A solid, reliable, respectful, caring company that I recommend enthusiastically! Hector and crew trimmed our loquat trees, thoroughly removed a 30 year-old willow, installed a beautiful new silver sheen, and left our yard spotless. After contacting a few local tree trimmers, we were happy to find this honest and reliable company. Hector cares about his customers and it shows, from his excellent communication and punctuality, to his helpfulness in suggesting specific ways to meet our needs. Immediately after our estimate, he began research on a replacement tree, texting photos and prices from the nursery. He and his assistant arrived on-time to complete the work. In removing the willow, they discovered two broken sprinkler pipes. It was hard to tell if they were broken during the removal or previously, but Hector took it all in stride, making trips to Home Depot, repairing the pipes right away and charging us nothing more. These are good, trustworthy guys who did a thorough, clean job. I look forward to having them back to our home in the future. So, if you're looking for great tree services, just shout, "Timber!!!" I used Yelp's automated feature that allows me to get multiple quotes from several businesses and Hector was the only one that was consistent and prompt with his communication. I was able to send him images of the trees that needed trimming and he was able to provide me with a quote that was affordable. During our appointment, Hector communicated with me regarding his arrival and also double-checked with me regarding the task. I appreciated the fact that he made sure to have me review the work before finishing. Hector and his team did such a great job that we asked if they could trim additional trees at my mom's house (for an additional payment, of course!). I highly recommend Timber Tree Service!!. I had been looking for someone to trim my palm trees for a few days and was getting discouraged...finally I was directed to Timber Tree Service and am so glad that I was. Hector arrived exactly on time to give an estimate and gave us a very reasonable quote. He said he would call the next day to arrange for a day and time to complete the service. I remember thinking "oh I hope this isn't yet another company where a week from now I'm wondering what happened to them! But I was so pleasantly surprised. I got a call from Hector the next day and he gave me a date of the following Saturday and said he would try to get to it sooner if he could...and HE DID..came two days early on Thursday!
