The fruit tart had ripe but firm fruit, a fluffy cream base, and a cookie crust that was tasty without being too rich. The strawberries, dragonfruit, and grapes were all at peak ripeness. Best part? I didn't get the usual post‑dessert heaviness -- everything felt light and satisfying. I'll definitely be back to try the mousse selections and some of their savory bakes.
