This was a really good sub... I had the Italian with a cup of chili. The sub was really good, I really enjoyed it. The chili was surprisingly good. The service was what earned my 5 stars. Ironically enough, I'd never go to a sub shop for a salad but I'm on Keto and bread is no go so I opted to get the salad for my free birthday meal. Wellllllll surprise surprise!!! This salad far exceeded any expectations had! Everything tasted so fresh and I enjoyed how finely cut all the ingredients were making it so that you get a little taste of everything in each bite. This will be my new go to place when I need to get take out. I've eaten it twice in a row now. Also I love the recycled bowls they are in. Me and my bud, Robert, make it a habit to eat here weekly. Ms. Charlotte always takes good care of us. She brings Robert his usual (Hook'n ladder, fully involved on white bread with a coke and Lays potato chips), while he kicks his feet up and sits back in his chair. Freaking nasty as hell if you ask me, but he likes it. I go with a simple Virginia Honey Ham on white, triple mayo. I ain't hard to please. I went in with my family today for lunch and we overheard the manager speaking with another customer she was very rude to the customer who came in for a replacement of some kind she basically called the customer a liar and accused them of coming in to for the replacement already the customer looked mortified not sure if they got the replacement or not since this seems to be your practice I then took my family to the Mexican restaurant next door instead to eat lunch I refuse to eat or shop anywhere the customer is treated so badly I can promise you that I will not return to any of your restaurants again and will try to persuade others to go elsewhere as well read more

Ordered from here through Bite Squad and food was 30 mins late and cold #1 - The order was 30 mins late, it was supposed to deliver at 7:49pm and we did not receive our food until 8:15pm   #2 - The subs were supposed to be "hot" and they were all barely warm and had a gelatinous consistency   #3 - Large club was supposed to be on white bread and came on wheat bread, was supposed to have no onions and it had onions, was supposed to have no spicy mustard and it had spicy mustard.   #4 - Small Steak and Cheese sub came as a large not a small, it was supposed to be on white bread and came on wheat bread, it was supposed to have black olives and didn't (we opened a can ourselves and put them on), it was not supposed to have spicy mustard and it did, it was not supposed to have sautéed peppers and onions and it did.   #5 - Medium Steak and Cheese sub came as a large not a medium, it was supposed to have black olives and did not (again we used olives that we had at the house), it was not supposed to have lettuce and it did, it was not supposed to have onion and it did, it was not supposed to have spicy mustard and it did.   #6 - Small club supposed to be white bread and it came on wheat bread, supposed to have No Mayo and it came with Mayo, supposed to have no Onion and it came with onion, it was supposed to have no spicy mustard and it came with spicy mustard   #7 - Large Italian was supposed to have black olives and didn't (again we used olives that we had at the house), it came fully involved and was not supposed to and it was supposed to have bacon and did not.   #8 - we ordered 6 brownies and only got 2     This was a complete disaster and it is very frustrating because my family has been using bite squad for a long time with no problems and then this order was just a total 100% disaster. The food here was worthy of five stars, as was the friendliness and overall service by the gentleman who took my order (I believe his name was Maurice). However, this was one of the overall weirdest experiences I've had at any fast food restaurants. For the entire time I was in the store (ordering, using the women's restroom, waiting on my order, eating, getting a drink refill, and then throwing my trash away), I could hear children screaming in the men's restroom - like seriously sounded like someone was being terrorized in there. It wasn't just one scream - this went on THE entire time I was in the store. It struck me as odd that not a single store employee, including the woman who appeared to be a manager, ever attempted to knock on the bathroom door or see what in the world was going on. A number of employees did, however, walk around the store and to/from the outside dining area to see if some man's kids were around. Although the manager-looking woman and a younger male employee kept talking about how they hoped the man had taken the kids home because they weren't outside, no one appeared concerned enough to check the bathroom where the screams were coming from or pick up the phone and call the man. Again, food was good, and Maurice was friendly. However, if I'm craving Firehouse the next time I'm in Knoxville, I'll go to a different location or just go to Which Wich down the street. read more

The subs here are always great, but what's even better is the customer service. I was just there and Nick and Jeremy both really went out of their way to check on our food, offer a to go box, and even make sure the drink machine was properly working for us. That kind of customer service is really appreciated, especially when they're not actually servers working for tips. read more

At April 815-830 I ordered thru Bitesquad. At 835 received a call they "Firehouse " was unable to make my food. By this point I was tired and decided to just call it a night. If you are unable to serve someone due to being busy or time constraints, inactivate your restaurant on the app. This was very inconvenient and now t I have to deal with bitesquad to recover my money.
