I must have been tired, but it felt like security was really aggressive getting in front of me and asking me what I was looking for specifically. Showed him my phone with store pickup and ID and he directed me to the long checkout line. It felt like I was being profiled by security. I get it, there's a lot of theft in NYC, but it was really off putting since I was going to browse first. Though, security let other people with bags in without even questioning them. Luckily, there was someone asking for people with store pickup and I was the only one with store pickup. However, I've never experienced someone who couldn't scan my barcode, then typed in the order number manually, but that didn't work either and asked for my phone number.
