Weird tasting drinks to be honest, and not in a good way. The aesthetic of the actual cafe is wonderful though - very chill and pleasing. The baristas were nice as well. We hadn't been before so we tried 3 drinks: strawberry espresso tonic, matcha lemonade, and an iced matcha latte with oatmilk and the seasonal coconut syrup. The best one was the matcha latte especially because they used the best oatmilk brand (Minor Figures). The matcha lemonade had a blueberry basil syrup or something that made it taste healthy overall - not necessarily a bad thing, just strange. The strawberry espresso tonic was not a good combination. It didn't have a lot of personality to it and had a bit of a medicine-y aftertaste to it. Overall, we wouldn't come back. read more

One of the two only places that validate parking now! That was our main incentive for the visit. Pay $5 for parking... or pay $5 for a coffee! Tried to order an iced tea but they said it would take 4 minutes to brew and since I was in a bit of a rush, I switched to a cold brew. This came quickly, and the two men working were very polite. The place itself is in an old shipping container right across from the shops, so a super cool spot to grab a sip. Although it's not super spacious, there are a few seats inside and a small counter. First things first, I've had coffee here a couple of times and it's good. But I've been taking a chance at different places whenever I have a taste for a matcha latte, and it's been a little tough finding one that I enjoy from some of the spots in town. However, Brash is one of the few shops I've found that does it well! They maintain the integrity of the matcha by not adding sweetener unless you ask for it. I do enjoy a matcha latte with vanilla simple syrup every now and again, and theirs does not disappoint. On this particular day, I'd stopped for lunch and some shopping then popped by here just before leaving, and I was in and out pretty quickly. The staff is always chill and friendly. There is a bit of seating on the inside as well as outside with nice views of the area all around--great for working, catching up with a loved one, or just enjoying the scenery. Brash is still, hands down, my favorite cappuccino and the city of Atlanta. I haven't been able to visit in a couple years, but stepping inside, it felt just the same as it did in 2019. The staff is friendly and competent, and the menu is small but specialized. The existence of neat seasonal drinks was new, but I was glad for this interesting update and tried the matcha lemonade. It was just what I needed for the hot blazes midday sun! My husband got an iced coffee and was equally pleased. We stayed inside briefly, just enough to get our drinks, and then took our young kiddos out across the small street to sit on the steps in front of the Free People and Ormsby's storefronts. Keep in mind, parking is available in nearby decks or lots and is now all paid parking. Brash coffee is inside of a shipping container and has very minimal seating (like four to six chairs) and no bathroom. They do have some benches outside, but these are absolutely exposed to the elements with no shade, so beware of the Georgia heat. It's def warm in here thanks to that but there's two seats on countertop area and two seats on a corner table as well as outdoor seatings available. Parking can be found in the lot inside for free. AND they serve Emerald City Bagels which I'd really hoped to try, so sitting in the cabinet right in front of me was the type of convenience I adore. I ordered the everything bagel with cream cheese.
