We were seated pretty quickly and the waitress was very helpful. The place itself is pretty quiet other than the other conversations going on. There is a ramp to get inside with or stairs. Parking is a shared lot with all other restaurants/stores nearby. My western burger was very appetizing. Usually I feel like diner burgers are bland but they had flavor plus everything else. It came with aioli, lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions, cheese, fries, and pickles! Pricing is not bad, everything is under $20

The waiter's that took my order was not nice she treated me like I was stupid thinking I didn't know what a blt was. We were looking at the Prices very reasonable come to find out I was double of what the menu said. I would never go in that place again I was charged 100 for a simple lunch for four people. I would like to say my blt was made with salami a piece of lettuce and a tomato and charge over what the menu price. It really bothers me that I didn't say anything earlier and that I tip this person but I realized that I didn't want to ruin my grandsons birthday. Not for nothing but my grandson enjoyed his meal.

BLUF: A decent diner experience. I went to the diner after…read moreforgetting to go so many times in the past. A lot of reviews seem to harp on the interior, so I'll say it gave a double wide converted into a restaurant vibe. Ultimately, however, it was clean and comfortable, and that's what I want from a restaurant. Service was friendly, but I definitely sat without a coffee refill for a while, or any kind of attention, while the waitress chatted with her friends at the next table over. Food wise, the menu is classic diner, nothing too fancy, and a small enough variety of underlying ingredients that you can be confident they're doing the cooking. I got onion rings, along with two eggs and a ribeye. The onion rings were great, crispy but not burnt, good batter. The eggs were actually over easy, like I ordered, which is a huge positive. The ribeye didn't have much flavor, but they have A1, and it was a little undercooked, but I would rather that than overcooked. The coffee was brewed well, not burnt nor bitter. Other notes: the menu has an egg price modifier note, but the prices were as listed, so either they've updated the menu or the egg crisis is over enough that they stopped modifying the price. There's a sign at the register, but not in the menu, that paying with a card, debit or credit, will garner you a 4% fee, that you avoid by paying cash.

It looked really good and she mentioned her friend always got the buffalo chicken baked potato so I got that. Potato was a bit undercooked, basic buffalo sauce and a couple of frozen chicken fingers. It was topped with cheddar and sour cream - some blue cheese in there would have been nice. I wouldn't order this dish again. My son had the Mac and cheese which was good. Both my wife and daughter got the chicken penne vodka which was really really good. My son loved, even if he was a bit scared of, the cupcake with the sparkler. Would definitely come back, just ordering something different next time. Other people's burgers looked great.

Today was our first (and not last) visit to The Hamilton Diner. We go there at 11:00am on a Tuesday…read more(day after Labor Day just to keep the metrics in place) and the parking lot was packed. We did, however, find one about 4/5 of the way into it. Entrance way is at the end of a ramp, which I would interpret as a fairly tight squeeze if I was in a wheelchair. However, there was a fellow in an electric wheelchair making his way down the ramp as we were coming up, and we all made it up (and down) easily enough with just a pause. Hostess desk is immediately in the entrance. Very personable lady said it'd be a 25-minute wait, and that was pretty accurate. I gave her my phone number and received a message to download Yelp! including a "Your place in line" feature. Benches to sit and wait - one outside and three inside. We were 4th in line, and then 2nd, and then 1st. I felt a vibration from the phone but saw no message. So I went to the desk to check, and they were ready anyhow with 4 empty tables. Seated us quickly and our waitress Ashley was there in short time. Paula (wifey) ordered some Egg Sandwich and a small order of French Toast. I ordered Southern Benedict, which was a buttermilk biscuits base, topped with a fried chicken patty, 2 poached eggs, and smothered in a creamy sausage gravy, and it came with an order of home fries. We were both very happy with the flavor and portions. In fact I was rather full and didn't eat the last 3 or 4 bites. I also had an iced coffee, which was nice and strong. The place is very much where neighbors and families meet and greet. Lot's of "Norm!!" moments. Pricing if fairly average -- it was (with a 20% tip) $45 for us two. My only complaint had nothing to do with the restaurant, but with adults who don't know how to tell a kid not to do shrill whistling in a restaurant. No more details on that. Again, not the restaurant's fault. We definitely would like to go there again, especially to order some bacon, as that, in my estimation, is a very important factor for breakfast -- I just didn't have any reason for it this time, what with the chicken and the sausage gravy.
