I remember biting into a crispy on the outside but also fluffy Apple cider donut which really hit the spot. I stopped by at Duke's Donuts today at the NT Farmer's Market. For $10, you get 13 donuts which is a steal! The Apple Cider donuts were as amazing as I remembered them to be! Hands down, one of the best Apple Cider donuts I've had. They had a nice apple flavor to it and weren't overly sweet like other ones I've had. I also had the original sugared donuts. This was my first time having one of them. I really like how fluffy they were but they tasted a little boring and didn't have much flavor to them. Overall, I'm a huge fan of Duke's Donuts. It's a nice little comforting treat to have on a cold day!

I was there for probably 20 minutes walking back and forth trying to figure out what I wanted! haha The staff here are always so kind and understanding though, they never make me feel bad or rushed as I figure out what I want. This time I walked out with four treats: an Almond Filled Sweet Roll square, a Mini Pastry Heart, an Almond Horn, and a Buffalo Bills cutout cookie. If you couldn't tell, I love almond so I indulged a bit. The almond filled sweet roll was fluffy and sweet with plenty of almond paste inside, very much what I want from a sweet roll. The almond horn was excellent! This pastry was akin to a danish and filled with plenty of almond paste. The Buffalo Bills cutout was cute with a softness and not dry. The mini pastry heart was delicious, as usual from Eileen's. In addition to my treats, the price was a(nother) treat as well, INCREDIBLY affordable! This visit to Eileen's Centerview Bakery was a great reminder for how awesome this bakery is. From customer service, quality, portions, pricing, all of it is excellent. The vendors typically stay the same week to week and there are usually good trucks available also. My favorite part is the Buffalo themed vendors that you don't get at the Hamburg Farmers market. Nothing beats some home-made loganberry wine! The tents are placed about 10 feet apart to allow as much social distancing as you can in a farmers market.

I grabbed an iced chai latte and a cookies and cream waffle for a quick snack. The latte was great and I enjoyed it with all their flavors they put into it. The cookies and cream waffle was incredible. Any fan of Oreos or cookies and cream would be in love with this treat. It was the perfect amount of sweet with it being balanced out with the waffle. The service here is always friendly and fast. I barely waited at all for my drink or the waffle. And it is the perfect little spot to sit and work or catch up with friends. With the location being over by Riverworks, it kind of feels off the beaten path and a little bit of a secret, which I also love. I will definitely be back for more!
