Their itemized estimate was detailed on repairs needed along with pictures. After reviewing all our estimates from all other roofing companies, we made our choice to go with Four Season because of punctuality. We did have to wait a few weeks for service but most of the roofing Co. we're all getting fair share of business during this Covid Time. After the team finished their work (8 hrs) they cleaned up and that was that. It wasn't like our neighbors flashing that we expected to get (same company) but before we made any kind of mention, The owner and another gentleman came out to check his workers flashing repair...He said he didn't like the photos he had received from crew so needed to double check in person...Indeed he wasn't as pleased so sent out another crew to re-work the job over...another 8 hrs But We we're completely satisfied with this finish. OVER ALL THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB IN EVERY ASPECT WHICH LEAD TO A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

When I asked them to return and take care of it, I was told I would need to pay an additional $1700 just to look at it. The work they did was still under warranty and they decided they wouldn't honor the warranty. TERRIBLE ROOFING COMPANY!! don't be fooled by these thieves. You will regret it.

On top of that, his prices seem very fair. I hired Morris's Roofing for a full reroof of the house and would recommend this company to anyone. After cross-shopping four or five roofing companies, Morris's came out with the best bid and fastest turnaround time. They were able to reroof the house in two days, including fixing a giant hole near the dormers. Morris was able to make recommendations about the roof and came with a crew of four. The reroof and roof structure repair job on a mid-sized manufactured home was a little over $6,000, and his bid underbid his competitors. The roof has not had any issues so far nine months after installation. Morris offers Malarkey brand 30-year roofing materials that feature Scotchgard from 3M, but I am fairly certain they can order other brands. I would definitely recommend Morris's Roofing to anyone.

I'm genuinely surprised this company doesn't have more reviews given that they've been in business…read morefor more than 30 years, so I'm posting my experience here to help more people know about them. My roof project was unusually complex. The roof was a combination of shingles and torch-down roofing, and I also wanted to build overhangs around the entire perimeter of the house to protect the foundation and exterior. My house was built in the 1940s without eaves. I contacted 12 major roofing companies, and only three had the knowledge and skills to take on the project. Even then, all three needed me to hire additional contractors for parts of the work, and their quotes were extremely high. Affordable Roofing & Construction came highly recommended by a friend's neighbor who had hired him several times. Anthony evaluated the roof and immediately understood what needed to be done. He explained the process and was very easy to work with throughout the project. Anthony always responded to my questions, showed up when he said he would, and finished the work as promised. The roof looks great and my neighbors have commented that the new overhangs look like they have always been part of the house. The smart vents he installed reduced my cooling costs, made the house much more comfortable, and reduced the strain on my HVAC system that was immediately noticeable. What impressed me most was that Anthony addressed several issues he discovered along the way, including problems with the gutters, a massive ant nest under the roof, a downspout issue, and chimney repairs. He is clearly very skilled and detail-oriented and he went well beyond the original scope of work. I've worked with many contractors during my home remodel, and this was the only times I felt comfortable not having to supervise every step of the process. Anthony sent daily progress photos and patiently answered all of my questions along the way. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend him for all roof needs.

Where most roofers were only interested in re-roofing our entire roof, even though it didn't need it, and of the several that came out, only Anthony actually spent time on my roof before providing an estimate. Anthony walked the entire roof, took and showed me plenty of pictures, and explained everything thing he felt necessary, a good idea (but optional), and other options for then or the future. His crew was timely, professional, skilled, reasonably (very competitively) priced, and did a great job. I'll be calling Anthony for my future roofing needs and highly recommend them!
