Their front door says it all with their triple B business rating and ASE certified mechanics. They also do a multi point inspection to make sure everything else is functioning. One thing that was pointed out, which I already knew about, was the fact that I had a torn CV boot that needed to be replaced. Since the CV joint had lost all the grease, it was also best to replace the whole axle which doesn't add that much to the price since most of this is labor. As a result, I made an appt and came back a few days after the oil change and had that repaired. I was pleased to see on the invoice that I am a gold VIP member which means I received an additional discount. I also appreciate the 36 month/36,000 mile warranty which dealerships often do not have. As someone who owns four cars, they'll be seeing me again at some point.

Audi claimed I needed them in the front and the back. I reached out to five other different places and the lowest quote that I received was $1800. Buddhist garage requested that I bring my vehicle in, in order for them to give me an accurate quote . This was a bit of an inconvenience because I live on the opposite side of town and my work schedule is extremely hectic, but it was worth it. They were able to actually physically look at my vehicle and see what was needed in order to give me a more accurate quote. Turns out my rear brakes are completely fine! It was my sensor that was off, which was $35 to replace. And they only charged me 780.$ for all the work. As a female it is extremely difficult to go into shops and not get screwed over and take advantage of. My sister has been taking her vehicle here for years. I took one of my vehicles here years ago and I will continue to use this garage for all of my automotive repairs. I highly recommend it. They are completely honest, and despite the fact that I was late this morning(I don't recommend that it but it was unavoidable), they understood and still got me out in a timely manner. Eagle was aware that it should have arrived, and the shop owner took the initiative to call me to check on the status before closing shop. Thankfully Eagle has a key drop, so the tow arriving after hours was fine. They must have looked my car over immediately the next day, because diagnostics were done quickly and I got a call early that morning. They kept me in the loop about the repair, explained what they were doing and why, answered the phone consistently to answer follow up questions I had, and went even more into detail about the repair when I arrived and asked additional questions about the mechanics of it. Just like a doctor who answers your questions, a mechanic who does the same helps put you at ease. It wasn't cheap (& what transmission work is?), but it was incredibly fast and I had my car back and repaired the same day diagnostics were run. Plus, the parts & labor came with a 1-year/12,000 mile warranty.
