The renovation and tiling done at that time was excellent. Here I am 16 years later with the shower wall's grout, tub caulking and window sill sealant in such bad shape I never wanted guests! My friend recommended Eugene, a master of this sought after skill. The work he did was precise and the results are excellent. He did more sealant near my kitchen faucet as well. Making the appointment was very easy and Eugene arrived right on time. He works alone and is so concentrated on the task. A few days later, the grout behind kitchen faucet cracked and he was back in a flash. He also took the time to check on the whole project. Also suggested a simple squeegee to use after showering to prevent soap build up. I have showed my neighbors his work and sent his credentials to our building management team and co-op board. As the other reviewers state, he really is a tile savant. The work effort and knowledge can't be beat. My cost was $1480, totally on point with other providers in our building who did poor work. Every single penny was worth it! His work is a game changer!

After complaining about it, the staff had the audacity to claim that the old woman did not work for them. The old woman sits right next to them in the exact same office. Here is some advice. When running an office, if you are with another company, it is wise to separate their duties in order for them to not get confused. It is also wise to curb your employees to make sure they are not out of line. Overall, very disappointed at the dishonesty of this business.

We loved the rosewood material so much that we ended up using the same vanity in both bathrooms! Very modern design that has an elegant simplicity touch to it. We are not completely done with the renovations yet, but we love the way it looks so far!!! Depending on how well lit your bathroom is, the color of the rosewood may come out lighter/darker (as to be expected). But definitely something to keep in mind as you're walking around their showroom (which is extremely bright with natural light pouring through).

After we met IK, heard their ideas and shared some of our dream items for our family home, we decided to re-design our ENTIRE apartment using IK as our design team for architectural services and selections across 2300 interior square feet. This included redesigning our apartment layout, tripling the size of our kitchen and gutting 3 full bathrooms and enhancing one other bathroom. We could not have done it without Lauren, Olga, Adriana and the entire IK team of designers and project managers. IK is on top of it all. We had weekly design and logistics meetings that included our budget tracking and our selection tracking. They were able to show us what our apartment was going to look like through amazing renderings that were so life-like, it was the first time I was able to truly see what I was putting together. They worked with us on finishing selections, coordination with the contracting team over 6 months with multiple weekly visits, the architect and expeditors, the ancillary services and resources for glass, marble, cabinetry and more. IK was able to deliver us the home of our dreams in NYC. Although it was a complicated and nearly year long project, we felt ready to take it all on because of IK and their team and their contacts. They were there for us every step of the way, kept us on budget and were able to meet with varying providers when we weren't, acting like our own right hand. I ended up getting the Toto aquia IV one-piece toilet because it was the most comfortable and seemed the easiest to clean. The only thing is the depth of the bowl is rather shallow, which I didn't think would be a problem but sort of is. Making the purchase was rather seamless, and there were a lot of workers available. None hovered over us, which I appreciated.
