We have driven by Tiger Soup dumplings two to three times a week since they opened and had never gotten around to stopping. We were way overdue and finally made it in for lunch. I'm sorry we waited so long, this was an excellent lunch. There were three of us and we split an order of steamed pork dumpling, an order of steamed chicken dumplings and a smashed cucumber salad. All were very good. I probably prefer the pork, while Ms T prefers the chicken. Regardless I enjoyed them both. They are clearly fresh and house made. The meat is of good quality and nicely seasoned. The dumpling wrapper itself is not too heavy, so the whole thing works well together. We also enjoyed the cucumbers as a refreshing cold side to go with the piping hot dumplings. Dumpling servings are six and I can see Ms T and I splitting an order for lunch on occasion. With a salad, it would be plenty of food. This is a great find and very convenient for us. This fast casual chain was not as good as they claimed. I think they wanted to be on trend with the soup dumpling craze but these were more like dumplings from the frozen section. The broth was salty and only a sip. They offered different protein options but each tasted like pork or the same profile if that makes sense. I need to try the fried version if i go back. The cucumber salad had great crunch but this did not have much seasoning so I had to drown it in chili oil to have it be tasty. They offer teas but they were very strong and full of ice so great for on the go sippers. They bring out your food one by one so that can be annoying if you want everything in one go or if you are catching up with loved ones or on a date. They also make you get your own utensils and sort your trash without instructions. They have recycling but almost everything was not recycling so they should include signs to help the customers. Accessibility is great as the tables are long form like cafeteria size so you can roll right up. Was super excited to come here and try soup dumplings! It's a super cute location with lots of seating. We came in a Tuesday night and it was pretty crowded so we ended up sharing a table with a couple other people. After ordering at the counter we grabbed a seat and they brought it out to us. You grab your own utensils up by the counter and bus your table when you're done. The food came out pretty quick and it was super filling. They have rice vinegar and soy sauce on the table for you to dress up your dumplings with. It's reasonably priced and I would come here again especially when it's cold. read more

Got the pan fried chicken soup dumplings. It didn't have as much soup inside as I was expecting but the meat filling was not bad. Flavour was pretty good (I normally get crab soup dumplings but they didn't have that). Friend wanted to try the rice paper roll and I think the staff misunderstood and gave both of us the pan fried (which is fine). I guess we'll just have to come back to try the rice paper next time. This was our first time going to this location. I have been to the south county location and the setup to order were pretty similar. You ordered at the register, given a number to put on the tablet and then the staff bring the food. There were a water and utensils tablet that was self service. We ordered the chicken and pork steamed soup dumplings and a mango milk tea ($27). Definitely come here if you're looking for a cheap, quick, and satisfying meal!!
