Honest and to the point My husband had recently bought a luxury bathtub from here because of my health...with jets, aromatherapy and all the bells and whistles (Bain Ultra)... They took such good care of my husband the first time, timing wise, price wise etc. we had to come back!! When my husband and i first walked in today we felt apprehensive because we were on a budget this time. We made that very clear to Dimitrios and Sophia (who took care of us) and they assure us...No Problem....Dimitrios was so funny, helpful, honest and to the point we had to trust him...he was even willing to send us somewhere else to get the help we needed if we couldn't afford their items (say what?!!) rare to find....along with his great ideas for us...we got interested to buy....on the spot...He did some brain storming and put some things together for us that would work inside our budget and we are beaming inside about our purchase....our home is on the way to being completed....This will be our forever home.... and we are so happy to work with what feels like a family owned business because everyone is so close. We felt welcomed and we are going back to buy our half-bathroom mirror and some other items that i know they can guide us with. Thanks again, 3 way bath design center!!!! read more

The stuff that this store carries are high end and consequently pricey compared to elsewhere. But the showroom decoration and the way that the products are displayed are done beautifully. I love the imagination and the decoration style of the employees. Tho not sure that I would purchase in here bc I cannot afford its prices. LMAO read more

I have been working with Three Way Bath for almost two years during my bathroom and kitchen renovation from planning it to executing it. Tina goes to great lengths to make her customers happy. You will never feel rushed and she will give you all of her time to help you. Since this project took me almost two years to complete, I had the pleasure of also working with Sophia and Andrew. Both are really nice and always helpful when Tina isn't available. Three Way has a large showroom to display their products. It really is so much nicer to see what you are ordering before your order it. I did order some products online because they were cheaper but then realized that sometimes that just creates double the work. If something goes wrong, I have to take care of it whereas with Three Way Bath they will handle all of the problems for you. When I had a problem with a custom made Sophia mirror, Andrew brought the owner of that company to my home to adjust the mirror. That's the kind of service you will get with Three Way Bath read more

When I had to redo my apartment bathroom (which hadn't been touch since it was built in 1949), Three Way Plumbing was the bathroom supply store that a number of people, even my dad's plumber friend, recommended going to. And these people were right - Three Way made what seemed like an impossible job totally doable! I am not someone who really gets into renovations but had no choice when a pipe broke but to renovation the bathroom. The job seemed overwhelming - all the things you have to buy, and too many choices (who knew there were so many different choices for tubs!!!), and it seemed like a time suck. But going to Three Way made the job easy. I worked with Sophie who was amazing - very professional and once she figures out what you want (for me something nice, but not too expensive), she guides you in the right direction and gives her opinions about some of the product (if the cost is worth it for you, etc). She also knows the things you need that you didn't know you would need (the hardware for behind the shower wall) which was really helpful. And she lets you take your time in the store and look over the different products. But for someone like me, having someone so knowledgeable was extremely helpful - in the end I only spent about two hours to pick out every thing I needed. And I am very, very happy with the quality and look of everything. Also, when the toilet bowl I ordered proved to have a tank that didn't fit, Sophie worked with me to do an exchange and gave me back the difference. Very much appreciated that there was no hassle with that. If you were someone who wants to spend the time in renovating your bathroom and picking out the highest quality, for sure Three Way can give you that too. There were a number of people who came in and were getting really amazing bathrooms and wanted to spend the time and money, and Three Way has some really nice, beautiful pieces. Maybe in a few years when I have more savings I will be at that level! What was also great about Three Way is that they will hold on to your order until your contractor is ready to start installing the fixtures. Then Three Way will deliver the order to your place - you just have to give them a day's notice. For people who live in a small space, this is extremely convenient. I highly recommend Three Way Plumbing. They have a large assortment of products to choose from, both on the floor and in catalogs, but the people who work there, once they know what you are looking for and your price, they are extremely helpful in guiding you to choices. You might be able to get things cheaper in a place like Home Depot, but you won't have the expert advice guiding you and the free storage and delivery that Three Way provides also makes it worth it. I would not go anywhere else. read more

I was deeply disappointed in my experience when I was in the store on Saturday afternoon. I was referred by Tiles Unlimited which provides great customer service as I've shared in their reviews. Upon walking in the store no one greeted us despite looking at us. We walked around the store when finally a woman eating her lunch asked if she could be helpful. I told her what I was looking for (a vanity for our daughter's bathroom) when she said she'd get to us. A few minutes later a couple who came in after us was greeted by this same woman who said "how can I help you before going to this other customer?" REALLY!!!???? I told my husband we would be leaving and do you think anyone tried to stop us? I don't think they cared and out we went never speaking to anyone. I don't care how nice their merchandise might be their attitude sucked! We will never step foot back into this store! read more

Went to this store since I was looking for a Hansgrohe shower set which is what they deal in. Helped by Nicole who was pleasant and ordered my set. Price was reasonable from what I can tell comparing it online and was told it was in stock and should arrive 7-10 days. So I timed it with my contractor who started the work. As we approach day 10 (business days) My wife called to follow up on the order and was told it should arrive by Friday (day 10) and we will receive a call in the morning. So Friday comes and no call. I follow up on Saturday and was told I will receive a call on Monday. Once again, no call until I called them 2 times before I received a call back saying that it is in transit and to wait for another 2-3 days. When I mentioned that the original timeline was 7-10 days they brushed me off saying, well we are at the tail end of the 10 days. Of course I wait some more since I really do believe in trying to support my local small businesses. I call again on Wednesday and was told they are not sure when it will come in and to check again on Monday. I decided to just cut my losses and cancel my order. There was no issues with the cancellation so they get a star and the price was reasonable so another star but don't count on any follow up or sense of urgency when you call. They really need a system of tracking their orders in this day and age everyone knows where their packages are. read more

We never got our order ontime. Always delay never keep the date. ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG.

Hands down the best! They were very helpful in the build of my house. They were knowledgeable in what I needed to order for my bathrooms and kitchen and always on time with the orders. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future! read more

Ordered multiple items for two bathroom renovation projects from them and am so pleased. Professional, patient, helpful. Things went smoothly and they got me the best prices of anyone around. Even when I had to make changes on the items, they were very flexible and understanding. Recommended to friends who needed to renovate their home and they are pleased as well. Expect to use them again for my kitchen project. Keep up the good work! read more

Worst customer service ever. Waited close to three weeks for my vanity when they told me it would take a week and a half. Unfortunately the vanity did not work out out but when i inquired about returning the vanity they told me i could not despite a the receipt saying i could. They offered me an alternative to help fix the problem. When i decided to go that route it took another 2 weeks to be resolved when i was told it would take one day. Will not bring any business here nor will i refer anyone here. Very Unhappy. read more

I ordered all my fixtures from this place 3 bathroom and kitchen. Nasty people not helpful and overpriced

Bad bad morning because of this place. I called ahead to check on a part, and the guy said they had it. I sat in 30 minutes of traffic to get there (and again on the way home) to find out that the guy never checked stock. He wanted me to stay there while he made up the part for me. after 30 minutes of waiting, he couldn't get the right thread on the part. Here I am an hour and a half later- pissed and tired and out of gas. Have them triple check anything you call about! read more

Arrogant and dishonest. Paid thousands for European shower body and faucets. They guaranteed the chrome finish for life at the time of purchase. Finish all corroded after a few years. The audacity to tell me "nothing lasts forever". Zero stars. Be warned!! read more

I am a little suprised by the bad reviews. I had a small bath to gut renovate. I stopped by the store, looked around and spoke to the people behind the counter. They told me if I found something I liked online, they might be able to order it. They ordered my sink and toilet based on my providing the model #'s - no issues. I also needed a medicine cabinet and he steered me to one that has worked out perfectly - and cost less than half of what I was expecting. I also seleected the sink faucet + shower set from the showroom. I found the selection at the store to be very good, and I found the service to be terriffic. I may need a kitchen faucet in the near future and I expect to go there first.. read more

Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. We ordered all of our fixtures here for a complete bathroom renovation back in August and the whole process was one big headache. All the parts were delayed and nothing arrived during the time frame promised. I had to make several trips to them to pick up parts as they arrived. Customer service is close to non existent. Our sales guy was rarely available to come to the phone (always either "unloading a truck or in the bathroom") You need to leave about 10 messages before you get a call back. Major attitude from other sales staff as if they are doing me a favor. Had a faucet issue and they were supposed to call the manufacturer for replacement parts last week. I decide to call the company directly to check on the status and they have absolutely no record of a call being made for my faucet! I'd never recommend this place to anyone!!! read more

I used Three Way Plumbing a couple of years ago and I must say that I was completely satisfied. I was able to purchase a cast iron claw foot tub at a great price there. I also purchased a sink, toilet and shower heads, all of which were delivered on time and no problems. Whenever I have a need for anything for my bathroom I look to Three Way and they have always helped me. I will continue to give my business to Three Way. C. Fuller read more

This may be the worst plumbing supply ever. Ordered my bathroom fixtures and toilet bowls from this company. It took about two to three weeks to receive everything that's being told I will have every thing in a few days. Ordered white toilets received beige toilets. Had plumber pick up toilets and now I got beige toilets in my bathroom. The fixtures received wrong styles and missing pieces Went back and forth with this place to try and correct issue. It took another month to correct issue. Spent a lot more on my plumber because of all the issues. The people that work there they kept on telling me that this is normal and happens all the time This is by far the worst experience I ever had at any store Something that seemed so simple and they screwed every possible item up. Buyer beware with this company read more

I'm shocked as well by some of the bad reviews. in my experience, the customer service was very good. The salespeople were helpful and my fixtures came in close to when they estimated. They even let me take home some of the counter samples trusting I would return them. read more

Bad customer service 100% First, they ordered the wrong items. Held up my job for more than two weeks. Horrible not being able to finish a bathroom with 5 people in a house. Then the contractor gets annoyed and goes on to his next job, so it' s a double wait. The best part was that when it came time to deliver my shower doors, their policy is that they don't deliver into the house. The man who delivered them, literally placed them in front of me. Luckily, on was on my front lawn--the weight of the box knocked my to the ground with the doors on top of me!!!. He saw me fall, and then came running. I told him to get away from me. My neighbors had to come out and help me get up. I called my son and his friend to come bring them into the house. How disgusting. Plus when you are shopping there, there is always someone eating lunch at the counter. Very unprofessional. Spend your money elsewhere. On the plus, they do have nice things. Look there. Then buy elsewhere. read more
