My family went here and had an amazing time, they were so accommodating and attentive! I am allergic to dairy, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts, and I initially was just hoping to find a side that might be safe to eat, but our waitress Aries and the manager on staff, Trevor W. were both wonderful and helped me feel comfortable having a full meal there. Trevor came by the table multiple times to go over my menu options, make sure I knew exactly how my food would be prepared, and check that everything looked right when it did come out. Aries was so genuinely caring and attentive, too. It was truly one of the best restaurant experiences I've had, I appreciate how kind, safe and easy they made my experience. I ended up getting the brisket and beans, and subbed the fries (the fryer oil has some dairy items fried in it) for a sweet potato with no butter, and it was all delicious! Everyone else in my party loved their food too, and it felt like we hardly had to wait before our food came out. Whether you have allergies or not, I would highly recommend this place for their delicious food, kind staff, and fun decor! This place instantly has the vibes of like any basic pub just cozy. The service was great and the food was great. I got just basic jumbo shrimp and a backed potato. I'll tell you what, he asked me if I wanted extra butter and WHOOW who could POSSIBLY take MORE butter than what was given because that potato was FULL with butter. The shrimp was delicious! My husband and I visited Timberwood Grill when visiting the Island in Pigeon Forge in April, 2025. Food (4/5). As usual, my husband and I split our entrees. We got a Strawberry Chicken Salad ($16.99), described as a bourbon-glazed grilled chicken breast sliced thin and served over fresh farmers market greens with sliced strawberries, caramelized pecans, and blue cheese crumbles. While it's usually served with a vinaigrette, we substituted a blue cheese dressing, served on the side. Our rating for the salad is 3/5. While the ingredients tasted fresh, the chicken pieces were cut too thick and we couldn't taste the glaze at all. In addition, the strawberry and blue cheese toppings were sparse. The size of the salad was also quite small given the price point. Our second entree was the Steakhouse Burger ($15.99), served with one side. The burger featured a half-pound hamburger patty, topped with Swiss and Pepper Jack cheeses, sautéed mushrooms, applewood bacon, A1 sauce, and onion straws. We ordered macaroni and cheese as the side. Our rating for the Steakhouse Burger is 4/5. We enjoyed the burger and the flavor combinations. The issue was that we specified that we wanted the burger cooked well-done, but the center of the burger that we received was still quite pink. We didn't send it back because it was still edible, but not at our preferred doneness. The macaroni-and-cheese was excellent (5/5), hot and gooey, melt-in-your-mouth. Ambiance. (3/5). This is a large and hectic restaurant with a lot of activity. Patrons being seated. Servers passing back and forth with food and drinks on trays. Etc. The restrooms are also too small for the size of the restaurant. A line formed in the ladies room. Service (4/5). Our waitress got the job done. She was efficient in bringing our menus, bringing our food and waters, etc. One small pet peeve -- she brought our check long before we were finished eating. Value (3/5). The entrees were a bit expensive, but in line with prices in this touristy area. Also, the menu is posted outside of the restaurant WITHOUT prices! For my entree I had the fried pork chops with a side of string beans and mash potatoes. When it came out they brought out mash potatoes and mc and cheese.
