    Look how dirty I got my car back

    Went for a check on my clutch, they charged me close to $5,000 and two days after engine light went on. Took it again just to be lied that it was my fuel pump when they really didn't even check, how do I know the tech sent me a video of what he did and recommended an oil change. How is that so, but when I took it the first time they did an oil change. I waited 4 days for them to diagnose the car and got tired of chasing them for answers. Went to the dealer today and got my car back with no diagnose and the car was so filthy it was amazing. Will never go to this dealership again, save your money.

    This was my first time at Audi DTLA--I usually go to the Fairfax/Bev Hills location. The area is pretty congested, with a lot of dealerships nearby, so keep that in mind when planning your visit. When I pulled in, no one came to assist me or gave any instructions, so I had to get out of my car and find someone. A little frustrating, but once I got connected with my service advisor, Pablo, things turned around. He was great--informative, helpful, and made sure I was taken care of. He even ordered me an Uber to and from the dealership, which was a nice touch. The waiting area is solid, with espresso, coffee, tea, water, and an ice machine--definitely appreciated while waiting. One issue, though--after I got the email saying my car was ready, I still had to wait another 20-30 minutes for them to pull it out. Not sure what the holdup was, but I just made a latte and waited it out. Overall, not a bad spot, but the initial service process could be smoother, and the pickup delay was a bit annoying. Pablo was the highlight of the experience, though, so if you go, I'd recommend asking for him!

    GO SEE VAL !!! This is my first time bringing my car to AUDI of Downtown LA for service. Our 2021 AUDI Q5 check engine light came on recently after 4 years and then my wife and I were very surprised when couple of days later it's gone. I have so much expectation because VAL's name at YELP and Google had a lot of 5 stars excellent reviews and did not know he was there for couple of decades already. I was lucky enough to meet Valentin Rautescu in person and was there waiting for me and very welcoming when I came in. He's very detailed taking care fixing the check engine light by doing preventative measure of going through multi point inspection and preventing the issue not to happen again in the future. He also found out after the thorough inspection that my four year old AUDI Q5 Upper control arm Bushings on driver and passenger side wheels are separating already and needs to get fixed right away. And, HE DID successfully !!! From the beginning VAL was very welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable. His customer service is exceptional and his ability to keep consistent communication is amazing. I couldn't be more happy with our service!!! VAL went above and beyond to make sure we are fully satisfied with our AUDI Q5 mechanical and engine issues. Finally, Thank You to everyone at AUDI of Downtown LA Service Department for their level of professionalism, friendliness and Superb customer service. Looking forward to doing business with him again in the near future. We will definitely recommend to family & friends!!!

    I brought my car to Audi Downtown LA for service, and it was a breeze. Daryl took good care of me, getting the service done quick and smooth. Since I had a meeting downtown, he even set up an Uber to drop me off and pick me up afterward. No stress at all. The whole process was painless, and I left totally satisfied. Daryl's attention to detail made a difference, and I'd highly recommend them. Plus, they've got some killer service deals for Audi cars right now--worth checking out!

    Had a very polite and professional experience interacting with Jonathan when I was browsing between a used e-tron and the Q5e. He was on top of most of the knowledge interacting with the Audi user interface and spent the right amount of time with me going through the interiors. I made a note to him that I was perturbed by some superficial issues (white stains) on the e-tron I was looking at as well as a random candy wrapper tucked away in a storage bin that appears to have missed their intake inspections. The Q5e available that day was new and in good condition, and I was pleasantly satisfied with the opportunity to inspect the interface differences and the spaciousness of this SUV. Jonathan was professional and I had no concerns interacting with him. I was irked being introduced to their finance manager Ayman because he began explaining it cost them a fee to participate in the soon-to-expire used EV tax credit program that were not in line with the very clear instructions for dealers on the IRS website, and that none of their used inventory would be eligible for such a program (several vehicles in stock appeared to qualify at the time within the constraints of the IRS rules). This was merely a walk in visit as I was passing by that day and wanting to continue my research and explore the Audi brand. I appreciate Jonathan for the time spent.

    I bought a used Audi with 30,000 miles on it. They did not give me the accident report up front and waited right before I had to sign. Car had been rear ended and looked like a good repair. After owning it for a few months turns out half the car had been repainted with cheap paint. Inside door panel was loose due to accident and a few hidden surprises. Never buying a car from Audi of Downtown LA again.

    Before reading, please note this will be a lengthy review, but it is very detailed and accurately…read morereflects my experience. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. My first experience was average overall nothing particularly stood out, but there were no major issues either. My second purchase is where I ran into significant problems. My salesperson, David, was great and I highly recommend him. He assisted me with both vehicles and provided solid service throughout the sales process. However, my experience with financing was very disappointing. The finance representative I worked with the second time, Oscar Ovega, did not provide clear communication or proper follow-up. After my vehicle was involved in an accident and declared a total loss, I went back to cancel my warranty. I was told the process could take up to a month and that I would be kept updated, but I never received any follow-up despite reaching out via email. When I returned to the dealership, another employee informed me that the cancellation had not been handled and assisted me with submitting it. Unfortunately, this led to further issues. My GAP insurance was canceled without my request, first of ALLL who thinks of yeah ima cancel my GAP after being in a total loss NO ONE CORRECT. ( I couldn't get my gap back after telling me they will ) while my warranty remained active, which caused additional delays and confusion. I later worked with Arturo, who initially seemed eager to help and assured me he would keep me updated. He provided his phone number and email, which I appreciated. However, despite me reaching out multiple times through both text and email, I did not receive any responses. My messages showed as read, but there was no follow-up, and my calls were consistently declined or unanswered. This added to the frustration and lack of communication throughout the process. The only positive experience during this situation was working with Denyss, who was extremely helpful despite not being my assigned finance representative. She took the time to properly review my case, confirmed that my warranty had in fact been submitted earlier without my knowledge, and followed through to ensure it was finally processed correctly. I truly appreciate her professionalism and willingness to step in. At this point, the warranty funds have been sent to Toyota, but I am still waiting for final resolution. I have attempted to follow up multiple times with Oscar and the manager, Kendra, but communication has continued to be lacking and timelines have not been met. Overall, I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience with their finance department. If you do choose to come here, I strongly recommend working with David for sales and Denyss for financing. It is unfortunate, as I had previously recommended this dealership to several people who went on to purchase vehicles here. Based on my recent experience, I will no longer be recommending them.

Not only was the customer service amazing -- huge thanks to Victor, Adolfo, Noel and the entire team -- but they were efficient and worked hard to get me into a brand new 2026 Nissan. I came in with a current vehicle that was breaking down and less-than-perfect credit history, and instead of turning me away, they found a way to make it happen. However, as I researched the car before visiting, I noticed conflicting information. While the Carfax report showed no accidents, their website linked to CarGurus, which stated the car had been in an accident. CarGurus noted that AutoCheck found no damage, but I would have had to pay for the full report to see the details. I reached out to the dealership, specifically asking for the AutoCheck report before making a decision. Multiple sales advisors ignored my request and simply sent me the Carfax again, insisting there were no accidents. It took three emails and a screenshot of the CarGurus link from their own site before an associate finally sent the AutoCheck report. It clearly showed a police report had been filed for an accident, though she still claimed there was no damage. Because it seemed like a good deal with many features, I decided to see it in person. Upon arrival, the damage was immediately noticeable. When I asked a different salesperson about the accident history, they also pointed to the clean Carfax. Once I caught them in the lie, their response was simply, 'It's a used car; it's going to have imperfections.' I understand that, but failing to be upfront about an accident history is unacceptable. Moral of the story: Buyer beware. If a deal looks too good to be true, do your own research and inspect the car thoroughly yourself.
