Always happy with our meal! Worth the trip from Richland. Great sized portions and amazing flavor! Our server was great, friendly and helpful with explaining different dishes.

We've been coming to Chinn Chinn since they opened and always consistent great Asian cuisine. We stick with our favorites steamed beef dumplings pot stickers and they give complimentary fried wonton with dipping sauce. Entrees were Mongolian Beef House Pad Tai and first time trying Crab Fried Rice which was a winner. Their staff is always great. Also a must try

So, I have been hearing for a long time that Chinn Chinn is all the rage. I didn't really get it. The sweet and sour chicken was good. Fried rice tasted like bland white rice. Garlic potatoes were ok, needed salt. The pu pu platter had good sauces but the items were not great. The chicken satay was very bland. The rangoon shell was thick and doughy, hard to eat. The shells on the other items were better. Fillings in the items were just ok. Cold noodles were ok. The sesame noodles at Hunan Gardens are much better. Maybe the stir fry dishes are better than what I had? The online menu did not match the menu they gave me, and the items I wanted were not on the menu. They didn't have low-sodium soy sauce. Service was very friendly. Overall, meh.

On their website, they said they were voted best Asian restaurant in Michigan so as an Asian, I had to try it. I was very much unimpressed. It tastes and looks like a slightly elevated Panda Express. The Pupu platter looked fun but the chicken satay was dry, the dumplings and potstickers were very dry, bland, and non-juicy, and the springrolls lacked flavor. Cool noodles and rangoons were good though. Mixed vegetables had wayyyy too much sugar and sauce. Mandarin chicken was okay. Was about a 30 minute wait. Plenty of parking. Service was nice. Overall, I can think of atleast 5 other Asian restaurants in Michigan that are better.

The food was awesome and the service was amazing! Amanda, my server, was so kind and just as sweet as pie! I recommend this place and I will be b

Amazing food and service. We had Mongolian beef and it was tender. A little bit too sweet but was still great.

Food excellent as I remembered from years ago. Service on point! (But, the table tops need refinishing. Very sticky and "feels" unclean.)

To get started we ordered gyoza as an appetizer My husband asked asked the waitress for her recommendations She recommended the tornado in the firecracker along with the 911 for spice. I got the special California roll along with the Michigan roll and I loved every single bite! The gyoza was also phenomenal. Our waitress was super friendly and on point at all times we spent 67$ for 4 rolls of sushi. The owner (Tony) is usually also working there and being hands on with his staff which is fantastic to see such a supportive boss. It was a busy night for them and they were always on point we waited about 20-25 minutes which isn't bad considering the amount of people there. We will being going back.

The mixed veggie tempura roll in the sauce on it was delicious. The bento box was a very good value. It came with a side salad. However, I was disappointed that there wasn't any sauce for the Gyoza or tempura the fish was fresh! However, their seaweed salad was just.ehh.

Whenever I'm out of town, I ALWAYS look for a Korean restaurant, and as luck would have it, there are a few in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Yay!! Only thing wrong with my search, two of the three were closing in ten minutes and the third was advertised as Fried Chicken. I was 15 minutes away, so I gave in for the chicken, with fingers crossed that they'd have other popular dish options. Beautiful little restaurant when you arrive, very clean too. Immediately greeted and asked if to-go or dine-in, as they have a good counter for food delivery services. I of course opted to dine-in since I had about an hour til closing. Really nice looking menu, with plenty of selections beyond Fried Chicken. I didn't hesitate too long as to expedite my meal before closing. I ordered Pork Pot Stickers (Yakimandu), JapChae, and some Bulgogi. PanChan was extra, and the Kimchi along with Pickled Radish were my selection. The Yakimandu arrived first, nicely plated with half So Garlic Sauce and half Spicy Sauce. The mandi were delicious with these brushed sauces. That Spicy was no joke either, had a really good burning kick. The remainder of the meal was brought out together. The plates looked great and I couldn't wait to dig in, but if course pictures first. Both were super delicious and really hitting the spot after a long day. Very tasty meals. The staff brought me out a dessert after seeing me take all the photos, something I've never had, Deep Fried Cheesecake. Check out the photos. Definitely a different take on the dessert. Everything outside was crispy, of course, with the inside still the same. It was a texture experience. The staff were super friendly, very well knowledged on the menu items. Place was very clean, not just clean, but very clean! I think they said they've been there just over a year. I was served by Freda, and Caroline was there to assist when needed. The hostess was a real sweetheart, I'll call hers "Zaps" (because she had the TV remote at closing and I missed her real name). Young masked gentleman, again missed name, and one of the owners Kenny and his wife Lin. So good, I will be eating lunch and/or dinner there again tomorrow or Monday depending on time. I definitely want to try the Fried Chicken, probably not with the Spicy Sauce this time. LOL I do highly recommend you try this place if you haven't.
