Wonderful! Fabulous! Sent Tiff's treats to our bank employees thanking them for their service and support. The cookies and brownies were still warm, and the milk cold! They were thrilled. If you want fabulous cookies, brownies...you must try Tiffs. Never buy from the supermarket again. Try rewarding someone you want to thank. Or, just stop by Tiffs for yourself. read more

I placed an order for National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day totaling more than $400. The same day I picked up the order, I noticed they were offering a 50% off coupon online that was valid that very day. I immediately emailed and asked if they would apply the discount to the order I had picked up just hours earlier, but they refused. Corporate greed at its finest. A simple request to honor a same-day promotion on a $400+ order was denied, despite the coupon being valid on the exact day of pick up. Disappointing customer service and a clear indication that profits matter more than customer loyalty. read more

Listen, I love these warm cookies and will get them every single time my sweet tooth kicks in. I've been a fan for years, but recently I tried the pumpkin spice and the Dubai chocolate flavors, and they were so good. Soft, gooey, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweetness. Tiff's Treats never misses. Warm cookies delivered to your door? Say less. read more

Love the idea of cookie delivery and found tiffs treats to be adorable! For the price, the cookies were a bit underwhelming and seemed equivalent to take-and-bake cookies but a nice little dessert as a gift or when you've got some cravings! I ordered three cookies: Lemon Sugar, Birthday Confetti, and Snickerdoodle. The easy stand out was lemon sugar!! Perfect blend of sweet and tart, so deliciously gooey and topped with some great powdered sugar for some finger licking goodness! The snickerdoodle was surprisingly bland and the birthday confetti just tasted like butter. I would definitely get a half dozen of just lemon sugar though! read more

Ordered THREE DOZEN cookies at 5:29pm for a PAID delivery at 8:00p-8:30p. The cookies didn't arrive until 9:04pm. LATE & not warm....mind you the delivery location was only 8 minutes away. The driver even called LATE & said that he "didn't know WHY they had the delivery time at THE TIME I CHOSE, it should've been 45 min later" I picked the time i needed that was available on your site. First time to order from Tiff's Treats in Plano. I ordered cookies for my son's birthday to be delivered to his work. I got a confirmation email that it had been delivered. Great. But that wasn't the case. He sent out a group text (after leaving work), asking who was trying to send something from Tiff's Treats? He never received it, but got a text from them. I later called to find out they couldn't reach him, so they left and returned the product to the store. Yet, they emailed me it was delivered. I called that evening to cancel. No apology, no 'how can we make it right', nothing. They could only refund the product but no delivery fees. Wish I had known, I could've made other arrangements for his special day. The guy on the phone to cancel was very short with me, kept me on hold for awhile before confirming he would cancel. Do better next time Tiff's Treats Plano!! read more

I'm addicted to this place.i got a cookie surprise for Valentine's day from a secret admire. Then I got something for my birthday from a friend. The cookies are so fresh a soft. The brownies are so good. I go here about every 2 weeks now to pick up cookies for my family. We're so addicted. They're always so nice when I show up. Offering me new cookies to try. The snickerdoodle and chocolate chocolate chip are my favorites. If you want cookies that are better than grocery store cookies come to Tiff's you won't be disappointed. FYI-They don't take cash. read more

Wowzer - just tried Tiff's Dubai chocolate cookie and I'm blown away! So much better than any of the Dubai chocolate candy bars I've tried including Lindt. Talking about the chocolate Dubai cookie ...Tiff is also making a golden Dubai cookie which is very very good..but the chocolate version is ethereal and I'm not even a fan of milk chocolate. This is one of the flavors of the month - so it might not be around long. Perfect for Valentine's Day. Tiff, please put the Chocolate chocolate Dubai cookie and the Pecan Pie cookie into the permanent menu, please!!! read more

If you ever get a second to visit this store in person I hope Tom is there to check you out . He was a pleasure to deal with he was very kind, friendly and professional. Cookies are always delicious! Orders are always ready when promised and staff has always been friendly.

When you're walking around the boardwalk during winter nights, it's nice to eat something warm and Tiff's Treats is a nice place to get a cookie and walk around with. I got a single peanut cookie and it was warm and delicious- the taste of home baking. We came here at like 6pm ish so a lot of items were sold out. If you're planning on needing a big order, come early or order ahead of time. Plus, I recommend reading the origins of the business. It's quite cute. read more

Ordered for the first time and cookies were done in a timely manner and ready when I arrived to pick them up! I loved that they were warm and gooey! Staff were friendly! The bakery is simple, nothing special. Just come in and order or order on line. No place to sit, so expect to stand while you wait. Just get in and get out. Otherwise, good cookies and good service. read more

You really need to use the nestles toll house recipe. your "chocolate chip" cookies are tasteless. I would rather have cookies baked from the grocery store refrigerator case than yours. I have daughters that send these to me and they sit around until they get thrown out. For the cost you should do better and improve the taste. read more

I usually enjoy Tiff's Treats, but my last order was a huge disappointment. I found a hair baked into one of my cookies--completely unacceptable and a major hygiene issue. This really makes me question their food safety standards. I reached out to customer service, and I hope they take this seriously. I would appreciate a resolution to this issue, whether that be a refund, replacement, or assurance that steps are being taken to prevent this from happening in the future. read more

Addiction alert! Maybe that's just for me, sometimes I like cookies more than I should. Anyway, if you struggle with self control when it comes to treats, steer clear of this place. We stumbled up on as we were walking by after dinner and needed a little something sweet. These cookies were just the answer. While most people order to have them delivered, we walked in and selected some pre-made cookies from the display case. The lady at the register offered to warm them up for us, but we went ahead and took them as-is. There is also a cooler with milk and other drinks that pair nicely with cookies. Brilliant! Sadly, I will only be able to order occasionally, as I'm from out of town. But I'll be sure to stop by, or place an order, any time I am visiting! read more

The little Mr. was crazing ice cream. We happened to be around the corner at the boardwalk and found Tiff's Treats on Yelp. Got an ice cream cookie sandwich which the little guy scraped down quickly. You choose your cookies and then vanilla ice cream in the middle. We selected a few other cookies to go and all were devoured. Yummy soft and delicious! Fresh baked cookies in many different flavors along with other baked goodies. What more could you possibly ask for? What was that, did you say milk? Well guess what they also sell beverages and milk is one of them LOL. The best part of this business is you can stop by and pick up a few cookies for yourself and or you can have them delivered to others for special occasions. Beware make sure you eat before going in to the store to buy cookies otherwise you'll buy everything!!!!! read more

I'm here at tiff treats in Mesquite Texas picking up my online order. I had a pick up time for 5 PM it's now 6:10 PM. In the special instructions, I have do not warm. I get to the store and I'm given my order and the cookies are clearly warm. I was told they just came out of the oven. I'm assuming the young lady who was the manager on duty tonight came out and asked what the problem was. I explained to her that I did not want these cookies warm because they were not for me. She says that is their policy, not to follow those instructions and to warm all the cookies because some customers complain when they follow the special instructions. She said that she could even lose her job, so she chooses between warming all the cookies and following the instructions. So she chooses not to follow the instructions., So my question is, how can I get the special instructions followed? Her answer was, you can come in the store and they can be pulled out of the display case. But then if you do that, I can't get the discount that was online. I'm definitely confused because I've done this half a dozen times last year taking cookies to my clients. I've specifically asked for them not to be warm and it hasn't been an issue before. If you guys aren't going to be more accommodating to customers and follow their special instructions then you should take that option out That seems like a no-brainer to me. If they had the order ready at 5 PM like I asked, now it's an hour and 10 minutes later, the cookies would not have been warm as I instructed. I would not have an issue. I'm very very disappointed in this young ladies answer, and the fact that you give me an option for special instructions, but then you don't follow the special instructions. read more

Small clean store located in a strip mall like spot near the boardwalk! Went over for an after dinner snack only to be met with a lobby of insufferable slobs who act like these cookies are the tree of life! Its not that serious and not even actual food! Its cookies! I get it they're pretty delicious, and One or two I get but who spends that kinda money on boxes and then has an attitude doing so?? The lil guy working the counter was pretty cool! Great attitude and friendly sad he gotta put up with pretentious customers who want a sugar fix! hopefully not every day! read more

It's all about presentation. Tiff's Treats offer some of the best treats in town. I'm talking warm, soft and flavorful cookies that will leave your mouth watering for more. What helps Tiff's Treats stand out from its competitors is presentation. Each box of cookies is wrapped in a pretty blue bow, which elevate the quality of services and the overall experience. My favorite cookies are all of them, but if I had to choose, I recommend M&M, oatmeal raisin and the classic chocolate chip. Enjoy! read more

Excellent quality for the price. The delivery service was incredibly accurate and reliable. Cookies arrived hot and ready to eat. Got the Tiff's Mix which boasts a mix of the top cookie flavors. Popped in on a Saturday afternoon to grab a dozen cookies for a pool party. They greeted me as soon as I arrived and had all of the cookies ready that I wanted. Let me start by saying, "I'm not a cookie person." Whew! I just got a delivery from someone very dear that didn't know that I'm not a cookie person. Now don't get me wrong. A cookie fresh from the oven can't be refused. It's almost rude to do so. The polite thing to do is simply smile and accept with grace. That's the background. First, I received a call to set up a delivery time. When the delivery person arrived, they phoned again to let me know that they were walking up to the house. Great customer service! The delivery person was courteous and friendly, as well as right on time. I got sugar cookies as well as chocolate chip cookies. The cookies were still warm and soft. Even better than that, they taste amazing! It's almost like they use some secret (and probably illegal / addictive) ingredient that makes them irresistible to being eaten. The cookies are so amazing. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Everything is done to perfection. They even deliver cold milk to go along with the cookies! Amazing! read more

Love these cookies!! We make it a point to send friends and family for birthdays, anniversaries, and any other special events.

Very very yummy cookies, walking into this place is like being wrapped in a warm blanket and handed grandma's homemade cookies on a plate. Queue drooling. I love that we can order ahead online (which I recommend because you'll save money), they also send out weekly coupons, and then we can just walk in and pick up the deliciousness. They're definitely a little overpriced (-1 star) but they are delicious and if you need some quick, amazing cookies, they're a great choice! read more

We stopped in after having dinner at a restaurant in walking distance. However, I was expecting a better or bigger cookie based on both the price and all of the hype. The cookies honestly taste like something I'd make at home. They were relatively small/thin compared to expectations. Were they good, sure. Am I dying to get back, no. I'd be just as happy or more with a 12 pack of cookies from the grocery delivery for the same price as 2 cookies here. The employee behind the counter was very friendly. Keep in mind there is no seating, as it is primarily a delivery service. read more

My fiance sent me 2 dozen cookies on the 15th to my work for my birthday. The cookies are delicious and I shared with my co workers but after handing a dozen, I found a cookie with a bite mark on it. It was so dissappointing... I had to throw out the rest because I wasn't sure how or who has been touching them. So disappointing.. I always love tiff treats since I first tried them in austin. ***The driver cancelled my order on my birthday when I did not answer their phone call....because of course the gift was a surprise, so me being out on my birthday, not expecting a call from an unknown number, the driver cancelled my order, did not tell me OR my friend who paid for the product, I did not find this out until after a 3rd phone call with Tiff's wondering where my birthday gift was THREE DAYS LATER... I spoke with the location on my birthday...my delivery was scheduled between 4:30 and 5...never showed, nor was there an actual reason for the driver to cancel. After all... I can't be the ONLY unsuspecting person Tiff's has ever tried to call on a Saturday....*** Update: Chip is definitely willing to make up for when things go sideways. read more
