Somehow she neglected to put in prices even then. In addition, they charge 3.5% if you put payment on a credit card AND they only give you a contractor's discount if the bill is put on the contractor's account. We did a small renovation and decided to do one stop shopping here and I have lived to regret it. My sense is that this company is growing too quickly and lowering quality at the same time. We have three fixtures that have broken in one year - one faucet has been fixed three times. Fortunately, the contractor is still on board for a year, but the plumber said that it is widely known that cheap plastic parts are now being used in many of the WW faucets, including mine. He actually showed me and said he has three different clients with the same problem. As well, a toilet paper holder have broken - again, poorly made. Finally, our faucet handles are discolored and our gray towels have turned brown. Beyond this, we have WW tiles in a bathroom that are probably inappropriate for extensive wet condition use. They refuse to acknowledge any possible problems, even though I am not looking for anything but information about possible sealant corrections, etc. The whole experience has been disappointing once I left the showroom and entered the actual ownership phase. I would do more research before ever trusting the quality here again.

But the job they did deserves recognition. Among the many people worth a shout-out: designer Chaya Uzan whose enthusiasm and ideas gave us a sense that our project was quite special; and Robbie Goldberg, our day-to-day contact and project manager, who brought a craftsman's eye to all aspects of the job. When problems were encountered, problems were fixed. An example: once we installed a new oven in the kitchen we realized that we would have to do without a favorite built-in spice cabinet. Robbie came up with ingenious fix requiring some custom carpentry so that the spice rack did not disappear but became an integral of the whole. Anthony, our renovation expert, was our first contact with A to Z. He encouraged us not to give up on what we wanted the project to look like even though other renovators had told us it was impossible to do. He also offered to answer any questions we might have along the way. Then there's Shevy, the permit and insurance coordinator. She dealt with the necessary paperwork and kept the inspectors at bay so we did not have to deal with those headaches. And last but not least, Mario, the site manager, who was there every day, hands-on, always professional and pleasant. On that note, the entire team seemed to like one another and treated us and each other with a refreshing degree of decency and consideration. To summarize: The team at ATOZ was thoroughly professional and kept us informed with clear, consistent communication every step of the way. Importantly, the team worked efficiently to stay on schedule and were fair when an unexpected issues arose, providing clear solutions. The final result is exceptional, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend ATOZ to anyone.
