Everyone was welcoming and helpful, and the process was so easy. And most importantly, the tiles are GORGEOUS! We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this business! read more

Deciding to build our house from scratch was a very daunting prospect. Thank Heavens for Francesca Ficalora at Tiles Unlimited! She patiently brought us through the process for our bathrooms and helped us see the possibilities available to us. We relied on her guidance and leadership and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. She even helped steer our builder the right way from time to time! Tiles Unlimited was a wonderful place to purchase tiles. We needed tiles to either match or complement a section of existing tiles. Nick was extremely welcoming and helpful. He helped me pick out glass tiles. We discussed the pros and cons of ceramic and glass tiles. I showed him pictures of my kitchen. He estimated correctly the total square feet for tiling. He gave me options of translucent or opaque white grout. He went over options of tile liner. He gave me samples to bring to my home to compare to the current tiles. We picked out what we wanted, he estimated how much tile wastage that we needed. We purchased what we needed. It was a seamless, easy process. We also got treated to bagels and espresso in the morning. It was the best tile purchasing experience. You can go somewhere else if you like being treated like being treated like a second class citizen. If you want VIP personal attention and informative purchasing decision, you should come here. read more

I can't say enough good things about Tiles Unlimited. It doesn't need to be mentioned that a home renovation is a huge undertaking and usually takes more time than anticipated but we were fortunate to have Francesca guide us with remodeling the kitchen, dining room and three bathrooms. She is professional, thoughtful and very knowledgeable in all aspects of the endeavor. The owner Joe, the entire staff to include the showroom and the warehouse (with a special shout out to Stacy) were also very willing to assist with any concern or follow up issues. Again, a special thank you to Francesca and the staff for making a difficult process run smoothly and efficiently. I refer all my friends and neighbors to Tiles Unlimited.. If you could give a 6th star for knowledge, friendliness and extreme patience, Tiles Unlimited would get it. The time they were willing to spend with us for a $1,000 purchase was extraordinary. When Francesca sat with us to finalize price and details, she started making terrific suggestions that made it clear she really understands every aspect of this business. I would highly recommend Tiles Unlimited even if they were more expensive than their competitors. But the quotes we received were in fact, 35% less than another store we visited the same day. The only thing missing is a comfy chair for husbands like me who don't care what our wives choose. read more

I didn't realize that I came within minutes of closing time yet I was greeted warmly by Nicholas. I explained that I wanted backsplash for the kitchen. He showed what they had, what was in stock, and the price. The next morning I was there at 7:30. Again, I was greeted warmly by Francesca. I explained what I wanted and was on my way by 7:50 a.m. Tiles Unlimited made a great impression with the beautiful showroom and customer service. I highly recommend them. read more

Once again I couldn't be more pleased with my Tiles Unlimited experience. These recent photos are from the recently completed bathroom renovation and I couldn't be happier! The flooring is exquisite! While generally expensive I lucked out on phenomenal pricing. The company bought a large bulk and was able to provide a very reasonable price point. The same with the beautiful wall tiles which are textured! The guidance provided was instrumental. It was like I had a designer working with me and it shows in the final outcome. There is no other place I will shop for tiles, ever! Thanks again Tiles Unlimited!!!! read more

Thank you Karolina and Tiles Unlimited! I live in the neighborhood and so knew of Tiles Unlimited by reputation and presence. One I day decided to take a walk up to Tiles Unlimited to "look around-gives you an idea of how naive was at the start of my bathroom renovation project(s) - 2, one a flood redo. From the time I walked into the store, I experienced great service and attention but most of all from Karolina. She is so talented, has a fabulous eye and great ideas and is soo patient - I was totally overwhelmed at the start, and have experienced various insurance and contractor-related delays unrelated to Karolina and Tiles Unlimited. As importantly, I never felt as though I was being pushed into products that were most expensive and/or most profitable to Karolina and Tiles Unlimited. I would definitely recommend Karolina and Tiles Unlimited. read more

Satisfying experience with this classy operation. My wife and I left with a smile. Francesca provided attentive, courteous, product savvy professionalism at a level service that is admirable -- a standard that all businesses should duplicate. In fact, when a particular tile was found to be out if stock, she went the extra mile -- with determined persistence -- and found an acceptable alternative to satisfy our needs. Tiles should be shopped for in person imo, and Tiles Unlimited's showroom with its wide selections on display and helpful consultants facilitated the buying experience. I was helped by Alessandro Silaco with finding the exact tiles I needed for my kitchen floor and backsplash. He was very knowledgeable about the product and even showed me a new style tile that was not yet displayed in the showroom, which I ended up picking. It was exactly what I wanted. He also made sure the right amount of material was ordered for my project. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the tiles (mine were made in Italy and cut to minimize grout lines) and VERY reasonable prices . I got them on sale with a yelp discount and saved an extra 20% which was great! Overall, an excellent experience. read more

Tiles unlimited. Yup, definitely tons of tiles that at first glance, it is overwhelming. For any homeowner, designing any part of the house can stress you out with so many detailing and options to think through that you didn't even think you would have to make a call on! Luckily I was helped by Francesca, whom was so helpful with the whole process. She was knowledgeable with pricing and what was available. When I had questions of pricing for pieces that she wasn't certain on, she rushed quickly to check up on it to make sure she was right with the pricing. I don't like to waste time, and she certainly didn't waste mine. When i was stuck on how something would look, she would flip to her phone to see if she had an image to show me or she scurried along and held the tile right next to the other tile for me to see. I never asked for that, but she did! Nice choices of tiles for any room. They range from all different pricing so there's something for everyone. Luckily I went when it was Black Friday so prices were very doable. Everyone knows, things always add up when renovating. I probably had to go back to the tiles unlimited 5 times because my contractor would need something. I emailed Francesca of things I would need and it was so easy and stress free because she was quick and boom it was done. Another plus is that she was able to help me calculate how much to buy. All I had to do was give the measurements and she was able to let me know how much I needed of tiles and grout. My contractor thought I had a designer help me with the tiles. I said nope! Just a really helpful Francesca who went the extra mile to hold up various tiles for me to stare at. And recommended grout colors. Now, if only Francesca learned mandarin. I could get all the contractors to go to her to buy tiles! Look for Francesca when you're there. read more

Tiles Unlimited is a tile shop (no surprise here) and they have some really beautiful pieces. You will have to pay more money for these tiles, but the quality is far superior then the ones you would normally buy at a generic home improvement store. Staff is friendly and greet you the minute you walk in. There are displays in different areas with different tile arrangements, and there are tiles in racks on display, where you can turn each rack so you can see what the tiles look it. There are also small displays or setups of bathrooms and tiles. In the back there is a clearance/blowout section. They have ceramic, porcelain and glass tiles and mosaics. They even have metal tiles and supplies for tiling. I saw behind the counter some bathroom fixtures as well. The first time I came, I was helped by a woman who didn't know too much about the products, but after I told her I wanted more info on tiles, she passed me over to one of the salesman, Alex, who is very knowledgeable about the products they carry. He quoted me a price for some tiles I was interested in. When I came back on a different day to order the tiles and asked if I could have the contractor's discount, he was able to give me a discount of his quoted price and the bill showed the price of each tile with breakdown. He was very helpful in providing tips like using different colors of grout. He told me to use white for the walls and light grey for the floor. His tip was spot on and I could tell he was very experienced in dealing with the products he sells. I would never have thought of using grey grout but that really helps especially when people tread on the floors causing grout to discolor in some areas and the light grey grout would already take care of that. I was really pleased with my purchase. I had white ceramic tiles that had veins injected into it that gave it a marble effect without the high maintenance. I got the bullnose (border caps) as well and the matching porcelain floor tiles, and couldn't afford to put any more money in buying border tiles or pencils. I keep raving about the quality of these tiles, because I can't help it. Now I look at the tiles in my bathroom all the time and dream I am in some faraway place or high-end spa, when I am soaking in the tub and loving every minute of it. The cons of Tiles Unlimited are that there are no returns on orders shipped from the warehouse and tiles sold by boxes. So you have to be careful how much you order. Bullnoses and pencil tiles are calculated by each piece so you don't have to buy a whole box. Alex helped me calculate what I needed after giving him the measurements that my contractor took of my bathroom. I had only one bathroom tile piece left after construction. If you like the look and can't afford the tile prices, take your camera and shoot pictures of tiles that you do like and see if you can find "the look" at different stores or home improvement stores. The border tiles were too expensive for me at Tiles Unlimited, so I got those at Home Depot and they really do compliment the tiles nicely. Go to Tiles Unlimited for some truly wonderful tiles and knowledgeable staff who actually help! read more

My wife and I were looking to redo the half bath in our house and were looking for a modern tile and vanity set that wouldn't break the bank. I did some research and happened to watch George to the Rescue and saw "Tiles Unlimited" was only about 20 minutes from our house. I gave them a call and went in for a visit. The team at Tiles Unlimited was great; I had made a few visits and due to schedules I didn't always get the same person to help me but they were so well organized that they didn't miss a beat when helping me select the tiles for my bathroom. The tiles we selected were exactly what my wife and I were looking for so we were very happy. The owner, Joseph, even reached out to me to recommend a different floor tile because him and the team who were helping us (Francesca and Al) felt it would look even nicer than what they originally picked out. They sent me a picture and my wife and I loved it! We are extremely happy with the way the bathroom turned out and the service we received. I highly recommend Tiles Unlimited for their service, price and professionalism. read more

Highly recommend Tiles Unlimited. Tons of products to select from and at different price points. The tiles are definitely great quality. On top of that, the client service in the store is impeccable. Both staff who helped me (Francesca and Alex) are very professional and very helpful. I found the store from Yelp. Went in the store without any idea what I would like my bathroom looks like. Alex made great suggestions for me. He was very experienced and knows all his products. All the colors/tile matching seem so easy for him. I had a different idea of the style and went back to the store again, this time Francesca helped me. I was very impressed by Francesca as well by her knowledge of the products. Francesca is full of energy and very approachable. Always with smile on her face. She answered my contractor each question in details. I went back to the store a few more times for various reasons. I love this store, the selection of tiles and Francesca, one of the sales consultants. It has a huge selection of beautiful tiles, nicely displayed in a large showroom. We decorated 2 bathrooms, and stairs and they turned out beautiful. 4 bathrooms, 4 kitchen, and 1 stairs left to go. We will definitely use them in future. Not 5 stars, as we had one issue with return of a special order, but they managed to resolve it, and gave us about 52% refund that can be used a store credit. Not ideal, but at this point I'm happy. Other than returns, this is a 5-star store, and I highly recommend it! read more
