Loved the cookies! The chocolate chip with walnut is my favorite! When you bite into the cookie you have a gooey chocolatey centre with the saltiness of the walnut. Sooo good!

Service was shitty and slow. Very deceiving in store compared to online. 1. Only 6 gf options and that is not advertised online 2. All the gf cookies are also keto which is not advertised 3. Was told while paying that the gf options cost more.. after I ordered I was told my 6 cookies will be ready in an hour. Next time I'll stick to crumbl or a real gf bakery

Unfortunately upon walking in one of the girl sitting in the back at the table was cussing up a storm dropping F bombs The girl who did help me was sweet and did not know how to ring keto cookies up Then when she asked about the frosting or topping for the keto cookies Another girl said just use the regular frosting. To which she looked perplexed and looked at me and that's when I said I can't have sugar She replied yeah that doesn't make sense So the girl she asked about the frosting couldn't figure out what to say and said oh people don't care that there's some sugar on them Well unfortunately I'm already turned off by all these 3 kids My cookies look bland let's just hope they were worth the drive.

Went around 8-9pm on a Friday. I have to say that the location wasn't easy to find. It was in the back of the warehouse and at night, it looked sus lol but once u smell the cookies, u know you're in the right place. The cookies are of hefty size! My thoughts: - Choco chip had TOO many chips...u wouldn't think it's an issue but when u warm the cookie up, it falls apart because the chips are melted and not enough cookie dough to hold them in place - creme brulee was my favorite surprisingly! It was really good and I'm not frosting type of girl - white chip is what you would have expected. The cookie held its form so it had a good balance of white chips - peanut butter supreme was ok to me And I love peanut butter. It just felt like there wasn't any texture except sandiness. Unfortunately they ran out of the other peanut butter kind Would be curious to try the other flavors!

I'm waiting on my 2nd box as I type this #realfatgirlshit This time I ordered 2 creme brûlée, cc walnut and a sugar cookie. Anxiously anticipating the drop off. Don't know how to redeem the 15% off since you order online and there's no code, so if you know the secret, let me know! I'm not likely to ever order the keto cookies, primarily because I make pretty bomb keto desserts and typically have all those ingredients on hand, 2nd because they're $4 more and since I've tasted heaven (non-keto) and just know the keto won't be nearly as good. Well, I'll say I'd be surprised. If you've thought about it, fret no more. They're worth the $12 box of four especially since you don't have to leave home!

So many cookie shops opened up in this area this past year...Half Baked wins the battle for #1 in my books. Each cookie is huge, soft/chewy, baked to perfection. Each flavor that I have had to date, absolutely no disappointments. There is no wrong selection! Will be back for sure!

Delicious! We were able to walk away with 14 fresh cookies! It was melt in your mouth deliciousness! Our family of 5 loved the chocolate chip cookies. This has got to be thee BEST chocolate chip Cookie I've had in all of my 20yrs in Houston. My gawd it's the perfect combo of crispy on the outside, so gooey on the inside. My husband ordered these to share with friends as we've had similar cookies at another spot before. Unfortunately, I'm just not a huge fan of raw cookie dough. It was just a little too mushy in the middle for me. My husband's friend loved it and my husband thought it was really good. If you like raw cookie dough, (which is basically what they advertise that's why I'm not being too harsh, I knew what I was signing up for. Lol) then this place is for you!! read more

Not gonna lie. This place has freakin delicious cookies. Everytime I've gotten cookies here they've been amazing. I feel like this place should take crumbles spot any day of the week. Cookie bliss! These half baked cookies are wonderful for your half baked friends, and whoever else you fancy to share a cookie with. We ordered a package of several cookies to taste several delicious options. To name a few, the turtle cookie was a rich experience that was perfect in small portions. The oatmeal chocolate chip was heavenly, my personal favorite. I must say the peanut butter was a bit underwhelming, a tad bit thick which made it difficult to enjoy. The double chocolate was sinful! We thoroughly enjoyed this flavorful adventure and would gladly take the ride to flavortown (thanks Guy Fieri) any time! Would it be a true review if we left out our moniker, absolutely not! We stopped by to pick up some cookies since we had heard such good things. The cookie butter and creme brulee were amazing. They are huge cookies and served nice and warm. The location does not face the road, it is on the backside which took us a second to find. The guy at the counter wasn't the friendliest, I had to say "hello" first. Just ordered these yesterday and oh man they're delicious! These bad boys were still warm when delivered to my house. I've never had a baked cookie other than my own warm and oh so yummy! I anxiously waited for them to arrive for my arrival time and they came right on time. They were ordered the same day of delivery since I am local. I ordered two Keto cookies (the ones with lower carbs and sugar) and they were heaven! I have been on a low carb and sugar way of life lately and it's a challenge to curve that sweet tooth you occasionally get. Done! I also ordered two chocolate chip cookies and I did sneak a taste and one of the top three cookies I have eaten before! I highly recommend trying the cookies! The cookies are great! With some you can definitely tell the texture is different because of the almond/coconut flour, but ..that's just how keto cookies are! Better they make them than me! My go-to is their Mango Pomelo Sago, which you can also get the jumbo size. For two people, I'd recommend the standard size - that's usually enough, especially if you've already eaten a meal and this is your dessert. The taste of this alone is worthy of a 5-star review for Hui Lau Shan. I think the combination of pomelo and sago with the mango and ice cream really goes together deliciously well. But hey, there's more! I was introduced to their mango mochi, which comes in easy-to-take-home packaging. So it's quite easy to eat the Mango Pomelo Sago on site while bringing more yummy dessert home for snacking on later. It's utterly delicious. Service is fast. This location is in the poppin' Dun Hwang Plaza of Bellaire Chinatown, so if it's hard to find parking in the lot, use the parking complexes - it so happens that Hui Lau Shan's location is really close to one of the Dun Hwang parking complexes, making things really convenient. The staff said my points would transfer eventually, but I only will have 63 -- not enough under the new system. Hey, I'm no entrepreneur. But I am a customer who eats out all the time. And to me this is a textbook example of an owner who doesn't get customer service. I drove all the way there, dealt with the parking, and came specifically to redeem a reward that still showed as valid in their app. It's not my fault their system hadn't switched over yet. These cakeball and truffle treats are only the size of a donut hole. It's not one of their higher end desserts. The obvious right move would've been to honor the reward and give the customer the treat. But nope. They chose the stingy route instead. And with that one decision, they lost another customer. No less than 5...yes...5 cars that came in the lane adjacent to us had come in AFTER us...gotten their food...and left BEFORE we even got to the window to pay. I was now weary. 1 vehicle was handed 4 bags of food. I get it. You ordered for a crew. Have them pull out of the lane and spot them while continuing to carry on with additional orders. Not sure if this is policy, or inexperience in industry methods. Anyway... Fortunately, Abraham greeted us at the window. A delightful young man. My wife noted if she were caught short and just needed something for the kids...she would stop here after grocery shopping. But not a making a special trip saying "Damn...I'm CRAVING P Terry's". It was just an fast food burger. Couldn't taste the "special sauce" (mayo, ketchup, pickle juice/vinegar, salt) at all. Fries. Don't bother. They are flaccid par-cooked potato sticks with no browning or salt. 80% went in the bin. Sadly...this DID fall WAY short of Micky Dee's. Back to back taste test of the "Pterry's ketchup"...90% sure it is repackaged Heinz. Which is not a bad thing as Heinz is the superior ketchup to all ketchup. We both agreed Wendy's has a better burger and DEFINITELY better fries. But for $11 it is priced well. Just hope this location does not fold. The building is made out of solid concrete, thus the year long build and uglier than sin. Also if you have a big truck. Take the outside line or you will be hopping the curb. Someone didn't measure. I have tried many other cookies based on reviews and word of mouth around Houston and I would say these are my favorite by far. they are half baked which means they are not crunchy or over cooked. They are soft and have the perfect amount of chips in each bite. They are huge so one is enough to be shared by two people even though I never share. If you have ever had Tiff's treat cookies you know those are so good well these are better! I have also tried the double chocolate chip which were so delicious as well along with the Keto Chocolate chip which was the best keto anything I have ever tasted!
