Easily the most legit car wash in the area. Old school, brush-style wash that tugs your vehicle through (after you put it in neutral) instead of the new "touch-free" and brushless car washes you find at gas stations. You pay something like $1 more over the comparable gas station car wash but it really does work better. I had brake wear dust on one of my factory polished aluminum wheels from when a caliper went bad that I had never been able to get off at other washes. Three Cees did the job. Also had them do a full wheel polish service and interior clean $40 for my three-row Explorer). Was done in an hour and was cleaner than when I picked it up at the dealership. Very happy, will be back for more washes. Go on a weekday around lunchtime when it's quiet. Whatever you do, avoid on pretty weekend days unless you like waiting in lines. read more

I'm always impressed with the quality of their work. I'm very particular about my car so I do most of the washing/waxing myself. But since I've gotten behind on maintaining the exterior I took it over to Three Cees for a complete detail and got the titanium package. Yes, it was pricey, but worth every penny. My car looked new! They did a fantastic job and I was very impressed. These guys are almost always slammed during nice weather days, especially Friday - Sunday. They have deals for Wednesdays, so if you have a Wednesday off, that might be a good day to take your car in for cleaning. My only surprise was the trash I noticed on the ground around the front entrance the day I dropped off my car (5/22). I've never seen the front of the premises anything but tidy. This is the third chance I have given them for an interior detailing job. I circled back twice before because they didn't even touch the back seat area. Today there was actual dirt on the seat and interior which I wiped off with a damp paper towel when I got home. Because they were backed up, I had to pull my car over to the side where the water spots dried onto the freshly washed car. An all round C effort. I won't be back. For $35 they should be able to get it right the first time at least once. read more

First, it was a little difficult to find this place... coming up Baron Cameron turn left before Leesburg Pike. Otherwise, you have to do a U-turn, or go down the Pike a little bit and come back. I did feel this service was a little pricey. But they did do a very good job. I talked with someone who I believe was the or an owner, and he was very friendly. The other cars there got done, so mine was mobbed by six people and was done very quickly. They even took out my hairy, stinky dog bed and cleaned it very thoroughly. Overall, I like. This is probably my last time going here, after spending 40 dollars for my wash, an employee said my car needed wax because the car was 'sticky'. I said ok, 70 dollars and he would make sure to buff out a small scratch on the hood. I am currently sitting here waiting on my car for well over 45 min(was told it would only take 20) and have watch the same two employees staring at each other's cell phone for 20 min, they are supposed to be working on my car. They keep looking over the truck bed to make sure the manager is not coming. This is a huge waste of time and the employees need to be better managed in the detail area. If I am going to spend 100 dollars on a car wash/wax, please provide management so that this is done efficiently. They keep washing the same window and side closest to the wall so that there management won't notice they are not working.....this place is a joke. read more

If you go for the high end wash and detail, its expensive. I wouldnt mind the price if they did a better job. Not that the job was bad in the least. But if I am going to spend $100 I expect perfection. They leave everything spotless... everything that is easily visible. There are always the little things they miss. Sometimes they leave dirt on the backside of the gear shifter and steering wheel. They always seem to forget the part of the door windows that go inside the rubber at the top. I do smoke, so my windows get filmy. They never seem to get the windows clean, yet I know they can be cleaned. My dials are recessed in the dashboard, which makes them hard to clean. However, it is trivial to remove that part of the dashboard and clean them, they never do. They always try to clean it by hand and miss spots. Im on the fence with this place. My car gets dirty. Real dirty. They do such a good job on 95% of the car, its that last 5% that is disappointing. read more

The car was washed quickly but I then sat 40 minutes in the Parking lot waiting for it to be vacuumed. I have never seen anything like this at any car wash. It is ridiculous. Went to three cees on 10/22/18 for the first and last time. The price and quality of work was good. However when I got back in my car and checked the console compartment my wallet (which I had mistakenly left in car) had my credit card out and laying on top of wallet. For what ever reason (surprised by another worker) the person had not put credit card back in wallet. I told a manager (Jim) what had happened and we agreed I would monitor the card for fraud. Sadly I got an alert that the card had been used at a Sunnco in Herndon for two $69.95 items on 10/22/18 that evening. Needless to say I cancelled the card and called three cees and reported to (Rob) what happened. Don't know what can or will be done at three cees but I will not return. So if you do visit three cees make sure you don't make the mistake I made and leave valuables in your car! read more

This review strictly pertains to the Oil Stop side of the car wash. I have no complaints with the Car Wash Side.... They overfilled my engine with 5 quarts as opposed to 4.5. When questioned on it the tech said "the engine level is fine so it's ok". I asked him to check it again and as he pulls out the stick and brings it over for me to see the level is fine, I watch him wipe off the oil above the fill line.....I know right. So I get out of the car and ask another tech to check it as I stand there with him. Complete shocker it shows it overfilled. The tech just flat out lied and if I had not insisted could have damaged my engine. DO NOT GO THERE! read more

OIL Change SHOP review - Unbelievable - my observation of what I experienced I went to get my oil changed in my SUV. My SUV is a standard unmodified vehicle. There are what they call skid plates on bottom. They have to be removed during oil change. Simple job you un-bolt them. I had the dealer tell me bunch of my bolts were missing a long while back. This was after a visit to 3 c's to get oil changed. They were all replaced by dealer. At the time I just chalked it up to coincidence. I went to 3 c's this weekend and before going I took a look at the visible bolts on the front skid plate of which there were 4. During the oil change they seemed to struggle with skid plate and the oil change takes quite a bit of time. I drive out and take quick look at the front skid plate. Guess what now only 3 bolts? I swing back around to 3 c's and find the person who appears to be the lead in the bays. He tell's me " oh the guys felt rushed". Then he proceed to have me wait in line to get this issued addressed. What is wrong here? 1. At no time should someone servicing your car decide to remove parts and then arbitrarily not put them back or put them back in different place. 2. At no time should work that is part of a hired service be incomplete and should you be told it is complete. 3. The reaction by manager seemed like this was normal for them. Why you should be cautious here. 1. If they are letting the person change the oil decide what parts to put back and where to put them at their own discretion this shows a complete lack of quality control and management. 2. You are letting these people under your car. They are giving you advice - touching you transmission and other core parts. 3. You the consumer can't see the bottom of your car very easily, putting you at disadvantage. So very important to use trustworthy vendors. Other odd things 1. They never seemed to know where they were in process. The manager person came and took my air-filter out - which had already be done by the service guy. Then he proceed to show me the dip stick again - which had already been done by service guy. 2.What he should have been doing is making sure all the parts I came in with I left with! In conclusion 3 c's is not a cheap oil change for the area. I think I paid $65 for std oil. There are places that do it for $19.99 with tire rotation. So at the very least I would expect professional service. This is not what I got. And to be clear the manager on duty freely admitted what happened. There was no push back on issue. So honest at this point, but letting me leave without bolts not professional at all. 1 star rating because where there is smoke there is fire. It just seem very normal for them to do what they did - too normal. 3 c's ownership I would get all these guys in a room at make it clear that an incident like this in not to happen again. Quality and safety should be first priority. These are oil changes - not complicated should have 100% quality rate. I customer should not be wondering wether or not parts they came in with put back on and in right place. read more

WOW! They worked a total miracle on my car! I got the Titanium Package today. The interior of my car was in really bad shape, especially my cloth seats. Three Cees got every single stain out of my seats and did and excellent job both inside and out. Definitely worth the price!! read more

The wash itself was ok. But, the interior cleaning job is horrible. The man that was cleaning the driver's side did a poor job. There is dust all over my dashboard and particles on my seat. The man was lazy and even threw my floor mat 10 feet because he was too lazy to carry it. The only reason why I'm giving this place two stars is because of the woman who worked on the passenger side and did a fairly decent job. The two sides look like night and day in terms of the quality of cleaning. The woman took her time and made sure everything is clean. It's a shame how a few incompetent workers can tarnish a business's reputation. I won't be taking my car here anymore for washes. read more

We have been using this car wash since 2010. Perhaps, the manager has changed. Their quality of service became bad. I paid around 35 dollars for Platinum Service covering interior and exterior wash. While I was watching their staff clean up my car, they even did not try to clean up the dirty spots on the lower sides of my cars. When I pointed out, the manager told me that they tried to do it but could not make the parts clean. Will not use the place any more. read more

I brought my vehicle to Three Cees earlier this afternoon and am overall unhappy with the results. I purchased the "Signature Wash" which is their highest, exterior-only option. The employees who prep the car before it goes through the car wash only sprayed down one side of the vehicle, and pre-treated two tires. As far as the quality of the actual car wash, the front bumper and side skirts are still dirty. Additionally, the wheels are still full of break dust despite the "Wheel Brite." Keep in mind that no car wash is perfect, but then again there is certainly no shortage of car wash options in this area - most with a lower price point. Overall a poor quality product at a premium price, I don't believe I'll return. read more

I called to find out what time they closed on a tuesday. I was told they close at 7pm. So I drove up there only to find out that they only do an outside wash after 5pm. When I asked why they didn't mention they only provide a fraction of services after 5pm I was told that "you didn't ask that". Car wash always leaves water spots on the windows/body. They never seem to get it 100%. What's worse is that I brought a car here that had been detailed 2 weeks prior. I got home and saw numerous small scratches across both sides of the cars after I left the wash. The GM tried to tell me the scratches weren't "uniform" and then went on and on about the volume of automobiles that go through his wash. Well my car is jet black. I tried to reason with him. Some people may not notice small scratches on their cars if they are neither freshly detailed nor are they black. I also showed him that all the scratches were waist high and they were identical knicks - some going vertical, some horizontal. they aren't huge scratches, but they are there. It's not like the brushes on the machinery washing the vehicles are "gentle." They literally slap and wipe the side of the car vigorously... That's the point of an automated car wash. I don't get my car washed often but when I do, I usually come here even though it is slightly pricier and crowded. However, my last visit was disappointing. I got the platinum wash which include exterior and interior. The exterior looked nice and clean, however, when they told me my car was ready, I came to my car and their staff were still working on it. After seeing me here, they seemed to rush everything just to give my car back. And then when I stepped into my car, I noticed the rubber matt on the passenger side was missing. Glad I noticed otherwise I will lose it! So they retrieved my matt,quickly cleaned it and put it back. I noticed there was still dirt on it. At the same time, my cup holder was not clean enough either. I was not happy about the service this time! And I am considering going somewhere else! read more

I have been quite pleased with Three Cees. They do a good job on your car's wheels which is not the case with many car washes. Consider buying a prepaid card since you can save up to 20%. However you need to avoid the associated oil change shop since they are quite irritating and constantly try to upsell you in a moonie like overfriendly manner. read more

My car got puked in one late night. Try as I may to get the smell out... it wasn't happening. I brought the car in for a complete scrub (exterior wash, carpet shampoo clean). Three Cee's went to town on my car... took them a little over an hour but the car looked great and the smell was gone! The manager walked me through the different packages and helped me select one that was right for my problem. Although I realize this was an upsell, I decided to go ahead and try it as I was offered a discount to do both. The timeline I was told was 30 minutes and after that time was passed I mentioned it to the gentleman who offered me the deal. He said he'd go and check, I said I did not want him to go and rush the service, he stated he would not. He instead jumped in and helped finish the job!
