I came back a week later, fifteen minutes before the requested time and it was not done. I returned and they needed additional time, seemingly quickly sewing the whole front in place so that the buttons were unusable. When I complained she first stated that my request was impossible (but never called to discuss this,) then changed her story to say that this over -the-head sweater mode (which now made the sweater completely unusable with a dress,) was what I had initially requested. At home I did the work myself, so obviously her "expertise" was a sham. Now calling the Better Business Bureau to obtain my money back.

(Also, they won't accept returns for wrong size; only for damage.) So I needed this dress to fit, and it was small. My boobs were nearly falling out, too tight and too low. In just one fitting where he pinned the hem and the shoulders up, he had enough to do a major overhaul and resizing! He added green lace to give space on the sides, took out the pads for the boobs, added corset boning to give structure, and pulled the shoulders up a bit! Check out the before an after photos. The owner told me "here take this suit I never want to see it again!" After I asked them to fix it. Good luck if you expect them to get it right. My suit looked better off the rack at the store before I took it in.
