I am extremely infuriated. To start, the entrance to this place is impossible to find. I circled the area for at least 20 minutes trying to find it and when I finally did, I was told by the rude cashier that they are not cleaning interiors anymore (I wanted the platinum wash). It was more than an hour before closing. Nowhere on their website does it say they stop doing certain services at certain times. Had I known this was the case I would not have wasted my time. So not only did I waste my evening, I did not get my car cleaned and now I have to wait to find another car wash to take my car to. I wish I could give this place negative stars. read more

Solid car wash with decent waiting area and free WiFi. Did a good job detailing the car after the wash. $30 bucks will get you the platinum wash and interior detail along with tire wax... a little pricey but better than paying $16 at Embassy in McLean for a totally crappie wash. Worth the wait and the cost. read more

I've been coming here for almost a year. I was very impressed with their work the first time.(finally happy to find a great team). I drive about 30 minutes to get my truck wash every other week, I always leave happy and if there is something that they've missed to clean, no problem I just tell them and is taking care off. That being said they always kept a positive and very energetic attitude... This Team Rocks!!! Thank you for doing your job Three Cees Team.... read more

When I got my car wash there the service was great! They never missed a spot. I can't wait to get my BMW M3 detailed soon! The service only took 15-20 minutes for a platinum car wash. This is the best car wash I have received in the metro DC area. The interior was amazingly clean! read more

Been going here for a while now. Good so far but that doesn't mean it could be better. Some concerns are: clean the wheels better, there's always dirt left and I know you guys see it, another observation is not changing cleaning towels(don't use it to wipe everything, specially the windows), clean the inside better, the floor mats sometimes it's taken out and cleaned sometimes it's not, the back compartment is sometimes neglected. I guess what I'm getting at is standards. You're in the service industry its a must. I know it get busy there but that doesn't mean you let go of your standards. Hope to see things get better. read more

4.5 stars - they have improved tremendously since I wrote my last review. They now meticulously work on the inside of the car (assuming you select that option), including spraying rubber mats, which I have installed on top of carpet. Now it's a pleasure to go there. To clarify what someone else posted, they do not use brushes; they have strips of cloth, which is gentler. I'd never go through a car wash with brushes, but also have found that "touchless" just doesn't do the job. Of course purists wash their own cars, and even the cloth strips aren't for them. I'm too lazy, but am picky and my 2013 looks brand new. read more

We took both of our Toyota Prius to 3 Cees for the Titanium package (x2) as well as one of our headlight covers polished, and it is now crystal clear! . The attendant helped us work out the best package for what type of interior our cars have. After a very pleasant experience with the attendant, we moved through to the machine wash. Although it looks typical from the outside, there are many more brushes and cleaning components in there! Quite thorough. When we stepped out of the cars to let the workers do their thing, we noticed that Steve, the manager, was very busy and making sure attention to detail. In fact, Steve may be the hardest working manager I have seen in a while. Not sure who was there before him, but he definitely brings 3 Cees to a new level. Great work and great service. Money well spent! read more

I decided to wash the car and while I was there I was asked if I wanted to additionally get waxing and leather treatment. Although I realize this was an upsell, I decided to go ahead and try it as I was offered a discount to do both. The timeline I was told was 30 minutes and after that time was passed I mentioned it to the gentleman who offered me the deal. He said he'd go and check, I said I did not want him to go and rush the service, he stated he would not. He instead jumped in and helped finish the job! They did and great job and I am glad I choose to get it done. read more

They do a great job, however, you are going to wait at least 45 minutes longer than the estimated time they give at the time of payment. I was there today and it was actually painful to watch how slow the employees work. There is NO sense of urgency, which is surprising when cars are piling up for service. The detail is really good and is the reason I keep coming back. I would give four stars, but the time factor is too important to me. read more

I live an hour away (on a good day) but I was in the area so I thought I would try it. This was the best car wash EVER! Yes. It takes a long time-about an hour for inside/out but they clean every single crevice. It's like a detail without the shampoo! Not only do they do great work but they're very friendly and Steve is mad cool. This will be a once a month trip. I don't give a damn it's an hour away! read more

Best car wash in the area by far. Manager is super friendly, the inside has massage chairs, coffee, chairs and is dog friendly. I moved to DC about 7 months ago and I still come out here to get my car done. For thirty bucks you won't beat the quality anywhere close. Come during the daytime on a weekday when it's slow, the employees work super fast but I've been here on weekends when the line is 15-20 cars long - that's how good they are. Highly recommended, will always come back. read more

They did great work on my brakes and were a pleasure to work with. Helped me out with a ride -- had my 2 toddlers with me! I regularly go there for wash/detailing and will return for service on my car again! read more

Great job on my Toyota corolla. The gentleman took his time perfecting every inch of my car, for $30! Will be back!

Fair priced...very thorough crew and they finish fast! I was in and out in 30 minutes and they had to clean a huge spill in my Sonata.

If you want a bang for your buck, this is the best place to go hands down. They do a great job on your car. They wipe your car down after, which is necessary unless you want specks leftover. There are extra steps in the process, and that's what makes the difference between three cees and other places. read more

Good work for a mini-detailing at an okay price.

Guys did a great job. Very impressed. At one point there were 5 guys working on MY car...crazy. :-)

Got the platinum package exterior wash in quick interior detail. Fantastic result and the minivan looks better than it has in years.

This service here was terribly slow, I counted 9 people on duty and only half of them were even working, and the ones that were working acted as if they had alllll day. No one was hustling to hurry along the wait process.. One guy was on his phone the whole time delaying his job to dry off and vacuum the car. It's been over 45 mins now I've been siting here and still the car isn't finished. read more

I love this place. They're fast and very good. They have various packages to choose from and they're prices are reasonable. My go place when I when to get a thorough car clean. read more

Love this place. They clean the car very well for not a lot of money plus they have an oil change shop like Jiffy Lube but better. If you get your oil changed then you get a free exterior car wash. read more

I've lived in the NOVA for over 25 years from Falls Church to Purcellville, so I've had an experience w/ all of the car washes. By FAR...Three Cees is above all. When I take my car to be washed, I'm particular to the detail of the interior cleaning. I don't care to hop in and still see smegma in the cup holders and smudged on various parts of the console. I'm always thrilled with my experience here and don't mind waiting the few extra minutes to get a "detail like feel". This car wash gives you that and more...because when you need a detail, this is the only place I'll go!!! read more

Three Cees Car Wash and Quick Lube - Car Wash Near Me - Herndon, Virginia

Love these guys. This review is for the car wash part only. I've been coming here since I moved up to nova ages ago and they have by far the best wash and detailing anywhere in the area. I particularly like the fact that they have a full detailing shop and will do everything from a basic outside wash to dealer-level detailing. The "titanium" package, even though it runs around $225 for my suv, basically makes the car look like it just rolled out of the showroom. The platinum package (what I normally get) is very thorough and makes the car sparkle inside and out. Things can get super busy, especially in weekends, so sometimes you can be in for an extended wait and when things are busy sometimes small details get overlooked, but their teams hustle their butts off and do good work. The only other complaint is that when it gets busy and it is hot outside sometimes the car will dry before the finishers get to it, and you can end up with water spots that aren't always caught or wiped off... but all in all a very solid 4 stars. I also love the fact that they work just as hard during the bitter winter months so you can get all the salt and road crud off. read more

Wow. This place is awesome. I can't believe how long they meticulously cleaned my car. I was so impressed. The employees seemed to really take pride in the job. I will definitely be back. read more

Ive been coming to this location for more than a year and i like it service is good friendly people. But the last time i went Nov 2016 i got an oil change and they didnt tighten the oil plug and a month after my oil change the plug fell off and drained the oil as i was driving 60mph engine started rattling which forced my to stop and get it towed. Ever since that i called them and all i got was an "uhuh" . Now i realize the reason for their quick service. Quality is nonexistent all talk. Now my engine rattling permanently no thanks to their shabby work. read more

Great service! Excellent product. Reasonable prices. They have an extensive sent if individual products and package options. Waits are minimal, if at all, to get in. It is first-cone, first-served. The teams work diligently, are well organize and through, and complete the task as quickly as possible. I'll be back!! read more

Complete rip off and a bunch of thieves. I went in for an oil change. They lied about the price up front and ended up costing me almost $100 just for the oil change. They of course tried to up-sell me with a bunch of stuff I did not need. I left and my car has been making a weird rattling noise ever since. I also discovered that they had broke a bunch of screws in my air filter. I want back to have them check my car and they said it was fine, which it is not. Did not offer to fix the broken screws. The manager is as nice but a total salesman. Will not be going back. They have lost my business along with serval of my friends. Save yourself the money and time. read more

Last saturday I took my car SLK 320 for exterior and interior car wash and they spray directly to the center console gear which cost me close to $1000.00 to fix the car. The owner and the manager were very rude, dishonest and no moral values. Here is the bottom line they are the worst and I will let every body know that how they treat me. I will go to ABC 7 News on your side and tell my story. NO FAIRNES, NO RIGHTNESS AND NO JUSTICE. NOW YOU BE THE JUDGE AND THINK TWICE BEFORE TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SIMPLE CAR WASH!! read more

Ok, decided to check this place out again since I used to go here like 6-7 years ago. I got their "Signature Wash", which cost $13---way too expensive, especially since its only for the WASH. No vacumming, no drying, no wipe downs--thats it. Just sit in your car and get the same kind of wash you would at any EXXON gas station carwash. The guy who was in the booth where you pay said he just bought the business a year ago, and he was hoping to bring the prices down soon. But honestly, even if he brings the price down--its not worth it. Plus, as soon as you pull out there is NO PLACE for you to "self-dry" your car. They have 3 stations you can pull into if you paid for the more expensive package---but even then, there were only 2 guys working??? So, I just stopped at the far end and got out real quick and grabbed some towels to dry off my car----then the two guys yelled at me for blocking the other cars coming out of the carwash. I just continued for a few more minutes because I didn't want to drive off with my car all wet. Later on, I noticed that there were a few scratches on my driver side and passenger side doors----I got p---- off. I will never go back to this place! read more

Stopped in yesterday to have car cleaned inside and out. Instead got stuck with a repair bill AND still found trash in the back seat. The automatic car wash automatically removed the trim around the rear wheel well and the crew manager acted as though it was my fault. They eventually retrieved it and reattached it but only after I insisted that they go back through the wash to find it! After a lengthy wait I was told the care was ready only to find trash in the back seat, hand prints on the doors and streaks on the windows. I asked the crew to take care of these things but wound up taking care of the trash myself. Overall not a great value at $40.00 for the wash plus the cost to have the trim inspected and repaired by the dealer. Might have been willing to overlook the trash, smudges and streaks, but the way they handled the whell trim was a real issue. Could have been a very different review had they immediately owned up to it, fixed it and let me know before I had to bring it up to them. read more

Absolutely fantastic service! I had looked online for similar services at other car-washes and everything was $75-100 for a car wash and "internal therapy". It was just one step down from detailing and only cost $30. My car was exceptionally filthy and they cleaned it like pros. I highly recommend this place! read more

When it comes to a decent machine car wash, three cees is one of he better ones in the area. I recommend getting your car hand waxed there. The detailers really seem to know what they're doing. read more

I'm here right now and it feels like a ghetto jiffy lube. I'm not sure how this will turn out. At Jlubes it costs me 85, here 95. But maybe the carawash will make it worth it. read more

Expensive for the money Flagship does a better job. Also the employees will alter the hours to ensure they are out on time and are rude.

I'm usually not the type to leave reviews but this place deserves a 5 star rating. I've been coming to this car wash (more like a car spa) for over a year now and they take care of me and my vehicle and do a superb job. Steve, who is part of the management team, is instrumental in keeping the employees happy and friendly. The employees are huge part of the service of the place and it shows. I would recommend this place to everyone. Keep up the good work! read more

The car wash is worth every penny! If they added a 6th star, I would check it! I take my 10 year old Suburban every week and will continue to do so. I get compliments every week from people saying how great the car looks. The Three Cees team take their time to do the job right, I am very impressed with the final clean team and they are all professional and have great attitudes. They take pride in the final results. All I can ask is that they keep up the great service. Thanks Three Cees read more

I've been coming here for 10 years and have brought everything form daily drivers to exotics and they hit it out of the park every time. Service is impeccable. Prices are very reasonable. They will hand wash your car at an unbelievable price. Their express hand wax at ~$60 is better than what most detailers charge $200 for. Most importantly, when I take my car in, I know it's safe and treated as I would. read more

Took my wife's car there and they did a decent job. I took mine there the following day 15 minutes before opening and they were already opened. I ask for a hand wash because I do not trust the spinning cloths. I also ordered an interior package. It took them one hour and 35 minutes to even touch my vehicle. The two washers did a good job. After that, they took my vehicle over to do the interior. After they finished, I got into my car and noticed nothing was hardly done. The dash or other areas were not shiny or wiped with protectant. I didn't say anything because I was already late for my appointment as it was. The money I paid was not worth it for me. This was my first time there and my last. read more
