And we were blown away by the top notch service Andy and his team provided to us. Andy took the time helping us select the tiles, backlashes, kitchen counter tops, sinks, hardwood floor, array of products. My Contractor took the measurements but was short on kitchen tiles. I called Andy and his delivery guy delivered a box of tile to us in NJ the following morning. I ordered the bathroom vanity top from Lowes and the size of it was 1.5 inch shorter than the bottom cabinet. Andy found a perfectly matching backlash so the contractor was able to install it. We were thrilled how beautiful it turnout. We compared at least 5 stores in the same area, the quality of the products and price, this store beats its com Overall, the experience we had with Andy and his team were amazing!!! Strongly recommend this store!!! Feeding off my previous review, a minor issue with the door hinge, brought it to Andy's attention and he ordered the parts and shipped it to me in 3 days.

I sent her the asking amound and decided to return once again a few weeks later for a small item. After attempting to negotiate the small item with her a couple of times because YOU CAN negotiate in these stores in flushing, she decided to block me and not answer me at all. I got in touch with my contractor to see if her number changed and he spoke to her and told me she didn't like that i negotiated and decided to block me.Mind you the final counter I was trying to purchase from her was $170 and you would think she could lower it by $20-30 knowing i'm a returning customer and have sent a few customers her way. I called today to speak to her and tell her how unprofessional it was and she got pretty loud and told me she's hanging up on me. I would like to take this to the owner because that was terrible but apparently he's on vacation for a few weeks. I highly recommend checking out other cabinet stores where they remain professional instead of blocking you.

They had a minimum purchase of around $800 so I told them ok but when I told them the dimensions they said I needed to buy at least a countertop size. The owner of this business is selling cabinets on FB marketplace on his personal account. I…read moremessaged him asking for dimensions of the cabinets, to which he replied by saying he doesn't have the time to measure the cabinets he is selling, and asked me to drive to him, to measure the cabinets myself. I was a serious buyer, but 4 hours away, and not willing to spend 8 hours of my time to save this guy the 5 minutes it would take him to measure the cabinets. I wouldn't recommend doing any business with this clown who is too lazy to measure the dimensions of the cabinets he's selling. I am disappointed in the time I wasted to even message him, only to get blocked when I rightfully called him out for his asinine sense of entitlement to expect me to drive 8 hours so he didn't have to spend 5 minutes using a tape measure, to think that level of laziness is being exhibited by someone who does this for a living is unconscionable. If I could give zero stars I would.

I also like how they weren't pushy about anything and answered all of our questions. During the process of remodeling, those guys that worked on our kitchen were super careful and detailed. However, I couldn't find anything I liked that was on the cheaper end. The annoying thing is none of the prices are listed so you just have to take a picture and then go up to a worker at the end to ask for prices. The workers are also pretty much not available; they just sit behind the counter looking busy. If you have a higher budget, I definitely recommend this place. There's even a small parking lot, which makes it extra convenient. Don't like that they charge $50 for delivery. Idr if it's to Brooklyn or just in general.

When running an office, if you are with another company, it is wise to separate their duties in order for them to not get confused. It is also wise to curb your employees to make sure they are not out of line. Overall, very disappointed at the dishonesty of this business.
