Classic Philly Cheesesteak (Regular)
Howard R.

Decided to see if the 1st here was a fluke or if they're really that good day in and day out, the food we got today was phenomenal yet again , service was on point with getting the food out to you in a timely manner, the place was good and clean and the atmosphere was nice and cozy , I'd like to say something negatively about this place but simply can't , I'd rank it to the top of my list, if anyone is looking for something special get off the strip and try it you won't be disappointed , the cheese sticks we got were amongst the best we've had, my Mac Watson was phenomenal and the 6 inch was so big I couldn't eat it all and the same with hers

We heard some good reviews on a YouTube video and found it was near our cabin and wanted to give it a try. The prices were a little high, but the cheesesteaks were pretty good. They certainly don't skimp on meat. The meat on the classic was good, but I felt needed more seasoning and had a few tough chewy pieces. I tried my husband's of the ribeye version and that was so much better! Fries were good tasting but zero crispness. Others in my family tried the chicken wings and raved about their buffalo sauce. We're all pretty satisfied with our lunch!

Not your typical place to go for a cheese steak sandwich but it didn't disappoint. The sandwiches were loaded with plenty of cheese. Many places don't use enough cheese but this one made me happy cause we love cheese. The people who work there are great. They explained everything to us and gave us wonderful recommendations. We are frequent visitors of Pigeon Forge and the Smokey mountains so we know this location well. It has been many different stores but hopefully this restaurant is here to stay. It's a nice place with a beautiful view to look at while you eat. Definitely gonna came back.

Hands-down this a 10 out of 10 must try again and again. If you are looking for really nice size portions food that is hot and flavorful, you should definitely try this place. You will not be disappointed in anything that you choose. I got the cheesy cheesesteak and it was absolutely fire. I also add even more extra caramelized onions, and it comes with like three different cheeses. The food comes to the table, hot and fresh. The macaroni and cheese bowl is filling as well. it comes with meat, plenty of macaroni and cheese, and it is super cheesy macaroni and cheese. I would definitely be coming back to this place shout out to the cooks in the back and to the lady in the front for her great customer service.

Ordered the Carnivore and it was loaded with chicken, steak and cheese and it tasted good but to pick it up to eat it, I had take most of the meat off so I could get a bite with some bun and not just all meat. Just used a fork to eat all the meat that was leftover. The service was average, not super friendly but not nasty either. The chili cheese fries tasted great. Some inside and outside seating. They do offer military discount which is much appreciated.

We love this spot. It is totally a hole in the wall food spot but the food the kitchen churns out it noteworthy. The dining room is nothing special and the bathrooms are weird but the food is delicious and plentiful. Huge portions, fresh ingredients, fast service and cook time. Nothing to not love here. Large parking lot, cool outside decor, and it is next to an eclectic shop. We stop in every time we are in the area to get either the Bigfoot original or the chicken supreme. Both are huge with wayyy too much cheese-y goodness.

I really want this place to thrive, but the location has never been successful for any shop over the last 20 years. That said, the food is delicious that I hope it does survive! It's a bit pricey, but for what you get, it's worth it. I love cheese and if was cheesey and delicious! The mushrooms, onions, and peppers were piled high. The meat was tender and perfectly cooked. The bread was warm but not crunchy. Everything really was delicious! The chili cheese fries were lacking the chili and cheese, but had the right flavor and crunch. There is indoor and outdoor seating, but not much. It was really busy on a Saturday night, but still came out prompt. We would eat here again easily!

Absolutely horrible service. We waited 40 minutes for our food & when our food was delivered it was slid off of the tray aggressively with no communication from the worker. Small area for seating, extremely dirty inside & outside. Food was also really salty?? Safe your money & time. 2 stars for the live music guy though he was great!

Out of control pricing. See for yourself.

Out of control pricing. Everyone expects to pay tourist pricing in a remote place like this, but this place takes it to the next level. $25 for a double cheese burger (without fry's!). $29 for a 12" Philly (without fry's). Been back twice in the last few weeks (lack of food options in the area) and won't be back again. On both visits, the Philly tasted different, second trip the Philly didn't have any seasoning on it. BOTH times the Philly was very greasy. Service isn't friendly at all. Place is dirty and run down. No music inside, it's just a bland feeling and makes you want to sit on the patio, eat quick and never come back. Bathrooms are gross and they can't even fill the hand towels, they just place a roll of paper towels on top of the empty dispenser. Food comes out randomly. 1st visit, fry's came out first, and were cold by the time the sub arrived. Second trip, hot dog came out first, then the fry's then the sub. I feel like they are in the back laughing at all the silly tourists who would pay this amount for poor quality food. I guarantee EVERYONE who visits and doesn't read any reviews before arriving has sticker shock on the silly high prices. BUT, they have driven all this way, the family is hungry so they say, "screw it" let's order. The person who paid that $100+ tab (FOR LUNCH) is pissed off the rest of the day. Say goodbye to tonight's beer money, I spent it all on a greasy WAY overpriced Philly.

The receipt for the 3 6 inch cheesesteaks and fries.

They literally have every fast food and chain dining experience on one block, but I didn't know that at the time but I'm tired of road trip Food so wanted to sit down for a good meal! Pulling into the parking lot and I was overwhelmed because it was huge and very crowded! We go to the desk and they tell us 25 minutes. This place was huge and very accommodating, they were getting people to their tables fast! We noticed two empty seats at the bar, so we opted to take them and had the pleasure of being served by Robert. He was attentive, made sure our waters were always full. He gave recommendations on his favorite dishes and was all around a great bartender! The guy working the other end of the bar was equally as professional. The ambience is a dark cool vibe, little trendy but people were dressed pretty casually! Answer the most important thing...The food! For an app, we got the beer, cheese fondue that came with apples, bread and pretzels. The beer cheese had a little bit of ooomph to it, which was refreshing because usually I'm not a big mustard person. The pretzel bites were incredible crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The apples were fresh all around the appetizer for 3 to 4 people so we took extra home. I ordered the 10 ounce sirloin cooked, medium with the web sweet potatoes and a side Caesar salad for a three dollar charge which ended up being a full-size salad! It was super fresh and gigantic for a side salad. The steak was cooked perfectly, in the middle with an insane sear. Their house, butter that they put on it truly elevated the flavor profile. I tried the sweet potatoes mashed and they were enjoyable, but I do not enjoy a sweet side with my food so I knew I was going to donate them to my husband and he said they were incredible, the flavor was definitely there just not my cup of tea, but I knew that from the beginning . He got the Caesar salad with grilled chicken! It had so much flavor and tastes incredible but yet melted in your mouth it was the most tender chicken I've ever had in my life, and the flavor was all there! Not even the slightest bit of any kind of dryness. One of the best bites of chicken I've ever had.! He ordered the bison meatloaf to go, and that comes with caramelized mashed potatoes and fried onion straws.... It smells incredible and I will update when we try it . * UPDATE: best meatloaf ever!!! Based on the quality/ experience on a very busy night- everything was phenomenal and I will return. Service 10/5 Food 5/5 Ambiance 5/5 Value 5/5

Immediately upon entering and checking out the menu, I knew this was not the typical taco joint. I loved seeing the internationally-inspired flavors on the menu. I mean... gochujang queso, harissa ketchup, tikka wings... LOVE to see it!! We ordered the Loaded Nachos, cauliflower tikka taco, and chile rubbed snapper taco. The tacos were architectural works of art. They were generously sized, with a giant mound of fillings. However, the menu item I absolutely need to rave about was the Loaded Nachos. This was some serious business... a ton of chips piled up on a tray, absolutely smothered with shredded chicken (the protein we selected), the aforementioned gochujang queso, shredded pepper jack, pico de gallo, chimichurri ranch, and fresh jalapeno peppers. The queso was... chef's kiss; it was deliciously cheesy with a salty-sweet twist. The nachos are an absolute must get. 10/10 recommend this place!

Drinks delivered quickly and orders taken. In the meantime, let's enjoy warm chips with refried beans and salsa. All were flavorful and nicely done. Orders taken included carne asada, fajitas, and cheese covered burrito. The food came out very quickly and was surprising considering a packed house. Asada and fajita beef both reported to be perfectly done but lacking seasoning. Cheese covering burrito was fantastic and refried beans a bit runny but full of flavor. Wait staff was very timely all the while working their tail off. Certainly a professional here. Prices are fair. Portions were good. Nothing negative to report.
