I contacted them for some information and from the get-go, the service was incredibly timely, friendly and personal. I have since ordered and received a beautiful pendant from them, but then was unclear on installation. I called and got an immediate series of calls back, and they helped me until I was totally clear! Except....my electrician cut some of the hanging cords too short...whoops. I dreaded contacting them with more of my bumbling. But, finally, I wrote the company and received a swift response that they would help me out with a replacement right away. I cannot overstate what a pleasure it is to work with people who value both design and personal contact with customers. They charge you minimum 3 hour service call including 4% service fees, which is around $540!! No one explain or warn you this before signing the contract. They just said the work would take approx. 3 hours so I have to sign the contract to reserve my spot. In my experience, two men came and done the work within 40mins (did not care about all the boxes and trashes) and left. And the handy man never asked me whether I wanted them to wear a mask during the shift or not. Also Smell badly of cigarettes. I called the company and they said they are not able to get me a refund for other 2 hours. They explained 3 hour minimum service call = team labor + all the traveling charges from Brooklyn to JerseyCity, Even they left earlier than 3 hours. They told me that they were going to brought up this issue and call me back, but no one call me back ! If I could I would like to give them 0 star.

We have a friend who works at a discount electronics store, so with Rim's help thoroughly listing what materials he needed, we were able to purchase all the supplies.
