Pretty small place with limited seating but great for grab and go. SERVICE Service was great! The person at the register offered great suggestions and separately packaged the cookies that had nuts vs the ones that didn't. The only thing that was disappointing and I don't really blame it on anyone in particular was that I did specify my allergy and the person packaging was cautious. Even after separation of the cookies, I still had a pretty bad nut reaction to my allergy so there was probably some cross contamination in some way. My favorite unique cookie flavor they have is the s'mores flavor... that fresh out of the oven is delicious! My only complaint for my experience was service. I walked in and the staff just stared at me until I ordered. She didn't greet me nor look friendly. Maybe she was having a bad day, but whatever it was it wasn't inviting. Only 2 stars solely for one's worker's attitude. Came in about thirty minutes before closing and got our cookies, service and cookies were good. Around 12:45 a curly haired girl with glasses comes in and rudely kicks everybody out (there were a good amount of people still inside). I understand that it's late, but the attitude she gave was not needed at all. Later we were standing outside and some more people go in when they're still open, and it seemed like she was just as rude and scary to them because they were talking about her when they left. We came in around 10pm on graduation day, when they were running their promo deal, and the staff was very kind to us, honoring the deal and even letting us know which cookies would be fresh and our wait time. I thought it was quite an interesting choice and I was amused by it. They also have LGBTQ+ friendly bathrooms... for those who need them, great! This company supports inclusivity! For those who don't need them, well, a single bathroom is a bathroom no matter the politics. We ordered a Dreamweaver and a Caramellionare ice cream, a loaded brownie, and 12 classic cookies, a little bit of everything to sample. The classic cookies are delicious, warm and fresh when they are out, and they even provide a wide array of diet-specific cookies for vegan and gluten free consumers, with the option to put them in separate boxes for cross contamination. A friend picked these up so I can't speak to the customer service or location but the cookies are SO GOOD. We got salted caramel, birthday cake, peanut butter cup, and a brownie. After an hour and half of waiting for my order with no updates I called the store to ask for the status of my order. I could hear a girl in the background of the call loudly complaining how she had already delivered it. They pass the phone to her and I just questioned whether she left it at the correct apartment and she gave me attitude the entire time and tried to claim I had put in the wrong address.
