I love coming to the Tiff Treats in the Vintage! I was in the area and decided I wanted some cookies. I walked in and saw there was a limited-edition cookie (cowboy cookie). The gentleman greeted me and asked what I would like, I pointed the display case and said half of dozen cowboy cookies. The cookie is made with pecan, chocolate, coconut, oats and cinnamon. The gentleman started to pack my cookies but asked me if I was willing to wait a few minutes for fresh cookies. Heck yeah! Winning! A lot going on in one cookie! Would I get it again? Top notch! I'm surprised I haven't reviewed them yet because I've been there several times in person and via Uber eats. They make a great cookie, everything is fresh and made to order. The customer service is great as well. Also, they stay open late. They say the economy is slowing down or we're in a recession. I doubt it. I see all these boutique cookie shops all over the place. America is thriving! We have an economy we can buy 12 cookies for $25. Think about that for a second. I'll continue to come back here because the cookies here are amazing. Stopped by quick for a sweet treat and was pleasantly surprised! They have a few different items to pick from, but I went with a cookie! Chocolate chip oatmeal was so yummy. I know compared to crumble, the cookie flavors can be a bit basic. However, they take comfort cookies and they make them taste homemade If my wallet and metabolism could handle it, I would eat these cookies every day of my life! The manager Brett, was also so helpful in helping me start the Cookies for Community program at the school that I work at. He went above and beyond to make sure that my school is taken care of. Tiff's Treats is such a yummy dessert to indulge in! I've been coming to this location since their grand opening. I love love LOVE their chocolate chip pecan cookies. Prices can be a little expensive, but if you sign up for their mailing list they're always sending out deals to their customers. I've received Tiff's Treats in the past, but never have I actually been inside to purchase anything. Everyone was friendly upon arrival, and I literally just stared at the case, trying to figure out what I wanted for my dozen. The girl behind the counter was so patient and nice to me, I really felt bad. Luckily there were no lines, otherwise I would have been a mess! There's a menu on the wall to show all what's offer with included prices. $17 for a dozen and $1.50 for individuals. They also include cookie ice cream sandwiches, as well as beverages. What I appreciated the most was that they place the cookies nicely inside a box with a ribbon on top! Now that's what I call love! Lol! The cookies are baked perfectly! They're soft and chewey, just like I like em! You can't just have one... so just get a dozen, or two. Lol The staff also offers to warm them up for you as well! Firstly, the interior design was clean, bright and welcoming. Second, the workers were extremely helpful, I was offered many choices and different packages. I bought two cookies; snickerdoodle and chocolate chip cookie, immediately I could taste the ingredients. After moments of chewing I realized the cookies had too much salt, sugar and butter, maybe other batches are different. Third, the location is perfect, especially if you're on an outing. Being there & tasting the yummy treats gave me the idea to place an order for a friends baby shower as an extra treat for guests. I've ordered Tiff's more times than I can count and they always give me the mix I ask for in the description, since there is no cost difference. Just got a call saying I have to buy a dozen of each cookie instead. Even though, if I went in store I'd be able to get the mix I ask for, for the same price (excluding delivery). Sucks read more

Tiff's Treats has nice packaging but the cookies are just okay they fall apart and have an oiliness to them and to top it off an elites membership is required to order limited time flavors. Updating my review to say that the business manager Sebastian reached out to me and was genuinely interested in making sure I was able to experience Tiff's Treats the way it was intended. He politely explained about how their storefront operations work and well as their delivery service. I had the opportunity to try their delivery service and it was perfect. The cookies arrived warm and exactly when I scheduled the delivery to arrive at work. My team and I enjoyed a sweet treat that day and we all thoroughly enjoyed the cookies. I'm updating my review to 5 stars because the cookies were warm and delicious this time and their attention to customer service is greatly appreciated and rare these days. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered an advance Valentine's Day order for my office between the time slot of 1:00-4:30pm. I called at 4:20 to inquire about the delivery and was told "we still have ten minutes to deliver your order, if you don't get it in ten minutes call back" well guess what. It's 5:15, my office is CLOSED and NO DELIVERY. Extremely upset about this waste of 40 dollars. On hold as we speak to get my refund. read more

Recently opened and located in the Vintage Park business area (located next to Fuzzy's Taco's)...TIFF's Treats is a nice establishment for your quick cookie fix. You can purchase a variety of cookies per cookie or by half a dozen or dozen. They also sell brownies. In addition, you can also purchase a "scoop" of ice cream, which is a small tub of Blue Bell vanilla, and/or milk. They will ask if you would like your cookies warmed or not...many who order from here prefer and expect them (cookies) to be warm. For an additional fee, they will also deliver to you or a gifted person. Even with delivery, the cookies arrive warm. (Expect to pay at least $15.00(Dec'18) for delivery; various cookie options available on their website. *Sign up and create an account because you will receive emails about daily specials as well as delivery waivers (from time to time) Definitely not your average cookie and worth the price you pay. I don't often write bad reviews, but the service I received here today was just not accommodating. The stores are not allowing walk in orders at the moment which is understandable. However, there could be some accommodations made given the pandemic. I ordered the Tiffs Mix which is no substitutions I am aware, so I thought "Hey maybe I can just ask for the cookies included in the Tiffs Mix and change the quantity i.e. 4- oatmeal raisin, 4-peanut butter, 2-chocolate chip, & 2-snickerdoodle" Given the current state, that shouldn't have been a hard change to make since I can't go get cookies in-store. Ordering in half and one dozen increments not being able to get a variety of cookies is also not accommodating either. Aside from the pandemic, not being able to get in touch with the store directly is also a pain. I'm in Houston talking to someone in Austin is not quite helpful. I get wanting to not overbake, but let's be honest the cookies are likely pre-scooped and just ready to pop in the oven. Usually not this frustrated but their lack of ability to be accommodating during this time is a bit much for me to not return when they do reopen. read more

I didn't want to do it at first but I reconsidered and had cookies delivered to my work. What a great surprisefor my front desk coworkers. I tasted a cookie and they were good, warm and fresh. The cookies here are SO good! They don't have a large selection but they have the basics and they are delicious!!! You can order online to have them made fresh but they can also warm them up for you if you go up there and get them and they're just as good! They are a bit pricey but worth it!! read more
