Went to get the Buy1get1free Tiramisu boba and it was pretty good !! Around $9.24 for large !

Either place your order via your mobile device or place at the kiosk. FYI there is only 1 kiosk and the line may back up so recommend placing on your phone. There is a sign with the QR code in front of the place that you can scan to place your order. I got the Mango and Passionfruit Jasmine tea. Zero sugar and it was still sweet. Very good tea. Highly recommend.

It's been a while since I've had tiger sugar and it's just not the same as it used to be. Boba seems to have a funky taste and the overall taste of the drink didn't reach our expectations. Confusing menu with most of their drinks revolving around black/brown sugar. With the variety of boba options in the city nowadays offering much better quality, I don't think I'll be visiting a tiger sugar ever again

Delicious and amazing!! Finished the drink in a blink of eye, that's how good this was! Must try!!!

Coming from someone who has tried them all, this is the best spot in ktown for boba milk and fruit teas. They have some of the freshest boba pearls you can get anywhere, and all of their tea is brewed fresh and strong. I like their location in Chinatown, and was very pleased to find that this one is just as good. When I went with my sibling, we both got fruit teas with sour mango jelly and boba pearls. Mine was had green tea, oolong, and passion fruit, and theirs had green tea and mango. Both teas were so refreshing and sweet, and the goodies at the bottom had the perfect texture. The pearls are so soft and fresh, and the mango jelly had a nice snappy texture. There were also crunchy passion fruit seeds in there too. This location has two kiosks that take card/Apple Pay, and you can pay with cash at the counter. There's a bench and window sill where you can sit while you wait, but generally people tend to grab and go. Service is also very efficient, we waited for barely a minute before our drinks were ready.

Overall quick ordering off the app and a small shop to grab and go. They definitely have limited flavors but service was quick. I love the option to limit sugar and ice in the drink. They have the cute tiger stripe type sugar as well. However not the best bubble tea in the city. I would say it's above average. Good to grab if you're on the go

This is a bubble tea place near the entrance of Koreatown. It is a chain from Taiwan. There is usually a line because of its location. It is a small place with no seating. The drinks here are decent but nothing special. You should go for one of the Black Sugar Boba drinks with Cream Mousse. This is the richest of their drinks. You can customize this one with your added choice of such ingredients like tiger jelly, chocolate milk, and more. Their drinks are also overpriced. All their drinks are $7 or $8 each.

Staying across the street at the Martinique, how could I NOT stop by the famous Tiger Sugar chain? Took me awhile to scroll through all the delicious options on the kiosk outside, but I finally settled on Black Sugar Milk Tea with boba, pudding, and cream mousse. Not much waiting room inside, but drinks were ready pretty quickly at the counter. Minimal interaction with staff. I picked mine up and headed back to the hotel. It was perfectly sweet and fulfilling. Definitely a boba chain worth checking out, no matter where you are in the country.

Open till 11:30 PM. Yummy drinks! Came here when it was raining so hard outside. Nice to have

Their boba is the best thing in nyc its soft / perfect texture and delicious! love mango sago and passionfruit Tea here too, not coffee thou its too dark

Have one of these by me. This location was just as good. Fast delicious, can order in advance outside... my only issue is that you can't make notes for any other edits. They ask you for customizations but no where to write anything else. It's usually to busy to tell them. Very small store.

Ordered the taro and milk and it was SUPERR GRAINY - it was the most disgusting drink I've ever tried. It resembled the consistency of vomit. 3 of us tried it and all spit it out - we asked the girl what the difference between the two taro options were and she said to go with the one without the pudding as the pudding made it grainy so we went with the other option only to find it grainy thick and a waste of $14 for two drinks ; which both went straight to the trash. Never again. Super disappointed

    Aleena A.

Taro bubble tea was amazing. Creamy and earthy flavors and perfect milkiness for the tea. Would always come back for that! fast service and good quality.

I've never tried a Japanese cheesecake before and was extremely excited to be able to pick up some treats for my coworkers as well as my partner's birthday cake from Keki. Ordering is fairly straightforward and done with a simple machine outfront. Once your order is ready one of the staff members hands it to you through a window; there is no inside area accessible to customers but our food came quickly and we took it back to the office. The cheesecake was fantastic. I read a bit about the background of the shop online and how the owner really cares about using high-quality ingredients, specifically dairy. It was justas described, light and bouncy. I enjoyed how it was not overly sweet and found that it was all too easy to devour the entire cake over the course of two days. Despite it not having much weight to it, it traveled surprisingly well as I took it home on my three train commute! Similar to what others have said, the real highlight of the shop, in my opinion, are their cream puffs. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but the outer layer was thin yet had a nice little crunch to it. We tried the classic milk, cookies & cream pistachio and ube flavors. Our favorite was the pistachio by far, which had such a unique yet decadent flavor and our second favorite was the milk cream puff. There's not much else I can say other than you really have to go here and try the desserts yourself. If you're a fan of Japanese desserts that are rich yet not too sweet, you'll be a fan of Keki.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
