I ordered by doordash because their Google Business Profile offers it as an option. At pickup, the food was not on the pickup shelf, but on a back counter. The app said it wasn't ready about 40min after ordering, but when I went in to see what was going on, it was obviously done for a while, sitting there, getting soggy. I had to wave down an employee to see if the soggy food was mine - it was. The guy was super confused and said "How did you order this?" Anyways, got the sandwiches, they felt a little short on meat, mostly bread. Other than that, I really like Firehouse subs, the food, the theme, etc. This location just has a few kinks to work out. I only used doordash because it appeared to be their preferred payment method, but obv the employees are confused by it. idk read more

My order of 2 medium subs that I preordered was prepared in a timely manner. The turkey sub had a decent amount of meat but was lacking the extra lettuce that I requested. The fully engulfed Hook and Ladder sub was warm with soft bread and fresh toppings. The people working there did not greet us as we walked in. The restaurant was clean and had the typical fire scene mural related to the local area. read more

After a long day of hiking we were looking for some food and were starving. Every restaurant had over an hour wait and were pretty expensive. We landed here and there was no line and no wait. We must've just come after a rush because the dining area was pretty messy and half of it was closed off. The food is fine, enough of a selection to choose from. Pretty comparable to a Subway. What I didn't understand was how they completely got my nieces order wrong. She ordered a veggie sandwich with no cheese and they gave her a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese. One star deducted for that. She was so hungry she just ate it anyways. read more

My friend is lactose intolerant and specifically requested no cheese on his sandwich and then it came with cheese. He took two bites and realized what he had eaten and the workers said "they all come with cheese" and refused to remake the sandwich. They then made us pay for a new sandwich while the worker stood swearing at him the entire time his sandwich was being remade :( read more

Firehouse Subs - Front - Sandwiches Near Me - Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

BEST SUBS EVER! The service is amazing everyone is so friendly, and they usually keep it decently clean.

Overall, just not great. Many of the sodas were out in the machine , subs were ok but not anything we would go back for. Service was slow and they seemed annoyed we were there. read more

Always consistently a great sub! There are many choices but this chain is in the top two choices of sub shops!

Employees saw us coming and locked the door 5 minutes until closing. Terrible customer service.

Always have gotten great sandwiches. Always eat at the one in pigeon forge when we go. No long wait for good.Nice clean restrooms also

We tired of burgers on our road trip, so we ended up at Firehouse Subs. The Chicken bacon ranch with guacamole is a solid sandwich. It was a bit messy, but Whats better than a Delicious mess?? It may be a bit pricier than I'm used to for a sandwich shop, but it was good and I'd go back. read more

The worst place for customer service came into eat with my church you group and the restaurant was full no seats available but their was a section in the back that was roped off with 10 or 15 tables that could be used.Went to sit back there since we had such a big group and was told the manager said we could not sit there and when I went to talk to the manager about this and tell her we had this large group and nowhere to sit she was just like I don't care so I told her if we have nowhere to sit I need my money back. This is kind of sad firehouse you need to really think about this when you hire a manager for your business. read more

This was one of thee best stops on the way out of PF, heading home! Here's the thing, it's SO EXPENSIVE. PRICING - Need to do deals, discounts, something. It's way too expensive! STAFF - Friendly, and went out of their way to bring out some water dishes for our dogs (Clearing throat, FIVE STARS, duh). CLEANLINESS - Great! TEMPERATURE - YESSS! lol It's nice and cool in there! I always say GO FOR THE SWEET TEA! it's so good! I think I had an itailian sub and it was amazing! STAMP OF APPROVAL - DONE. Enjoy! read more

Subs were very good but service was poor, for at least online orders. Being a tourist for the first time at the store I stood behind(underneath) the sign "pick up online orders here". Waited a few minutes and no one acknowledged me. I then I approached one of the guys making subs and I was approached with a very cold "what". I asked about where to pick up the online orders and he said "here". Little that I know after waiting for a few minutes I realized that my food was left on the "online order rack". For outside people visiting pigeon forge that system isn't obvious. They need to be more courteous and attend to customers with a better attitude and more friendly approach. If people working there can't be serviceable then they should work somewhere else's. Like I said food was great service wAs subpar. read more

This Firehouse is not the best one I have been to. Grumpy people/employees. I went to show them my Yelp free cookie offer amd they wanted my phone number. They typed it in twice and said it woukd not go with my Yelp account. Huh? Im confused. First off, I have NEVER had to give out my phone number to any business for a yelp offer. Im not arguing over a free cookie here. I bought 2 of them. They were out of chovolate chip. Very rude here. I wasn't the only Yelper in here either. She was really upset and going off on the employee that when she seen what they had done to me over a cookie! She told them to "take it off Yelp if you have problems with giving them out to us.. heck you dont even have any to give out!" Oh dear. Secondly, the sub, as you can see, is burnt. I did NOT go back in here for tgem to remake it! I just will NOT be back at this location. read more

Firehouse Subs - Burnt sub - Sandwiches Near Me - Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

Had the best sub of my life here. We got the Italian sub which truly had the perfect ratio of ingredients. The ingredients were extremely fresh and meat very flavorful. Every bite was heavenly. The bun was lightly toasted to perfection. Both my fiancé and I agreed that the Italian sub was phenomenal. We've tried other subs from here which were also awesome. The staff here are incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind, especially the gentleman taking our orders. He even remembered our names when we came back the next day! 10/10 would recommend. You simply cannot go wrong here! read more

The sandwiches were subpar. Took a long time to make. I asked for no cheese and got cheese. I asked for wheat bread and did not get wheat bread. And, the bathrooms were disgusting. read more

Best subs we've had anywhere in quite some time! The meat and bread were all fresh and the signature sauce made the sub!

Never have I visited a sub shop that botched an order as badly as this one. "No mayo" somehow was read by the sandwich maker as "slather every inch with as much mayonnaise as the bread can structurally hold, ensuring nothing in the box is edible". My wife's sandwich, ordered as the menu shows (onions, lettuce, and so forth), was produced as plain as one can imagine: bread, a small amount of ham, and a slice of cheese. The saving grace were the pickle spears. Those were quite good, and deserving of their own star. read more

Good food with a good cause. My kids love a certain other sub place because we don't have a Firehouse Subs in our neck of the woods. We've stopped at several of these while in vacations and haven't been to a bad on yet. Good food speaks for itself and these subs are great! read more

Stopped here for lunch because it was new on the Parkway and I hadn't ever tried Firehouse Subs before. Brand new building! We were greeted as we walked in the door. Spacious seating area featuring 'Firehouse' related decor. After ordering, we received paper cups for our drinks and were directed to choose our chips from the display. Beverages are self-serve, as is the seating. At this point, I was expecting this visit to turn out as just another 'sub-shop'. When our sandwiches were ready, a young man brought them to our table. (He shouted our name to find us.) I was surprised at the quality. I ordered the Italian combo and was impressed with the amount of meat and toppings. Bread was superb; flavor, fantastic. A young lady bussed our table before we left, which was another surprise to me. All-in-all, a better experience than I anticipated, and I will return. What makes it different than other sub shops? 1:Service - it's not quite 100% self-serve. 2:Flavor - tasted much better than cold meat slapped on a loaf of bread and toasted for 30 seconds. 3:Quantity - there was actually enough meat on the sandwich to taste. read more

Firehouse Subs - Delicious lunch! Friendly staff! - Sandwiches Near Me - Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

Food was to be expected from a chain sandwich restaurant, however, the sandwich was oddly soggy. I showed my wife after I finished my meal and there was a puddle in the to go box. Additionally the general vibe in the restaurant was pretty sad and unenthusiastic but it was the end of the day so that is justified. Not too bad not too good read more

This was my first visit to Firehouse Subs and I was impressed. The subs were AMAZING and I love the Coca-Cola drink stations where you can chose from 100+ flavors. The decor here was cool to check out as well. There is a lot of seating at this location and it wasn't very busy when we went, which was nice. There are TV's throughout also, so you can watch the news or games while enjoying a tasty sub (or two). read more

They make absolutely delicious subs that would make you drool, they make them freshly rather than packaged like some places does. If you are in mood for some subs, then this is the place to order! read more

I have gone to this location every time I'm in Pigeon Forge and have always enjoyed my food and experience there. I went today and when i walked in the floors were dirty as well as the tables. No one greeted us when we came in and barely acknowledged us through the whole process. Due to the uncleanliness we got our food to go. My husband went to the bathroom and said it was not clean. Very disappointed and not sure I will ever go back to this location read more

Excellent hospitality. We had come unplanned to this smokey mountains trip but Paul suggested us a few trails with the road directions and the clingman dome. This was the last place where we would get any ideas but we ended up making plans for the whole weekend as he gave us the map and guide. He was so engaging that it was a memorable lunch for us. Thank you Firehouse !!!! . 5 star rating. !!!!! read more

Stopped in here tonight after a really long day in the sun at Dollywood Splash Country. Just wanted to grab something quick and easy, and this was on our way back to our cabin. The restaurant is very big and we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. The cashier was super friendly and told us our kids were eating for free because it was Kids Night. We had no idea about this but we're very happy to get a super-affordable meal for all four of us, and very quick! The sandwiches were awesome and the kids loved them too. Very helpful staff and clean restaurant! Food was tasty too. I enjoy Firehouse vs. Subway, although not sure that it's very healthy.
