Now I need to take to court as we are 7 months later, customer service (Andrew) refuses to return calls and Chris Cook states we need to pay for the windows and install. Completely unacceptable. If you give them your money, don't expect service if something isn't right or they make a mistake.

If you need to return surplus merchandise during or after a project, expect to be charged a 15% restocking fee. This is conveniently buried in that fine print. So after spending $25k they had the nerve to impose a $50 penalty on the return of a single container of Coretex screws!! We're encouraged to buy locally and when we do we are subjected to abusive customer service policies.
