We ordered the French Toast and the Birria Brisket Croque Madame, and both were incredible -- beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The Croque Madame especially blew us away; it's the kind of dish you think about after you leave. The side hash rounded it all out perfectly. And then there are the pastries. We grabbed the Mango Sticky Rice Cream Puff and the Amaretto Cherry Basque Cheesecake Brownie from the Weekend Selections -- both were stunning, not just visually but in flavor. The cheesecake brownie topped with those cherry meringues looked almost too good to eat. Almost. Washed everything down with the Salted Honey Matcha and it was the perfect companion to the whole spread.
