Let me start by saying that I have filed numerous complaints at the corporate level but Jersey Mike's Subs is a franchise so they pass on the complaints to the owner. Radio silence each and every time. If you can't be bothered to address the concerns of your customers then I can't be bothered to line your pockets with my money. If you look into my Shore Points History you will see that I had been a regular customer through 2022 and less frequently in 2023/24 (and now 2025). Specifically because of the consistently poor experiences at this location. I have lost track of the number of times that I have walked out of that location because of unprofessionalism, poor quality vegetables, long waits, etc..... I know JMS is convenient but give your money to an establishment that is going to appreciate you. read more

Fast service and delicious subs. We chose a quick carry out after a day of hiking. The store was almost empty, since it was kind of late on a Monday, but the place was immaculately clean. Let me start this by saying that we are HUGE Jersey Mike's fans in this family. I have a picky kid, and this is one of the only places we can ALL agree on. We are also FROM Jersey, so we know our hoagies, and Jersey Mike's is pretty legit. We have also eaten in Jersey Mike's in three (four?) states, and always had a good experience. We've also been to this specific location in the past (this is our go to vacation spot for a while now) and not had any issues. Here's my complaint - my picky kid only eats cheese and bread here. I always order a "giant" roll with JUST American cheese. No meat, no mayo, no "Mikes Way", no lettuce, no tomato, no onion. Just throw the cheese on the bread and cut it into four pieces. That's it. Every single location - including THIS location, last year, charges us for a giant roll, and "extra" cheese, which might bring the price to like $5. Totally fair considering it's not a real sandwich and takes bare minimum effort. This time, we go, and I clarify when I order that they usually charge me for a giant roll and a side of cheese. I get up to the cash register, they're charging me $15 for a roll with like 6 pieces of American. Nuts. I say something, the cashier says, that's how the manager says we need to charge. What an absolute rip off. I will never go to this location again. And, for the record, we went to two other locations within a week of this one, and got charged just for the roll and the side of cheese. So this manager is just a greedy jerk. read more

We came in at 7:30-ish from a day at Dollywood-exhausted and hungry. We were never greeted except for a big old mop bucket with w mop in it. Walk up the counter to have two women behind the counter who were clearly hating their jobs. Never were greeted-"what do you want?" I tell my order, she slams the bread and meat and cheese-clearly put off. Then I wait for 25 minutes while the other lady fishes up 8 Togo orders, and rings out the two folks in from me. Sloppy sandwiches, simply toppings and a whole lotta attitude! Never again will I come here. The last visit I came here and the guy said "we are out of bread so if you want a sandwich we can't fix it" well-yea-I want a sandwich which is why I'm here and not at Popeye's chicken or Burger King. Good grief! This place should be avoided at all cost until someone who manages this joint get involved and hires people who actually care about their job! So frustrating! read more

We stopped in for a club sub. We're from jersey where these places are all over. We are very familiar with this place..... unfortunately here at pigeon forge they aren't made the same. I believe there was maybe half the meat there should have been and something else is different..... maybe the vinegar or mayo..... I dunno but it's not quite right. Great sub spot! Got the #7 and it was delish. Some of the people working seemed like they didn't want to be there, but I get it. Also got the vanilla cream soda and it is the bomb.com wowza. Definitely a great road trip or quick lunch spot. read more

I'm not sure you can physically make a sandwich any slower. They need to work on their training and speed at which they get food out the door. 10 people in line and 25 mins plus to get our order made. Got home and my cheese steak meat was burnt crispy. I give the food and service 1 Star. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at any Jersey Mike's franchise. The owner of this place needs to clean house and start over. read more

I got the steak and cheese philly with banana peppers, it was so good I wanted to go back again the next day.

Delicious sandwiches and fantastic service!!! Got the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak and it didn't disappoint; I also added the cherry pepper relish and it was amazing!!! Definitely will have to remember this place the next time I'm in town! read more

I was so glad to find one of these places here. I love their Phili Cheese Steaks, I order a large and that will usually feed me for lunch and dinner. If you go ask for a Big Kahuna with the Chipotle Mayo, trust me it's amazing. read more

Not only was the guy rude but he didn't pay attention to our order at all. My mom ordered first and the guy looked at her like she was stupid when she was putting her order in. Only because she requested a chicken bacon ranch but didn't call it by number. She also stated twice she didn't want lettuce on her sandwich only to see them making her sandwich and put a handful of lettuce on it. I then ordered my two sandwiches two Chipotles one with out onions and peppers and the other with everything. This guy is staring me down so I know he hears my requests.get home and there is onions and peppers on both. And they weren't chipotle either. Before we left my mom even asked the guy a question where he turned and scolded her again at this point my mom called him out on his rudeness. Tall skinny man with whiteish looking hair. Very rude and obviously a bad listener. There wasn't even anyone in the store so I guess they were upset we Interupted there slow time. Even the short darker skin woman was rude and wasnt a good listener either. Like it's not hard to make sandwiches and if you hate your job that much go find a new one. This jersey mikes is always clean and the staff is really friendly and nice. We went in 15 minutes before they closed and the staff was all still really kind and helpful! When we are in pigeon forge we always eat there at least once or twice! I defiantly recommend it! read more

I normally like Jersey Mike's very well but this was the worst. My daughter in law has a glutin allergy that makes her very sick. When we ordered the man behind the counter was very upset because he had to clean the prep station. I should have said something but didn't want to upset her. read more
