After attempting to negotiate the small item with her a couple of times because YOU CAN negotiate in these stores in flushing, she decided to block me and not answer me at all. I got in touch with my contractor to see if her number changed and he spoke to her and told me she didn't like that i negotiated and decided to block me.Mind you the final counter I was trying to purchase from her was $170 and you would think she could lower it by $20-30 knowing i'm a returning customer and have sent a few customers her way. I called today to speak to her and tell her how unprofessional it was and she got pretty loud and told me she's hanging up on me. I would like to take this to the owner because that was terrible but apparently he's on vacation for a few weeks. I wouldn't recommend doing any business with this clown who is too lazy to measure the dimensions of the cabinets he's selling. I am disappointed in the time I wasted to even message him, only to get blocked when I rightfully called him out for his asinine sense of entitlement to expect me to drive 8 hours so he didn't have to spend 5 minutes using a tape measure, to think that level of laziness is being exhibited by someone who does this for a living is unconscionable.
