I found this bakery through a search on yelp and it had five stars. I had called other ones and they were not that responsive and/or closed. This bakery owner was very responsive via text and phone. She helped bring my kind of fragmented idea to life in a small but pretty cake for four people. My family loved it, and it was delicious: wedding cake flavored with one layer of jam and one layer of Bavarian cream. It was so fresh and moist. Having recently moved to Cypress I was searching for a bakery for my daughter's 1st birthday. Dorje had great reviews so I ordered a two tier snowflake cake. Sheetal was very prompt in her initial design and the cake was BEAUTIFUL! I've found cakes that are pretty but not as tasty as I would have hoped but her cake was so so good! SUPER MOIST which is the biggest part of a cake. I ordered a white cake with Bavarian cream filling and it was seriously the best cake we have had. Two tiers gone. She did an amazing job on our baby's 1st birthday cake. It not only looked perfect, but it was delicious! I contacted her less than a week before my baby's birthday party and she was able to fulfill my order by the date and time requested, which was a true relief. She is so sweet and she is truly passionate about what she does, she made sure that she knew exactly what I expected and when I picked up the cake she gave me very detailed instructions on how to cut the cake and the temperature to keep the cake looking it's best, which I really appreciated.
