We've had a reoccurring leak in our flat roof for the past year. We met with a few roofing companies who all tried to convince us to replace our entire roof, instead of helping us with a sectional repair. After meeting with several roofing companies we hired Timeless Construction immediately after our walk through estimate with Noel. Not only was he super friendly, he took the time to explain what he would do, what materials he would use, and broke down each step he'd take during the repair. We received a quote on the spot (not something we got from other companies) and they didn't pressure us to do more work than we wanted to do. Noels crew showed up on time, and he kept us involved in the repair every step of the way. After the demolition, he brought me up on the roof to show exactly what the problem was and went over how they were going to fix it. He went out of their way to seal the exposed roof during the night between the demolition and repair day after I expressed concerns of animals getting in the exposed crawl space. He even sent someone out later that night to make the covering water tight because they were monitoring the weather and saw there was a slight chance of rain in our area. He made us feel like he really cared about our house and they did a fantastic job. I really hope we don't have to call him again any time soon, but if we do, at least I know we're in good hands. read more

I purchased windows for my home from Tommy at Timeless Construction. Tommy is so sweet and was very patient with my many questions. He answered all of them to my satisfaction and made sure throughout the process that he was available for any concerns or questions during the installation that I might have. The installation was amazing and the guys installed all 15 windows in one day. They did not leave any mess anywhere and were very polite. The windows are beautiful and have made a big difference in the afternoon sun heating up the south side of my house. The temp here lately has been in the 100's and the family room would heat up to 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the rest of the room. NOT NOW!! The whole room is the same temp. The house that I purchased in 1996 has had many changes made to it. However, I desperately needed gates. I wanted gates that wouldn't start to fall apart or need adjusting or painting and all that goes with wood. Timeless came with an offer on three vinyl gates - it was more expensive than I was expecting but I went with it because I really wanted the nice clean look. I got what I wanted - it was beautiful - they took care of everything cleaned up after themselves and I am a very happy camper. I fully stand behind Timeless. I highly Recommend them!! On April 28 we had a kitchen sink leak, & I called a multi level repair man I had previously used, knowing this man is capable of repairing anything, equipped with 4 various licenses. We experienced a leak in our roof last Sunday due to a storm and we called Daniel and he came immediately to do an emergency repair. He came back the following day as promised inspecting the roof and gave us 2 different options for repair. Please be careful with this timeless Roofing. I've got the estimate this week to replace my roof. They were definately cheating me. my house is 2007 sq and the roof measurement is 3260 sq, it is measured by another company and they asked roof requirs about maximum 3500sq, but timeless roofing says it is 4500sq, so total estimate was almost 40k and fascia and gutter requires another 10k more. when i talked to them it is too high, they dropped price almost 9k in 5 min. I kicked them out. this company is really NOT honest and cheater. read more
