Matcha Latte with Strawberry and Endless Summer fresh pressed juice (pineapple, cucumber, lemon, and mint)
    TheFoodieReviewer C.

Ambiance: Very cute and quaint restaurant that offers healthy food choices, plant based items, fresh pressed juice, and offers a spacious outdoor patio. Food: Tasty sandwich, but felt I paid a lot for a sandwich that was on the smaller side. Service: Friendly staff, service can be slow, but possibly because I ordered fresh pressed juice. We stopped in for a quick bite and ordered the Chicken Pesto Caprese, Matcha Latte with Strawberry, and Endless Summer fresh pressed juice (pineapple, cucumber, lemon, and mint). The sandwich was very tasty, but it was on the smaller side and wasn't very filling. The Endless Summer pressed juice was pretty bland and tasted mostly like cucumber juice. I was hoping to taste a good balance of the pineapple juice, but could hardly taste it. Not sure if it's dependent on who is making it? If you're into healthy choices, you may enjoy this restaurant. But expect to pay a little more for the fresh pressed juices and the sandwiches that are not that big.

Vegan success for Vegan-January "Veganuary" 2026! Sunday visit late lunch early dinner - large vegan menu with a diverse selection from soups, salads, entrées, wraps, and drinks. We ordered one vegan spinach wrap, it was large in size full of fresh healthy nutritious ingredients. Filling and satisfying. Also ordered Thai rainbow salad, I pleasing presentation, called crisp fresh ingredients on top of a warm bed of nutritious quinoa. Slightly spicy peanut dressing, warmed me up on a cold day. Total came for two entrées to about $30. Lots of open available indoor seating, clean and comfortable. Pleasant service no weight. Easy free parking. Definitely a double thumbs up and highly recommend to anyone seeking a heart healthy cardio, healthy meal in a relaxed, no stress environment. Thank you for participating in plant based cuisine making it easier and possible to be vegan and participate in January 2026 through 2050 longevity. Highly recommend.

Got delivery (Breakfast burrito with avocado added) and had a lovely experience!! Not to mention, the food was still very hot once delivered and the extra sauce I asked for was packaged very considerately!! Can't wait to order again :)

Maybe we were there at an off day. We ordered and found a place to sit and waited. After 30 minutes we inquired about our food and found out that the did not "process our order". Once we found out we fell thru the cracks then we waiting. Not too long my burrito was delivered in a too go and was very hot with frill marks on the outside. My husband did not have his and a while longer his came our with a repeat of my order and this time the burrito was tepid in texture and not grilled and she just left it at the table even though it was a duplicate. I guess while I went to get more water another table received a duplication to their order. The food was OK. Nothing that I would come back for again. The scone that I had earlier while waiting was yummy.

Stopped by here after arriving at the Davis Amtrak station since it was around a 3 minute walk. I ordered the tomato basil soup, a club sandwich, and the seasonal specialty berry smoothie bowl. I spent a total of $37 and sat outside to wait for my order. They all came out one at a time, the club sandwich coming first. It was cut into fourths and was so neat! I loved it, definitely super filling and the sourdough bread was delicious. The berry smoothie bowl was a little too warm for my liking, I would've preferred if it was icier. The tomato basil soup was rich and delicious, I never would've been able to guess that it was a vegan option! The texture was so creamy. Overall, I would come here again but it was a tad pricey. I'd likely try to order a smoothie the next time I come here too!

This was a sweet little cafe tucked in active downtown Davis! A recommendation I was more than delighted to consider- I took my family here! There were so many good options ranging from vegan to gluten free to hearty breakfasts! It clean, spacious, free WiFi, and overall good food. I would recommend the chicken bowl if anything- lots of bang for your buck!

The place itself is really nice. The scenery is cute, modern, and has a great vibe, especially for brunch or special occasions. It definitely feels like a spot you would want to celebrate at or take pictures in. However, the food did not live up to my expectations. My potatoes tasted pretty bland and could have used more seasoning. I also ordered pancakes, and they just were not cooked to perfection. They felt slightly overcooked and not as soft or buttery as I was hoping for. I really think they could have added more butter or richness to bring the dish together. The wait was also pretty long, and for me, it did not feel worth it in the end. The overall style reminds me a bit of Crepeville, but with a more modern look. That being said, I would personally rather spend my money at Crepeville and get better quality food. Overall, the atmosphere is really sweet and enjoyable, but the food just did not hit for me this time. Maybe I did not order the right thing, so I might be open to trying it again, but based on this visit, I was not fully impressed.

I ordered the standard chicken and waffles and my girlfriend ordered the grilled chicken sandwich (on a brioche bun) with tater tots. The breading on the tenders was nice and crispy and the waffles were so crisp! The big dollop of butter was perfect! My girlfriend said the chicken sandwich was great. The brioche must have been nice and soft bedside she definitely had to pick it out of her teeth. Hahahah! The tater tots were deliciously crispy and crunchy! The portion size of my meal was enough for me to eat half and save half for later. The breading on the chicken was a little spicier than I had anticipated, so expect that if you order it. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and will probably be back to try something different from the menu.

This weekend was a nostalgic return to my go-to for breakfast burritos, and despite the inevitable price hike since my college days, the flavors were exactly as I remembered. The Legend: This isn't your average breakfast wrap; it's a heavy-hitter loaded with a unique mix of ingredients that shouldn't work as well as they do. The Build: Two scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, and savory gyro meat. The Crunch: They pack it with french fries for that perfect starchy texture. The Kick & Sweet: What makes this special is the combo of honey and Tapatío, it gives you that sweet-and-spicy profile that keeps you coming back for every bite.
