I recently had a birthday and received an email from Nothing Bundt Cakes for a free Birthday Bundtlet! I was near this location and purchased a couple of bundtlets. Hubby chose carrot cake and I always get my absolute favorite - chocolate chocolate chip. We even ran into a previous coworker while we waited in line! They were having a birthday too! The servers were all very friendly and helpful. J'Haila took excellent care of us. I didn't have to show them my email, I just provided my phone number associated with my account and sure enough, my free bundtlet showed up. You now have to ask for points from your visit to be applied to your account. Points earning rewards are no longer tied to your credit card automatically. I'm just shocked that one individual bundtlet costs $5.89! That seems like a lot of money for a 3" diameter cupcake. One benefit is that on your printed receipt you can take a quick survey and get a coupon for a buy one bundtlet, get one free for next in-bakery purchase. We both enjoyed our bundtlets and each ate half one day, the remainder the next day. They were moist and delicious and we will definitely be back! read more

This store is so amazing. They are so quick. Your order is always perfect. I just went in there to buy some individual Bundt cakes and the there was the sweetest girl working behind the counter - Maha (I hope I got the spelling right) so smart so helpful so quick to get me in and out!! I have a soft spot in my heart for Nothing Bundt Cakes. They are incredibly moist, and the cream cheese style frosting is so tasty. If you sign up for their emails, they often have BOGO bundlets. Perhaps my favorite part of Nothing Bundt Cakes is the fact they offer a free birthday bundlet cake. It brings me such joy every year to pick one up! The employees at this location are super friendly and always answering questions I have about the different flavors. Nothing Bundt stores have a bright and cheerful interior. My favorite bundlet is probably confetti which tastes like childhood nostalgia and joy. These cakes are sure to brighten your day! read more

Didn't get any pictures but tried the Dubai chocolate along with banana pudding with Nilla wafers. My favorite was the banana pudding although the Dubai chocolate wasn't bad, for me it was the textures weren't blending with the crème and the shredded phyllo (kataifi) used. Would try again though. I was greeted immediately upon entering and thus location was very clean. Overall a great experience. read more

WOW! Christen (name may be off a bit). She is phenomenal. NBC better watch out before someone gives her a raise and promotion to a different co. I've not had a nicer experience in years!! Very helpful in putting together the prefect gifts for an after interview thank you gift to three people I knew very little about. We decided the receptionist should get Oreo with a pink bow, the Director who loves yoga and number received the white chocolate raspberry with the Tiffany blue bow, and the CEO received the Red Velvet because she seemed to have a flare and sensesensed she loved chocolate with a red bow. With her help in personality putting together these gifts I got the job. Thank you for being amazing and I look forward doing all my business here. read more

I had such a pleasant experience at Nothing Bundt Cake today. I completely forgotten to catch the name of the lovely young woman that took my order but boy was she lovely! Super kind, friendly, and personable. She informed me of all the flavors they had, which ones were popular, and quickly took my order. We had small talk about and I was out! The shop is really cute and set up for you to browse their selections of goodies like cute mugs! Since it was my birthday and I had signed up for their rewards program, I received a little bundt cake (regularly costing about $5). Nothing Bundt Cake is the sweetest little bakery around and they have quite a few locations around Dallas metro. I'll gladly come back to pick up more goodies in the future! read more

I love this place. I always get the Bundtinis, they are so moist and taste so great.

OMG! I absolutely love this place!!! I went here after a recommendation from a friend and decided to head in. This Nothing Bunt Cakes is such a cute little shop. As I walked in I was warmly greeted by the smell of sweetness. To my right was a sample tray of their double chocolate bunt cake. It was just so delicious and melted in my mouth! I decided to make my way to the counter and I was greeted warmly by one of the ladies. After a couple of minutes of looking at the smaller bunt cakes I decided to get the lemon bunt cake. I love that you could get a smaller and individual bunt cake for just $4. They of course had larger cakes for more, but since it was just me I decided to get the smaller cake. The lemon cake was a nice hint of sweetness and it was not too overpowering. The size is great to eat individually as well as share. I will definitely come back here as the prices are great, the atmosphere is so warm and pretty, and prices are reasonable as well. read more

I stopped by Nothing Bundt Cakes at approx 10 a.m. to order a cake for a small gathering of 4 couples to celebrate my 20th wedding anniversary with my husband. I explained exactly what I wanted to the Nothing Bundt Cakes employee and paid for the cake before I left the store. It seemed a little more expensive than usual. $40 for a small cake...but, since it was for a special occasion...I didn't question it. (I should have.) The Nothing Bundt Cake employee told me to pick it up later at 1 p.m. When we got it home, my husband & I were disappointed b/c it wasn't what was ordered at all. It was just a plain white cake. There was nothing special-order about it at all. I could have opened a box of better crocker white cake mix and achieved the same results. Immediately, my husband called Nothing Bundt Cakes and began to explain to their employee that it was NOT what was ordered. He began to explain exactly what the problems were and he was placed on hold. (?????) So, I told him that I was going to take the cake back to their store. When I got there, I asked the Nothing Bundt Cakes employee if she had spoken with my husband. She never really answered my question. I explained that we wanted a refund for the special-order cake b/c there was nothing special about it. It appeared to be one of the cakes that they have on hand...already pre-made...nothing special at all and certainly NOT worth the forty-dollar price tag! She argued with me about the refund. She refused to refund the purchase! I told her that my husband wasn't happy with their special-order cake and that she should call him back instead of arguing with me. But, she refused to do that too. These employees are NOT professional people. Finally, after 10 minutes of arguing with her, she VOIDED the purchase which I was unfamiliar with since refund was what I had requested. Then, she refused to give me a receipt for the VOIDED TRANSACTION. All of this nonsense over a cake! I insisted on a receipt. Finally, she went into the back room (?????) to get the VOIDED RECEIPT and brought it out to me. NOTHING BUNDT CAKES should change their name to NOTHING BUT CRAZY! The cake was not what we ordered. The cake was not worth $40. The employees did NOTHING to make it right. The employees refused to speak with my husband over the phone & placed him on an extended hold which forced me to go to their store again. We made 3 trips to their store...one trip to order the cake...one trip to pick up the cake... and one trip to return the cake. The employees refused to refund the purchase even though the cake was returned to them. They argued about the refund. They refused to refund the cake. Instead, they VOIDED the transaction! They refused to give me a receipt reflecting the VOIDED transaction. All things considered, WE WILL NOT BE BACK! I went across the street to Whole Foods and bought a cake from them for twenty dollars so that we would have a cake. HALF THE PRICE & IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. The cake from the store across the street actually looked like a special-order item. It was lovely and tasted great too. Don't pay $40 for a cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes. It's a rip off! Lastly, I contacted Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate Office and they never called me back. They don't care about their customers at all. Or I should say...former customers. In the future, my husband & I will go to Whole Foods first. read more

Ohhhh my gosh. Walked in a few days ago on a whim with a friend who had heard that this place was amazing Note to self: when you're bored and have fifteen minutes to spare, don't walk into a cake shop. Except that Nothing Bundt Cakes was worth it. We ended up buying a small lemon flavored one, which was absolutely delicious. I usually hate cakes because they tend to be too sugary but this one was all lemony without any sickeningly sugary sweetness. The sweetness came from the frosting which by the way, was also delicious. Definitely lives up to the reputation. I almost do not feel bad at all for spending $4 on a tiny cake. read more

Rude guest customer service from the workers there. At the Plano, Texas store. In the store and on the phone. False advertising. Fake and flakes. The manager is rude. The food had mold. Your food sucks big time. They need to learn how to answer the phone. They pick up the phone and don't say anything and hung up on me. I don't recommend working here. I don't recommend buying anything from this rude store. I will never ever be a guest customer ever again in my life here. A very bad experience. Nobody cares here. What a joke. This is the worst place in the world. They don't even say hi welcome in. They don't even say thank you. God wouldn't eat here either. They are not kind what so ever. This store is the worst in the USA. I don't know how these folks have a job here. If I was a general manager. They would ALL be fired. This place is nasty. When the door in back flies open. I didn't see any body with glove. There were just goofing around. Some people just don't know how to work the right way. I do dislike this place. They don't know how to take care of there customers at ALL. They lied. They are not friendly. I hope someday they get a whole new staff. I saw them aruging with other customers. I saw them laughing at other customers. How rude. No body messes with my friends, family or me in rude matters. Don't make your customers cry again ever. You hurt the customers feelings too. There food is over priced. You have an attitude problem too. Don't go to work if your coughing and sick. That's gross. I don't want to be around others that at sick that work there. STAY HOME IF YOU ARE SICK IF YOU WORK THERE. DONT BE RUDE! WEAR GLOVES. DON'T MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS MAD OR ANGRY. DONT MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS CRY. WE DON'T WANT TO SPEAK TO ANYONE OF YOU. YOU RUINED PEOPLES DAY. SHAKING MY HEAD. TERRIBLE PLACE IN PLANO TEXAS. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE YOU A ZERO RATING. Stay far away. When I left the front of the door and it had some rats near the door. And around the building too. Gross! I almost stepped on a rat. This store should be shut down for good. AND DON'T BULLY MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. PERIOD! YOU ARE A BULLY AND YES I AM PISSED OFF MAD. I AM DONE WITH This PLACE. FAILED TROLLS HERE. read more

Great cake bakery! Everyone in the family loves them. Addictive yum. It's all delish. Give them a try.

I absolutely love, love, love the cakes here! I've tried many flavors here as well as various sizes ranging from mini bundtinis, bundlets, and the cakes. The cakes are always consistently delicious and are moist and full of flavor. Do keep in mind that they close at 6 pm every day and they are closed on Sundays. If you are trying to order a cake, it is best to call ahead and reserve it! My favorite flavors: -Red velvet: Love the chocolate chips they put in here and the creamy, velvety cream cheese frosting is to die for! This is my absolute favorite flavor by far! -White chocolate raspberry: This one has raspberry puree swirled into the white chocolate cake and is so delicious! I highly recommend this one as well. -Cinnamon swirl: If you're a fan of cinnamon, I recommend you try this one. Very good!! -Chocolate chocolate chip: How can you go wrong with double chocolate chip? This is very scrumptious and always satisfies my sweet tooth when I'm craving something chocolatey. I'm craving one now just thinking about it. If you haven't tried this place out, what are you waiting for? read more

I was coming to the store for a last minute birthday gift for my daughter's coach. 3 employees are in the store and I request for 2 buntlets, 1 happy birthday holder. They ring me up and I ask oh can I get it how it's on display with the cellophane wrap for a birthday. The lady at the counter says oh we will have to charge you for that. I agree no problem and then she proceeds to walk to the back and bag the cellophane and ribbon to hand to me. I look puzzled at the 3 bags she is handing to me. I said "I'm sorry I'm so confused, I asked for this gift wrapped just like the display. That's what I just paid for" The associates response was oh in order to do that I have to void the transaction and re ring it up. I've never heard that and honestly she didn't want to help me. The store has 3 closing employees and 2 customers in the store. It was around 6:15 pm they still had 45 minutes before they closed. Her response made no sense. I've paid for all the items and for them to be made to look like the display. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and I recommend for you to go another location. Service was not there and I'm also emailing the store. I ended up wrapping this in my car before I arrived at my daughter's practice. read more

Nothing Bundt Cakes is a tradition in our family when it comes to the holidays and special occasions. With the multiple flavors they offer, there is something for everyone. We always go for the Bundtini boxes to cover our bases, where you can mix and match a dozen of their baby bundts. Granted, we never exit the store without a few boxes in tow, but like I said, gotta cover our bases :) In regards to my favorite flavors, I am personally a fan of their Vanilla, White Chocolate Raspberry and Confetti. This year, I even devoured a Red Velvet and I have no regrets. They are always delicious, fresh and don't even get me started on the cream cheese frosting... it melts in your mouth! read more

Hard to go wrong with Nothing Bundt Cakes. They are always delicious and love coming here for all occasions. The red velvet is my absolute favorite. My children love the cakes, but unfortunately I won't be returning to this location. When I asked for a fork, I was told they no longer provide forks. When I questioned this, I was told they are not a restaurant. They may not have tables, but they do serve food. I realize costs are high for everyone, and small businesses must make adjustments, but this is not a good decision for a company selling individual- sized cakes. The worst part was that they recommended going to nearby McDonald's or other restaurants (where we were not patrons) and take utensils. Poor managerial decisions and poor leadership. read more

The cakes taste great...BUT, guess what folks. They are making the cakes smaller. Less batter but you don't quite catch it because the box and plate it comes on are the same size.
