    Wednesday, I dropped off my 2500 HD truck off for service. Jessie was my service writer and he is very kind, knowledgeable and attentive. While checking me in, he immediately checked the trucks fault codes and discovered several. I also asked if they could check the transmission because on a couple of occasions the transmission seemed to hesitate when shifting. Jessie told me that the trk would most likely need a day or two to complete the oil change, several filters, along with diagnosing the fault codes and trans issue. Jessie kept me updated every step of the way and made sure that our Prepaid Premier Service Package Plan covered everything along with the factory warranty. While in, the tech performed a software update which solved the fault codes and transmission update as well. I am very satisfied with the service that writer Jessie, general manager Ted Barnes, the service technicians, and the women at the desk do to keep us customers happy. And that is why I drive an hour to use this dealership. Happy motoring friends.

    Thick brake pad that was apparently "very worn down"

    DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! SCAMMERS! TLDR: dealership lied about necessary repairs and tried to over charge me for things that didn't need to be fixed. Gave car back unsafe to drive. I brought my 2020 Buick in to check on a slow-leaking tire and to run a diagnostic on my brake pads because a service alert appeared on my dash. Prior to bringing the car in, I wasn't experiencing any issues with my brakes; they weren't making noise or grinding. I had a 2:30 appointment on a Monday. What should have taken about an hour to diagnose ended up taking over a day. The dealership never called back as promised, and overall communication was poor. After several failed call attempts to get an update, I finally received a call at 4 pm the next day. I was told that my tire had sidewall damage and needed replacement, but they didn't have the tire in stock and would need to order it. I was also told that my rear brake pads were extremely worn, and that a brake pad sensor seemed to be damaged, causing other messages on my dash. They said I would eventually need to address these issues. I couldn't leave my car there any longer because I needed it for work the following day. I agreed to pick it up and bring it back on my next day off to fix the issues. When I went to retrieve my car, I was charged a $200 "diagnostic fee," which I found unreasonable but paid anyway. The technician handed me the keys silently and didn't explain anything. As soon as I started my car, multiple warning messages flashed on the dash. I noticed a clicking sound when I tried to move forward, and I had to use my full body weight on the brake for the car to stop. Unable to even make it off the lot, I returned to the shop and was told my car was actually unsafe to drive! something I was never informed of before receiving the keys. This was negligent and dangerous! I was then told that the brake pad sensor had been cut, and the computer diagnostic "opened a can of worms," revealing a faulty EBCM (Electronic Brake Control Module) that would need replacing at a cost of around $2,000. They said they could try to reset the system temporarily, but it would only be a short-term fix, and my car would be unsafe again in about a month. The quoted costs included: - $1,932 for a new EBCM - $280 for a brake pad sensor - $736 for rear brake pads - $434 for 2 tires - $249 for alignment - $250 to reset the brake system I found this suspicious, especially since the car was running fine before, and suddenly it needs nearly $4,000 in repairs. The next morning, I called their service manager, Angel, to express my frustration and ask how a simple computer diagnostic could damage a $2,000 part unless their technician had done something wrong. He backtracked, saying it was unlikely the ebcm would break and that only replacing the brake pads and sensors should suffice. He also claimed that the brake pad sensor was worn down because the brake pads were so bare and had rubbed against it. This sounded odd, because if there was that much wear wouldn't it have caused squealing or grinding before I arrived -- which I never experienced. Also, because the day before I was told the wire was "cut". Overall Angel was unhelpful, talked over me and talked in circles. After the call I had a male friend call to get a quote on the same brake pad service. He was told that the sensors were included in the brake pads replacement and that replacing two rear brake pads and sensors would cost $650 total. Weird because I was quoted $1016 for the same service. Was the extra $366 charge because I'm a woman? Deciding to get a second opinion, I had my car towed to a different mechanic. They inspected the brakes and showed me that the brake pads were barely worn and didn't need replacement. They had also showed me that the sensor was snapped and not worn and that it was not in a position that could have rubbed on any part of the brake pad. Fortunately, they fixed the issue and restarted the system for a fraction of the price I was quoted at this dealership. Additionally, I took my car to Discount Tire to replace the tire the dealership claimed had sidewall damage and would need to be replaced. It turned out to just be a nail and they were able to patch it for free. Yet again another lie and attempt at scamming by this dealership. I'm glad I trusted my instincts and refused further service at this dealership. Avoid taking your car here unless you want unnecessary headaches, long wait times, additional problems, and an empty wallet.

    Purchased new Yukon Denali from here and I have to say that the salesman Thomas was great to work with. He made everything easy, was helpful and upfront about everything. Looking into a truck next and he will be my go to go for sure. He stayed involved even when we went into finance to make sure we got the deal we wanted.     My husband and I decided to go into this dealership to look for the right family car. We needed something that would accommodate a car seat, as well as two booster seats, while allowing the functionality of being able to go from row two to row three with ease. When we walked it we were greeted by Freddy. He was truly excellent and patient with us. He didn't try to push anything onto us and made everything feel very organic. After a long day we sealed the deal and went home with a Denali. I can't say enough great things about Freddy, he surely didn't feel like the typical car salesman but more so a friend that was there to help guide us in the right direction. Highly recommend him!

Services: I waited for 2 weeks for a loaner car to be available, so I can get my car fixed while my car was not drivable at one point. My service advisor promised me that my car will be washed and charged when I pick it up. The car was fixed for sure, but it was not washed or charged. I did not get the services that I was promised. Returning my loaner car: when I pulled up to the drop off my loaner car, I was not greet by "good morning/ good afternoon." Instead, I was greeted by "have you filled up the gas tank?" I was not happy with the greeting, so I said, "yes, I even pull more, do I get a refund?" The guy said coldly, "you have to ask them (pointing at the advisors)." They then walked away. He was pretty rude. I am unsure if he was being treated by rude customers, but I was not rude to him and hoping that he can be a bit more polite. Returning the lease: I parked my car at the parking lot, and walked inside the show room. I told a staff that I was returning my lease, and this staff was friendly that he asked me to wait. However, there was an older gentleman sitting at the second desk yelling out loud to the staff who was helping me, "check the charging cable to see if that's missing!" I told the gentleman, "the cable was untouched for 2 years, and brand new. Do I get a paid back for keeping things new?" He said no and walked away. I have 1 star for the staff who help with my lease return. This might be a good choice that I am not getting another car from them because of the poor services. They gave me a sense that they were trying to pick on customers and charge for extra if possible. It was an absolute unpleasant experience. I hope management can address these concerns to keep loyal customers happy.
