Planning to put new solar panels in so decided to put new roof on. Actually, old was fine but wanted new roof before sinking money into panels. Again, I got multiple bids and Ascent again beat all the others by significant margin. They just finished putting it on last week and looks great! I had several other roofing companies give me estimates for replacing the roof in addition to Dave at Ascent Roofing. The other companies were either really expensive or really quick with their estimate and not very thorough or explanatory with their estimate. Dave was able to come out and provide an estimate within 4 days of my initial call. He listened to my concerns carefully and had immediate solutions to the leaks that I was having, unlike the other roofing companies. He paid close attention to my roof and took the time to explain why the existing shingles were blowing off and why I was having a leak along the back of the roof. He explained how he pays his employees hourly and not by the job so that they do a good job and the materials they use in detail. After talking with Dave, I was very confident and comfortable with his team's knowledge, experience, and capabilities. In addition, the cost for replacing the roof was very reasonable and included a 10-year guarantee on the roof. I chose Ascent Roofing to replace my roof and they were able to come out in 3 weeks and get the job done. It took them about 2 days and it looks great. I didn't even have to be there while they completed the work and they left the site clean. It is a year later now and the roof is still holding up great. I am very happy with Ascent Roofing's work.

Lifetime Fist Roofs was my 6th company to come out(7th if you count the no show) He was the most thorough of all the companies. He took pictures and notes along the way. He explained everything and answered all my questions and never treated me like I was an idiot like two of the other companies The estimate was clear and concise and I had options. Katy (the money person) helped me with the down payment. Very responsive and a breeze to deal with. The communication was key. In the process, he dropped a power tool on my $10,000 Air Conditioning condenser unit. He knew full well that he damaged the unit but didn't even have the decency to tell me that he did it. I only discovered the damage when my AC technician came out to do annual maintenance on my system. I then checked my security cameras and saw the recording in which Owen carelessly dropped a power tool on my unit. It took more than 6 months for Owen to pay me for the repair of the unit. He insisted that I use his contractor when I clearly preferred to use the company that installed and services my AC system. Ultimately, he only paid me half of what my installer charged to repair the damage. This too only after I submitted a fraud claim to the Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and with the State Department of Labour and Industry. This business is run by an unscrupulous scumbag devoid of ethics. Avoid at all cost.

The team was jovial, punctual, efficient, professional, and rather fun to have around for the week of the repair. The result is excellent. A few days later he called back not with an estimate but to say he "was interested" in doing the work, so now he would have to come back and take some measurements to actually estimate. Second time came out, took measurements, realized initial hacky solution wouldn't work and left again, with no call back heard from agent he was not interested in the job. This is not how you do customer service. You are busy, you don't want to do the work, fine, but don't leave a customer hanging, and don't take multiple trips wasting customer's time to come to this conclusion.

I had them put a new membrane roof on our garage in late spring 2024. By December 2024, I had multiple extensive water leaks into the garage. I contacted them for repair; they said I'd have to wait for warmer, drier weather, so I spread tarps on the roof and waited. In April/May of 2025, I contacted them to remind them we were waiting for repairs under their warranty. I kept getting the runaround, and by the start of July, after repeated attempts to get a commitment for a date of repairs (no matter how far out) and getting only excuses instead, I gave up and hired another contractor so I could have a proper roof before the rainy season started again. The new contractor said Adams failed to properly seal the joints of the membrane, and that's why it was leaking so bad. So unless you want a contractor who will do a bad job and then never return to fix it, don't hire this company.
