To me very very over rated and over price. Enjoy the cookies from McDonald's or Panera Bread better. Only good thing is the staff.

A friend of mine got chocolate brownies for a potluck from Tiff's. The chocolate brownies are really to die for.They are so yummy. I even order for a box of their sample cookies, i liked the cookies as well but not as much as the brownies. I got the cookies and ice cream delivered for my anniversary. We are staying in a nearby hotel and didn't want to get out so we utilized the delivery service. I am blown away by the presentation, service, and the cookies and brownie! best chocolate chip cookie ive ever had. thats a HUGE HUGE HUGE statement too. the cookie isn't soft to where the middle isn't cooked but rather it had the PERFECT balance of being soft in the middle with the edge being ever so SLIGHTLY more cooked which makes sense. not crunchy though which is a very different product. driver was excellent and prices are more than reasonable. cheaper than many o those cookies places in the mall. i SERIOUSLY think they need to up their prices because the emotional response you get from people when they feel the warm cookies is amazing. I am giving them 3 stars because their customer service at this location sucks. I place an order for pick up online with a specified time. They never have it ready on time. The cookies are out of this world delicious, but they package them and they get all stuck together and it becomes one mound of cookies. I keep going back but not as frequently as I used to. I was offered 2 dozen free cookies because they did not have my order ready..."They forgot". And when I was ready for get them they "forgot" to give me the free ones. I tried Tiff's because of a Groupon and I'm so glad I did. I tried chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin and peanut butter chocolate chip. All were yummy but chocolate chip was my fave. What can I say about Tiff's Treats that hasn't already been mentioned? Tiff's takes great pride in serving their cookies warm. Their cookies are addictive! I would even go so far as to say they are some of the best I have tried. Snickerdoodle is my favorite and my Chocolate Chip loving friends rave about the chocolatey goodness. The service is top notch too. I generally pick my order up at the store rather than take advantage of their delivery service. You better pick up a few napkins while in you're in the store because you won't be able to resist devouring a cookie on the drive home :-) read more

I got it with peanut butter and white chocolate almond cookies and it was delicious; warm cookies, not overly sweet, and a perfect blend of my favorite flavors. Tiff Treats is amazing! Why send flowers when you can send cookies? They are always delicious and warm upon delivery. And I also want to commend the staff for what they did for me yesterday. It was my birthday and my wife had prepared a surprise delivery to the office. My dog got very sick the night before and was in a lot of pain. He's my baby but he's an old man and I thought the worst was going to happen. Well, I didn't make it into the office because we were at the vet first thing in the morning. They showed up for delivery and I told them what was going on. They immediately offered to re-deliver at a date of my choosing. Top class cookies with top class staff makes for an excellent business model. My little old man is doing a bit better today and he's getting a cookie tonight. (No chocolate or course) read more

Someone send me a surpise package from here several months ago. When the guy arrived at my job I thought it was a mistake as he had a food delivery thermal bag. But when he opened it, I really did not care if it was a mistake. The smell of an entire bakery was in his bag. My package had assorted warm cookies and brownies that I shared with co-workers and they loved me for this. The brownies are huge... as in you can cut it in 4 pieces and be okay. They have big melted choco chips in the them. My fave cookie was the snickerdoodle. Cookie perfection. As I have been craving them now for a while I just stopped in for a brownie and some cookies. The brownies are $1.99 which is a great price as they are yummy and they warm them for you. You cant really eat it in one sitting. I would go there anyday for quick cookie or brownie. read more

Great idea! We ordered here for the first time and got the "All Nighter". The cookies were delivered about an hour and a half later. They were warm gooey and straight out of the oven. The peanut butter was a good cookie, the chocolate chip were disappointing and tasted like they had to much baking soda in them (let down). The M&M cookies were not edible at all and had to be thrown out (too much baking soda) & the white chocolate macadamia cookies were tolerable. Overall very disappointed, recipes could use work. I hope they improve on them because its a really cute idea. read more

these cookies hit the spot when you want something warm and sweet. best of all it was delivered. i've tried all the flavors but the most surprising one is the red velvet cookie. red velvet cake recipes in my experience have bombed outside the home cook but these RVC cookies were pretty darn tasty. read more

Heard so much about these cookies that I was excited to see a box in our conf room. I tried two different ones and found them both under-cooked and gross. I get it that people like that soft gooey thing but the soft gooiness is NOT supposed to be the consistency of uncooked cookie dough. Also, they looked so unsophisticated...like a five-year-old made them by hand with an easy-bake oven. Best cookies I've ever had. They just melt in your mouth, when they're fresh. You don't really have to worry about the cookies being fresh, because they warm them up any way for you. I had the Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter and M&M cookies, and they were just delicious. Peanut Butter wasn't that great, but I absolutely enjoyed and devoured the chocolate chip and M&M cookies. I also want to try the cookie sandwich they have to offer. I've only been here once but they have Ice cream in the middle of two cookies which looks just too yummy for me not to try! And pricing isn't bad either. By the service you receive and the taste of the cookies, pricing is very much affordable. They also deliver too, so gnats awesome. The one down side is I feel like they close too early. 9 is pretty early in my experience. I could understand 10, but I realize their employees would want to get home to their families so I'm not going to complain. But if you have a hankering for cookies, and just wanna get the best of fill that you can, I'd recommend the cookies this place and a glass of milk. Just a perfect combo THAT CANT GO WRONG. read more
