Wishing I could give this a solid 3.5 stars. The employee was very nice and there are a lot of cookie flavors to pick from. I got their variety dozen pack including specialty flavors like the banana nut, peanut butter, lemon, sugar, chocolate chip, double chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, and a few more. Cookies are soft and the do a good job with the flavors. But they don't hold their shape and crumble more easily than they should (too much butter to flour ratio?). Overall, similar to home cooked but not quite since they still have that store bought after taste to them that I can't quite explain. I have fallen in love with Tiff'd Treats. The cookies are amazing! I love the fact that I can order from the app and pick up in store. I don't live in their delivery area, so I only order when I am near one of their locations. I have also just walked in and placed an order. The staff here are so welcoming and polite. When I've walked in to order O always get my cookies warmed up and I've never waited more than 5 minutes to complete my visit. It's really a fast process. They have a bathroom at the front of the shop too and I have had to use it on a couple of occasions. OMG....it is one of the cleanest I have ever seen. That is appreciated too. What a simple yet brilliant idea. Fresh warm cookies for a quick grab and go or you can even get it delivered. I was surprised to see insomnia cookies and Tiff's treats on the same block. Talk about competition but I guess the demand is high for cookies around Georgia Tech. You walk in and immediately face a display of 10 cookie flavors. There's the classic chocolate chip and sugar but then you also have the white chocolate almond and oatmeal chocolate chip. You can make cookie ice cream sandwiches or just get ice cream by itself...or even get real crazy and order a brownie instead. There's a drink fridge also if you want milk to go with your cookies. The pricing is a bit hefty though. For $1.25 per cookie, I'm expecting an exceptional cookie. They were good but nothing to write home about. How could it have taken this long for me to eat my own TREATS?? Cookies have always been my diet downfall, so when I found another cookie shop open late in Atlanta, how could I refuse? It only seems wrong to give Tiff's less than 4 stars. The boo drove us here late one night to partake in the deliciousness of warm cookies. It's not open as late as Insomnia Cookies, but I think I prefer Tiff's to Insomnia (although if Tiff's is already closed, then I have no choice). Parking isn't easy, but at night, street parking is easily available. First off, side note. Why would Tiff's open down the street from Insomnia Cookies? Seems like a power play that they may have underestimated. It was empty and it seemed pretty slow when we entered Tiff's on a weeknight. However, they were happy to help us as we selected a few cookies to munch on. I ordered my go-to: snickerdoodle and sugar. The boo got the Tiffwich ice cream sandwich, which we finished before we even got back to his car. You can choose the two cookies for each side of the sandwich, as well as the ice cream flavor. My cookies were warm and chewy: perfectly crisp on the outside but soft once you reach the middle. I worry for business here, as it's pretty poorly located when compared to Insomnia Cookies. If both were open at the same time, I may choose Tiff's, but if I had no choice due to more limited nighttime hours, Insomnia Cookies it is. read more

Sooo, here's the thing. I've seen Tiff's Treats before. I pass by it often when I go to the LA Fitness near GA Tech, but I've never given them a chance. I especially had no desire to give them a real chance once I discovered Insomnia Cookies just 3 short weeks ago. Trying Tiff's Treats became an afterthought once I feel in love with Insomnia. But Tiff's Treats had something to say about that. Last week, I saw a tweet that said that Tiff's tweet was comparable to Insomnia. Now, to my surprise I had no idea that Tiff's was similar and if it was anything like Insomnia, maybe I shouldn't brush them off. I then responded to the tweet saying, "I've just recently discovered @insomniacookies and have eaten 30+ in the last 3 weeks... you mean to tell me that there's something... similar/greater???" Guess who responds!? Tiff's Treats official twitter handle. Essentially, their response was on of, "let us show you what we're all about. Message us". I proceed to direct message them and to my surprise, they extended the gift of sending me 24 FREE COOKIES to my job. Unfortunately, I was scheduled to go out of town the following day, so we arranged a delivery time for 4 PM the following week. Still seemed too good to be true, and with a delivery time for a week later, I highly doubted I was going to get these free cookies. BUT Tiff's Treats followed through on their delivery time, ON TIME as scheduled. Not only that, the cookies arrived warm as if they just came out the oven alongside two cold bottles of milk. These cookies were amazing. They sent me six peanut butter, six sugar, six snickerdoodle and six chocolate chip. The peanut butter was by far my absolute fave out of the bunch. Her plans cancelled, she came to see me at work and shared her bounty. I got snickerdoodle (saving that one because it's one of my fave flavors ever), oatmeal (absolutely awesome- I will definitely gets this in the future) and chocolate chip, and choc chip with peanut butter (I think- I had a couple bites of one that broke...).
