But who should we hire to do the work? We had a dilemma until an acquaintance of mine recommended Frank at CFM Kitchen and Bath. She spoke very highly of Frank. After personally meeting Frank and listening to his proposal we decided to hire him and his company. That was one of the smartest decisions I ever made. He was our knight in shining armor. I had not realized how much work and talent it takes to renovate a bathroom. Frank and his crew did an excellent job. They worked very hard completely demolishing the bathroom including breaking up and carrying out a very heavy cast iron tub and removing the walls, floor and ceiling. They then rebuilt everything over the course of about 2 or 3 weeks. Can you imagine how difficult it is to carry a new cast iron tub up a narrow flight of stairs? New walls, new floor, new ceiling, new electric, new plumbing, new window, new bathtub, new sink and new toilet. Once the basic walls were in place, one of Frank's subcontractors did a magnificent job installing the floor and wall tiles that we had chosen. Frank, his crew and the subcontractors worked very very hard to complete the project on time as promised. The result is a beautiful new bathroom that will probably outlive me. It is now my favorite room in the house. I cannot think of enough superlatives to compliment Frank and his crew, but I will name just a few: honest, hardworking, reliable, skilled, devoted, talented, caring, friendly, knowledgeable, etcetera with a very pleasant personality. When the project ended, I was sad to see them go! If I ever decide to renovate my kitchen, I will be calling Frank and his company.

Bravissimo! Our kitchen and bath renovation was a work of art. We have a historic brownstone home…read moreso we wanted to make sure the kitchen and bathroom matched the character of the home yet was modern and functional. We both cook nearly every day, and having something that flowed well and was easy to clean was important. Plus our kitchen had seen better days and I wanted something that looked gorgeous. We were overwhelmed by watching the home shows on TV, and my husband Anthony and I had somewhat different visions. Phil the designer came in and brought it all our wishes together into a cohesive, gorgeous vintage-meets-modern look. He gave us a computerized rendering for our approval which was helpful since its difficult to see in your head how things will look. We had a great team led by Eric who checked in nearly every day with us to make sure we were happy. Gabriel and Juan, the guys who were here for most of the project, were not only very skilled and neat, but also very sweet and a joy to have around the house. Phil was always available by text, and stopped by nearly every day to check that things were meeting his standards. Most projects we saw on tv had budget busting problems and aggravation. Ours wasn't like that because Phil was very thorough with the plan, and if any issues came up, he always had solutions we could handle. When the project was finished, we couldn't believe our eyes. It actually looked even better than the computer rendering! It was everything I asked for - modern functionality, vintage details, great quality, easy to clean, a statement of the combined personalities and visions of my husband and I. Thanksgiving came pretty soon after completion of the renovation, and we felt proud when family members were oo-ing and aah-ing as they touched the gorgeous finishes of sueded cabinets and glossy rich looking quartz, admired the top of the line appliances and sat comfortably around the island while we cooked. I called Aquadom in November, 2017 to order two 24x40x5 medicine cabinets (Signature Royale Plus…read moreline) and I dealt specifically with Jimmy the sales director. Being in the New York area, Jimmy arranged for the cabinets to be delivered directly to my home a couple days later. The employees that delivered the cabinets were nice enough to open the boxes and allow me to fully inspect the cabinets and then carefully package them back up. As my contractors were behind schedule, the first cabinet was not installed until more than a month later (end of December 2017). There was a slight issue with the backlighting for the buttons on one of the cabinets. I sent an email to Jimmy with the description of the issue and some pictures and he responded immediately. Being that it was a few days before Christmas, he stated that he would take care of it after the holidays. He called me on January 2nd, the first business day after the New Year to follow up. Not only that, but he came to my home that same day (today) with a new cabinet door in order to resolve the issue. Who does that nowadays? I'm so impressed with the level of the product and the customer service that I received that I felt compelled to write this review the very same day. Check these guys out, you will not regret it.
