a bowl or a wrap is nice. The environment is a bit small but nice and homey simple vs glitz, feels nice. The people were nice. Great place for a Asian fusion fix. I do have one nit: We ordered rice on the side. The rice was dry, not sticky. read more

My family and I decided to give it a try this past Sunday thinking it was going to be great. From the time we got in the line to choose our dish to the end of our dining experience all of us a party of 10 started to think awww it already looks to be the wrong choice. The bar looked very disorganized, not to mention the very negative attitude of the cook. When checking with everyone yesterday half of us got extremely upset stomach along with vomiting. We will never go back and we will not recommended this place to anyone. read more

Tasty food! Fun to pick out noodles, veggies, sauces and meat that they stir fry for you. The flat bread is a must!! read more

Tim's Too - Stir fry with noodles, veggies & chicken. - Asian Fusion Near Me - Saint Joseph, Michigan

Very good, health ingredients cooked to perfection on a flattop grill with lots of sauce and flavoring options. The flat bread is awesome! Get an extra. It's pretty cozy, so a group more than 6 is tough. The service is generally good, though I've noticed when they get busy they may not be staffed for it. The location is great, just across the street from the bluff's overlooking Silver Beach. read more

Get serious. This is not Asian Fusion. It's Mongolian BBQ, which itself is not really a thing. You can put together a tasty bowl with the right ingredients, but it's all a bit too pretentious and pricey for what's essentially a self-service restaurant. read more

Place just opened this morning and everything was dirty and sticky . And the meat bowl ? Wtf Stay away from this mess read more

I've been to Tim's Too several times, and the cramped dining room is definitely an issue. I gave this restaurant 4 stars though because I've always walked away with a delicious meal (and leftovers for a second meal). You must try the flatbread, which makes any trip to Tim's Too worthwhile. read more

Good Mongolian grill style restaurant and decent pricing if you grab enough food for two meals. Visits: 10 read more

Awesome food, perfect for all diets! Higher price than I'd like to spend for some stir fry. The BIGGEST issue I have with this place and the only reason I don't go more, is the extremely limited seating. Not enough tables and they have been crammed in there as it is. read more

I LOVE Tim's Too! Always consistent, always amazing, always affordable. Literally never had a bad meal here! Make up your own bowl, soup or salad by adding from meat, veggie, and sauce options or they have written out ideas for bowls to make there too. Solid beer choices as well too! This place is even better for lunch! Cheap Lunch deals! read more

LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT. Yes it is a small place that is not decorated as well as I would like especially for the price which can be a little on the high side, but I love the place. They please both myself a meat lover and my wife who tries to eat vegetarian as much as possible. I am so glad that I just have to walk a couple of blocks to get here and do not have to travel 30 min to either Kalamazoo or South Bend to get Mongolian. You are responsible for your own happiness in this style of restaurant so just explore with combos of food and have fun. read more

Great place to eat! A little pricey for dinner, but seems to be worth it every time. Asian Grill style stir fry with a nice assortment of vegetables, meats, and even vegetarian meat and tofu options. Great sauces too! Clean and pleasant environment, and quite close to Silver Beach. read more

Tim's Too - The flatbread is delicious! Comes with brown or white rice. - Asian Fusion Near Me - Saint Joseph, Michigan

The WORST experience I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. We waited for our food to get to us for 2 HOURS. All of our food was cold. Two of the people we were with got there chicken back uncooked. The place was an absolute mess. Almost didn't get my drink because my id wasn't horizontal. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! read more

Other Yelp reviews led me to believe it would be average, but it was delicious! We had the chicken fried rice, pork potstickers and crab Rangoon. I'd go back tomorrow and have all the same things again. Large portion size too. read more

Good Asian grill. We went in around 1130, there were some people but not crowded. Veggies were fresh and line was clean. I wish they had a separate bowl for the sauce, it was hard to tell if you had enough. I managed (9 scoops) but both my companions had food that was light on sauce. Meat was a little overcooked and honestly my least favorite part of the meal. Maybe I'll go all eggs next time. The flat bread is delicious! The restaurant was packed by 1215 so I recommend getting there early, lots we're standing and waiting for a table. Despite that, service was fast and professional. read more

The price is a bit too high for lunch, with tips it normally gets around 15, including meat, flat bread, and no drink. The flat bread is very crispy. read more

During this quarantine they are still open and they were awesome for our carry out. They made it just like we asked and had no issues if we asked for more noodles, and or sauce. The staff is always awesome. Never had any complaints... thank you read more

The food was fresh, and delicious. I know this, because I chose all the ingredients. That is the fun part. However, the place is laid out so poorly and crammed that my friend and I literally had butts in our faces the entire time. The bathroom was filthy. Like even a dirty toilet seat! Overflowing garbage can. The server was so meh about everything. Resting bitch face. Not one smile. Like she gave up on life or something. I didn't force her into the service industry. It's not my fault she had a bad day, or that every day may possibly be one. She should leave that at home. Such attitude. Refilled my friends water. Didn't even offer to fill mine. Food was good, but I won't go back. read more

This place is tasty. I love smashing in as many vegetables as possible and topping it off with a funky custom sauce concoction. I would recommend the addition of flatbread at the last station. It tastes somewhere between magic and happiness. read more

Go to Tim's Too for lunch and the price is reasonable at $9.99. If you go at night or after five o'clock they tac on $6 bucks for basically the exact same food. I guess you can get one fried shrimp with your meal. Its ridiculous to up charge that amount just because it's dinner time. Food is good but the condiment bar could be kept cleaner and more organized. read more

Just an over priced flat top grill. Awful service, every waitress was inattentive and really should be replaced.

Honestly this is not the place to get Chinese food. I don't think that the food is all that great, it reminds me of subway where I can just put everything together but for a cheaper price. The staff was okay. I walked in and the server up front was eating and ran to the front with food still in her mouth. Honestly I would rather go to an Asian restaurant with actual Asian food. The food bar was disgusting. And dirty there was sauces all over the place, and way over priced for someone to cook my food on a rotating flat top. I came to get the Asian experience and got a high priced mediocre Americanized bowl of sadness..... I'd Rather eat at Chan's Garden . read more

Terrible service. We came, we were told to sit where ever a table was free, sat at a table that needed cleaning, waited for ten minutes and tried to make eye contact with the server. The place wasn't too busy. We weren't sure if we should wait before heading to the bowl bar to select our options. Finally got fed up and left. It seemed like they were uninterested in serving more patrons. read more

The only stir fry that i know of in the area unless you go to south bend area. You are charged one price for as much as you can fill in a bowl. There are many options of foods to choose from. Dinner time is $15 per person (which is pretty expensive in my opinion). The price is the only downside. read more

Nice atmosphere although cramped area. Stir fry is good so is the dessert. Friendly service is dependent on who is serving not all seem to enjoy the job. read more

LOVED this hole in the wall. It has it's own take on a Mongolian BBQ style approach to creating your own dish, but with much better sauces and flavors. Definitely GET THE NAAN!!!!! read more

This is a great Mongolian BBQ place. The selection is limited and the price is a little steep for what you get but the quality is top notch. The superb selection of sauces is what makes this place a do not miss. P.S. use at least 5 scoops of sauces for best results. read more

Yes the place is a bit small and has a limited drink selection but the wait staff is very friendly and the food is great. There are a number of fresh ingredients to choose from and you definitely won't go home hungry if you pile up your bowls. I only am in the area to visit family but definitely will come back again the next time I am in town. read more

Best DIY stir fry place I've ever been too!! This place is top notch. High quality ingredients. Great pricing. Just wish it was a little bigger and we had one in Milwaukee read more

A mongolian bbq knock-off of sorts, this place is relatively small and cozy but you can make yourself a decent stir-fry if you have the right ingredients. They do offer beer & wine, and it'll get packed quickly, so timing arrival would be important. There's service but it's got a laid-back feel like you're in a college town restaurant. The flatbread is worth getting. read more

Good mongolian if you have little to compare it to. Over priced at $15 a bowl and crowded dining room. They don't have a good syatem for the first timers. Still have to admit that I eat there a few times a year for lack of other mongolian places available. read more

Tim's Too is one of the best restaurants in our area! I love how you can customize it to exactly what you want. The food is not mass produced and then just thrown in a microwave. If people are complaining about not getting enough to eat then they aren't putting enough food in their bowl! $15 for dinner can be a bit steep for some however, I can easily get 1 dinner and 2 lunches from one trip to Tim's. can't beat that!!! People have reviewed different kinds of meats touching I've never seen that and we've been to Tims well over a dozen times. The dining area is a bit tight but when it's nice out you can dine outside. The sauce truly does make the meal. Be sure to sample and create the right sauce for me it's the orange ginger and garlic something....amazing! Just the right amount of kick. I will always be a Tim's Too fan!!! Keep it up! read more

The food handling was poor. The chef kept going out and was chatting with people on the street and came back to the grill and continued cooking with the same gloves. Patted a dog etc. food was not tasty, flat top grill is way better read more

Stopped in Friday night for dinner, from the beginning we were not impressed. We had never been here before and when you walk in there is a sign that says to please wait to be seated. We waited awkwardly for a few minutes before one of the guys working the grill told us to have a seat. Once we found a spot it was about 10 minutes before we could catch the waitress's eye. She explained to us how getting our food works, very similar to any other Mongolian grill place. She took our drink orders and then we headed to get in line for the grill. It was fairly busy and the food in the bins were intermingled and a bit messy. Once we loaded up our bowls and set them at the grill we went back to our table and waited another 15 minutes or so before our waitress brought us the wrong drinks. She apologized and came back 10 minutes later with our correct order. About 30 minutes after we had dropped off our food at the grill, it arrived at our table. If you want any sides like rice or spring rolls you just have to ask your waitress for them. There are no menus or prices of anything listed anywhere. The worst part of the whole thing is the flat bread. Everyone raves about the flat bread including the staff. Let me tell you, the flat bread tastes EXACTLY like pillsbury flakey biscuits that have been flatted and thrown on the grill. Ours turned out a bit doughy. Overall I was not impressed. There are better restaurants in the area. read more

The place is small and a bit cramped. But the Mongolian style grill/BBQ is good, and the options at the end to make your food chooses is a nice touch. The price is a little bit higher then most other Mongolian style places i have been but still good. I recommend this place for lunch as it is cheaper by about $2 per plate then the dinner, dinner adds two items at the end you can have added to your meal. read more

Many previous reviews have complained about the cleanliness of the place, but guess what, spills happen! As a mom of three kids I know this! Of course sauce is dripped and there may be ONE piece of broccoli sitting on the counter! That's just what happens when you let people serve themselves in such a small location. Granted, it would help if they made the glass higher. The food here is always fresh and delicious! Sauces are all amazing, and there are so many different combinations you can make, as well as lots that caters to people with dietary restrictions. Our whole family is vegetarian, and there is a color-coded stick you can put in your bowl to let them know you want it cooked on a separate grill so meat juices don't intermingle. The only downside is that the veggies are sometimes a little less cooked. You can get tofu and delicious, warm, flaky flatbread in your bowl for no extra charge! We only come to visit family in the area, but when we come, a visit to Tim's Too is always a must! read more
