Two Eggs, Smashed Potato, Rye Toast, and Sausage ($12.50).

That Breakfast Place is an absolute neighborhood dive, but whether you're a local or just passing through, it's a great place to get a very filling breakfast served by a really friendly staff. The plate consisting of two Eggs, Smashed Potato, Rye Toast, and Sausage ($12.50) was pretty good, though I probably should have ordered the home fries or hash browns - my bad for trying to make a healthier choice in a joint like this. Speaking of trying to be "healthy" - I love that the Avocado Toast is smothered with a heaping serving of bacon. Our server was friendly and helpful to us first-timers by offering suggestions.

Good diner grub but pricy On the hunt for good French toast, saw that this place was rated a great hole in the wall breakfast joint. So I opted to make the trek here to try them out. Place is designed to be a diner, with the old school booths and the bench seating. Server was very nice and accommodating. The menu was huge, lots of choices in a small font. Instead of a special, I opted for the cinnamon Toast crunch French toast. Food came out very rapidly. The coffee is Omar's, not great but functional. I don't usually associate strawberries, Nutella, chocolate sauce, and bananas with cinnamon Toast crunch. But I was intrigued on the flavor profile. The fruits were ripe and sweet, the whipped cream was fresh, they used a huge amount of Nutella and chocolate sauce. To the degree that I had to scrape off Nutella to get to the French toast underneath. The actual French toast was underwhelming. Not soaked enough, more bread than custard. There wasn't a lot of cereal and the cinnamon was overwhelmed by the other flavors. Pricing is a little high for the area and for breakfast. They know they are one of the best places around and they charge accordingly. Two pieces of French toast with a coffee came to 18, which isn't cheap. As a local diner breakfast place, it's pretty good. Given that I need to pass five other breakfast places that offer similar quality cheaper or more quantity for the same money, it's not worth a trek. But if you're in the area, it's a good option

The food is great. I mostly love the Eggs Benedict, and the sandwiches are delicious. The people here are super nice and the device is very well. The atmosphere is chill and it's super busy on the weekends, but I do recommend this place. I love coming here big time.

Service was great. My 1st time here. I got 2 eggs over easy, white toast and grilled smashed potatoes with bacon. Food was delicious eggs cooked perfectly, bacon had great flavor. I enjoyed my meal very much. They also have a great menu of lots of options. They also have a lunch menu. I want to try them for lunch sometime. Definitely doing another breakfast there to try something else. If you're looking for some place to get breakfast give this place a try. The grilled smashed potatoes were very good. I had never had them like this.

4.5 stars. Came here for Sunday breakfast at 7:59 am and got the last table for four. Old timey diner with friendly waitstaff and a great menu selection.our turkey cali Benedict was superb! Love the shredded hash browns too 1/2 a star off for typical weak diner coffee and underwhelming smashed potato --but in many ways it's what to be expected. By the time we left there there were about 8 people in line so good thing to get there early!

Stopped in for lunch today to enjoy the great food and customer service. Restaurant was not busy so we were greeted immediately and told we could sit where we wanted. Our server, who was very pleasant, arrived quickly and took our drink order. When she returned we placed our order. Two eggs scrambled with cheddar cheese, two fried potato cakes, Irish eggs Benedict with home fries well done with onions. Also ordered a blueberry muffin and corn muffin both grilled. Order came quickly with the eggs being cooked as requested and the muffin grilled to perfection. Potato cakes were nicely fried, crisp and golden. Eggs cooked perfectly with a nice coating of cheddar cheese. Eggs Benedict was a large portion of corned beef shredded under two perfectly cooked eggs sitting on English muffins. The whole dish was covered in a rich hollandaise sauce with excellent flavor and a hint of lemon.home fries were well cooked as requested with plenty of onions added. The eggs were soft and the yolks ran all over the beef and muffins once they were cut open. Between the eggs and hollandaise sauce there was plenty of delicious tasting sauce to run through and coat the potatoes. It all made the dish one of the most memorable I've had in a long time. This is a great place for breakfast. Menu is very large with plenty of options to choose from.

I decided to come here for breakfast while visiting my kids at college. It was a very good choice. We got in at the beginning of a rush but we were seated in short order. The staff was very attentive and gave some good recommendations for the undecided. The ticket times were great, I was just beginning to enjoy my coffee and the food was served. I had the meat lovers omelette with home fries and toast. It was really good and everyone in my family enjoyed their meals. The pancakes are huge just in case anyone orders them. We will definitely come back to this place!

"I love the flower girl Oh, I don't know just why…read moreShe simply caught my eye I love the flower girl she seemed so sweet and kind. She crept into my mind." (The Cowsills) Visiting the Flour Girl Café and Bakery will put you squarely in the middle of a Flour Girl Village with four distinct components. Within the village is the Flour Girl Café at 16 Main, the Flour Girl Bakery at 14 Main, the Flour Girl Country Store at 12 Main, and the Door Yard in a rear courtyard for dining and hosting events between the bakery and country store. Today we had breakfast at the Café and followed it up with a visit to the bakery. A common thread at both stops was the wonderful personality and friendliness of the staff we interacted with. The counterperson at the Café could not have been nicer and her personality radiated throughout the room like a beam of sunshine. She welcomed every new customer as though they were long lost relatives, exchanged some pleasant small talk and then diligently repeated the orders before ringing them up. She was fantastic. The café keeps things humming all week long--open Monday through Friday from 6:30 to 4:00, Saturdays from 7:30 to 4:00, and Sundays from 7:30 to 3:00. Flour Girl Café covers you from breakfast through lunch. Mornings bring all the good stuff: coffees and lattes, smoothies, egg sandwiches, bagels, wraps, waffles, toasts--you get the idea. Swing by at lunchtime and you'll find sandwiches, paninis, salads, burgers and soups waiting for you. Oh, and as a bonus perk, the bread for sandwiches and burgers is made at the bakery next door, so freshness is something the Flour Girl takes seriously. For breakfast, we had a Bacon, Egg, Lettuce, Tomato, and Cheese Bagel ($7.99) and an Avocado Toast (2 pieces) with Feta and tomato ($9.99), Two 16-ounce drip coffees were $3.50 apiece. The portions were large, and my avocado toast on sourdough was fantastic. We sat in the first-floor dining room and took in the pretty interior design of pinks, pastels, and floral color theme. Now, on to the bakery! The Flour Girl Bakery may be best known for its sourdough breads, but the fun doesn't stop there. You'll also find muffins, cookies, scones, their award winning cinnamon rolls, and a rotating lineup of fresh baked breads. And those cinnamon rolls? They spark a full on weekend rush--people happily line up just to snag one before they disappear. We picked up a box of mixed goods, muffins, cake squares, and a big hunk of jalapeno cornbread that will go perfectly with a homemade batch of lentil chili sitting in my fridge. We saw an adorable feature at the bakery, where plastic eggs were hidden within the store for the kiddies to find and cash in for a cookie. It's the little customer service features we saw at the Flour Girl's Café, Bakery, and Country Store that made today's visit so pleasant.

I think there may be a small sign but i heard it several times during my visit - people asking for breakfast! Might be something to reconsider or place a visible sign underlining breakfast stops at 11:30 AM. Anyhow, pivoted to the lunch menu - pesto chicken sandwich was delicious. Did not love the pasta salad, wish there was the option for fry's. Really wanted the thanksgiving wrap but was out of stuck - next time hopefully! I will say - while there are many options for seating, especially with the new accommodation, it's tight. Chairs back into aisles and the table legs don't allow chairs to be pushed in that well. Entrance area can feel a bit overwhelming if it's busy. Staff super friendly and knowledgeable, will continue to come back.

There's a lot of nostalgia tied to this place, but the experience today feels like a shadow of what it used to be. The quality has dropped drastically. Service was, frankly, atrocious--slow, disengaged, and bordering on indifferent. The beer selection is still decent, but it doesn't matter much when every pour arrives tasting off. Whether it's bad kegs or hot glasses, the result is the same: lukewarm, skunky beer that's hard to enjoy. Food was another disappointment. Every item came out cold, and the flavors were on par with grade‑D fast food--bland, lifeless, and nowhere near the standard this place once had. Giving three stars feels generous, but it's a nod to the legacy Willibrew built over the decades. I truly hope they find their footing again, because right now, the nostalgia is doing all the heavy lifting. Ummmmm cheers I guess
